They were referred to me by a frugal friend. It took a week to get an appointment so I just took Lyft for a week until I could get in to see them.I found the service to be excellent. They got major work done in a decent time frame. The prices were competitive and fair. I don't mind paying for good service I just need to know that I can rely on it. I'm no mechanic, so I have nothing to go on, but how well my car runs now. It runs great :-) I will use them from now on.

The best auto shop in the state. Very professional, honest and hard working. They diagnose the problem right the first time and get the job done right. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family and would never go anywhere else.

I visited Perez for a keyless malfunction, which made me annoyed for a few months. They fixed it by restarting the battery. And even no charge on me. What a nice guy! Definitely will visit here again if I have any other problems on my car.

I have been a Perez Auto customer for over 10 years, as well as the rest of my family. Miguel, wife Louisa, and son Mike have always been highly professional, and treated me like family. And mechanic Jose's expertise and knowledge along with Miguel and Mike have always put my mind at ease when it comes to my vehicles maintenance. That is a rare luxury to enjoy and I am so grateful to this business. The other day I started hearing a weird noise coming from my engine so I decided to take it to Perez Auto Service since my brother goes there and I m happy I did. The guys took me in as a walk-in so I dropped my car off for the day. Later in the afternoon they found the issue, sent me an estimate and have the repairs finished by the end of the day. And when I started my car the sound was gone, they even gave me some recommendations after getting some bad details (expensive recommendations) from some big chain auto shops so I will definitely continue coming back. It s hard to find mechanics that you feel you can trust so I definitely recommend these guys. Will be coming here for regular maintenance going forward.

Found this place looking at best reviews on google. And they did not disappoint. Very friendly, but very busy, appointment is a must. They looked at everything I wanted, and also found more stuff that needed attention. They definitely give a caring vibe. I could only get some things done because car maintenance is expensive. But they went out of their way to a junkyard to save me some money. That was a cherry on top.

Perez Auto Service is the best auto repair I ve ever been to. They re friendly, personable, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, quick and will do anything to help reduce cost of the service they re providing for you. I ve been 10 or mores times total for oil changes, brake pad replacements, rotor replacements, engine repair and transmission service. I ve never left disappointed with the service or the cost of the service. If you re around the Orlando area this is the place you need to be going hands down. I cannot say enough positive things about this repair shop. I have been coming here for over 16 years. I have an older model vehicle and they always find the best solution even when it can be a hassle to source parts. The entire Perez family has been a blessing and they have always treated me fairly. I have recommended numerous friends to this place and all have had positive experiences.

Had a great experience during my first visit to Perez Auto service and it was great one from m beginning to end. Front desk was swift with a warm welcome and helping sign in and getting the oil change started. Reasonable wait time, more than fair pricing for maintenance services and good communication of what all had been done. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

I visited this shop a few weeks ago, and the lady at the front desk told me they were too busy and that it would probably be at least a week before they could get me in. This was before she even knew what was wrong with my car.I explained the problem and asked for a quote. She took my information and said she'd call me.I got the vibe that I wasn't welcome and sensed she wasn't going to call me.My instincts were right... I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Let me start by saying. P�rez Auto was recommended.. My experience with them....?I have never been treated like royalty as the P�rez Auto team, they where so Beyond Professional.. I was waiting for this crazy, out of this world quote. Nope, not at all.. Mr. P�rez and his pit crew assessed the situation with my car. They where so honest.. I kid you not.. example. They asked me how much I drive daily and weekly. So, I told them. And there response to me was.... Bne mindful of a future brake job. In other words..I needed brakes but not right now. I was good...There where No surprises.. I was explained everything clearly... I had fun... We laughed.... I truly felt like family.. Thank you P�rez Auto.. You Now have a devoted customer... I am returning and I'm recommending P�rez Auto to all my friends and family...Thank you again..."D"

Best mechanic I've ever encountered. They are always busy and only advertise by word of mouth which is an excellent sign to begin with. My former neighbor told me about this place years ago and when I moved I still drive 40 miles to bring my car here. He's honest and doesn't overcharge. I will always come here as long as I live in the Central Florida area!

A good and honest mechanic you can trust, and who can work on almost anything very well, is very hard to find. Perez is one of them. He shows you in detail any problems and practical explanation of what must be done, the most economic way to do it, and what can wait. Obvious others feel the same because they have a big following (lots of lifts) even though the shop can't be seen from a public/busy road. I recommend them highly.

The best and most honest mechanic in Orlando...His shop is way better than any dealer regardless if its Mazda..Toyota...BMW or Mercedes...or any brand...Very proffesional and very good person...as well as his team...All my family comes here and everyone agree with me...Very happy i know his place...

Perez Auto is the only place I will ever take my car for mechanical issues. I have never had an issue that Miguel has not been able to solve. He is very honest and his prices are great. The whole crew down there is very professional and I highly recommend them for any auto repairs.

This is the only place I will ever take my cars. I have recommended Perez Auto to some many people I cannot keep count for over 20 years If you need an honest and experienced mechanic, it's worth the trip. I travel 40 minutes to take my car here for everything.

Top Notch modern mechanic service. Everything is diagnosed to a high standard and no work is done unless you are notified and made aware of the problem.
