They have the best price in town and very good service, WIL is a profesional assistant he help me to get the right radiator. Dealer prices is super expensive w/ prater radiator has very good prices reasonable price.Jen te hip

This place provides quick and convenient service. Within 1 hour my radiator was ordered and I was called to come pick up. Customer service is awesome. Very happy to have found this company.

Although they could not provide the radiator repair for my 1994 Jeep, because they stopped with vehicles in 2018, Will gave me options. He also went above and beyond by referring me to other businesses that may be able to assist me. The quality is there, because they replaced my radiator in 1999.

I actually worked there today 4/3/23 kinda like an in training interview . Straight forward people, it was a pleasure . I honestly got treated with tremendous respect from everyone. These people here are super pros in treating oneself and super pros in the product they deliver. I m just being real.

Excellent company! Do not hesitate to do business with them.They are extremely helpful and honest. They could have easily sold me a new radiator when I did not need one. They are also one of the only companies around that will still supply a copper core radiator.

Thank you! Thank you! These guys know their business. Good customer service, reasonable price, & knowledgeable. I am greatful and surprised. We just bought & installed a Griffon radiator(400$), not 1 week later a bracket misteriously broke and the fan clutch grounded into the radiator. We thought, more money down the tubes.Bottem line, they fixed it! Been nearly a month & no issues! Again, thanks guys!

Best in the business. Dealing with multiple shops on a daily basis, you ll talk to some rude and nasty people. Not Prater. always nice professional and go above and beyond to find parts you need.

Good place to purchase radiators or cooling/heating parts. They also pressure test radiators, flush and clean components. Employees are always helpful and friendly. I use Prater when I'm purchasing large truck radiators for example the following makes. Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack etc.

Great service from the start. Very nice and honest people. My mechanic recommended me to check with Prater radiator for service to my intercooler. My Turbo had failed so oil and debris damaged the cooler. Prater was able to inspect the intercooler and told me it was time to replace. They ordered me a new one the same day and I picked it up the next morning. Great service and much better prices than the dealer.

Very reliable, inexpensive, and excellent rapport with customers - they show you the problems/leaks in need of repairs, give you various options to consider based on life of the car, your budget, time constraints, etc. and offer you a warranty on their work!!!! The location and waiting room isn't five star, but who cares when the work is so professional!!!!

The owner/manager treats his employees TERRIBLY! I cannot imagine being spoken to so horribly AND so that the customers can hear it! I refuse to support a business that does not treat their employees with respect. Hopefully this place goes out of business soon. Word of mouth should help in spreading the truth about this deplorable business and expose it for the dump that it truly is.

Took my mustang to them because the dealer told me that I had a issue with my cooling system and it needed to be replaced. Not only did they run a diagnostic and put it through testing they didn't charge me for it when they told me everything was in great working order and nothing needed to be replaced. Jeff, the owner said that unless I noticed puddles under the vehicle there were no leaks to be found and if I eventually find puddles then to bring it back and they would fix it. That was 6 months ago and I still don't have any issues with my radiator and cooling system and my mustang is almost 10yrs young. Just goes to show you that the dealers don't always have your best interest in hand and to always get a second opinion from a specialist! But don't just take my word for it, if you are having radiator or cooling system issues take it to them and find out or if the dealer tells you something that you don't quite believe!

I needed a custom radiator for my wood, chipper which ran with a van engine. It was a big and thick radiator that I spent too long looking for. When I learned about Prater by a referenceI went imediately. They built me one. The coolest thing I thought. It was a beefy, durable, home made beauty. I can't pass that corner without remembering that.

I have to give them 5 stars, not only can they fix your radiator but you can buy one also at a very low cost I use to work at a dealership that's how I found out about this place, a lot of dealers buy parts from this company and resell it. I had to buy a dryer for my hummer a system and believe it or not they had the best price in town, over dealership and autozone. My suggestion is don't buy until you check their price first.

These guys are amazing, brought my truck to them because it was overheating in traffic. Checked the flow, checked the radiator and did chem test revealing a blown head gasket. When I tried to pay for this diagnostic analyses they wouldn't take a dime. I would urge anyone with a cooling system problem to patronize this shop. Well done gentlemen!!!

Best auto shop experience ever!! These guys spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what was going on with my radiator. They found the problem to be in the manifold and wouldn't take a dime from me. Wow, I guess there still are some good people in the world. Thanks Prater!!!
