WARNING WARNING WARNING Go with a different company! Absolutely the WORST towing company in Central Florida! I used them last week to tow my truck, not only did they bend my rims but they had me driving from one auto shop to another trying to get it repaired. After hours of getting the run around they finally started being truthful about the fact that they were not going to take ownership of the damages they caused. The tow truck driver had no clue what he was doing when he loaded my truck onto the bed hence the reason why he bent the rim in the first place.Do yourself a favor, save yourself the heartache and DO NOT HIRE this company for any services they offer. I am only giving them one star because I have to in order to post the review. But they really shouldn't get any stars!Service: Special vehicle towing

was charged $165 from 810 north Orlando ave to 12700 east colonial dr which was 14 mile from what my gps was telling me. The guys was telling me that was 27 miles and try to convince me that my gps was wrong ! Was charged 75 to pick up the vehicle but the website clearly says 65 ! Was overcharged or about 40 dollars.Was on the phone with truck driver and he refused to talk to me about the price which make sense to me after I spoke with the boss over the phone.I am not the only one who s been overcharge from this towing company.Hope you are not the next one.Stay away from this company.Service: Car towing

Horrible dispatch and logistics team. Called at 7:22pm to ask for tow truck from Azalea Park,Orlando to Metro West they said it would arrive within the hour. 2 hours go by the driver calls and says he arrived at the hotel we were at in DAVENPORT. I had confirmed the pick up address 3 times to the dispatcher and he still messed up and sent the driver to Davenport instead of Orlando. We were quoted $240. Called JC roadside and towing they arrived in literally 10 minutes, took 5 minutes for the driver to load the car and it costed $180! DONT USE THIS COMPANYService: Car towing

Called to have my car towed to a nearby auto shop. Was quoted the truck would be there in a couple hours which worked for me and my allotted time. Got a call a couple hours later from the driver saying he was a couple minutes away and asking if I'd be with the vehicle. I replied I would be. An hour later, no truck. I called the main number and didn't get an answer, and the mail box was full. Called the driver and got no answer.Waited another 20 minutes, called the main line, still no answer and a full mailbox. Called the driver again and he answered. I asked if they were still coming to get the car and was told the truck got a flat tire and they weren't going to be able to make it.Common courtesy would be to call the customer and let them know. Instead I say outside for almost an hour and a half. If it literally just happened and he was on the phone to the home office, then why lie originally and say you were a couple minutes away instead of an hour?Service: Car towing

They were the lowest cost I found after calling around, saved me $50. And the guy who towed my car figured out the problem and got my car running again! It was a huge relief. He went above and beyond to fix my car like that. Definitely a great towing company.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Everyone leaving 1 star reviews should do their research. The person you're angry at was a troll. It was not the owner of the company nor had ANYTHING to do with the company! Please, please just think a little bit before completely destroying a company for absolutely no reason other than the fact that u were too lazy to fact check.

Driver was both prompt and personable, a rare quality in this age of me first . Picked up my car with the utmost of care, twice! Arrived at tire shop where I learned a valuable lesson: don t purchase tires with your vehicle on a wrecker! He came back picked me up 2nd time and deposited me home, holding genuine conversation and professional manner all the while.

Guys someone did research showing that the post you are all mad about was made by a troll who doesn't own this company please consider not leaving negative reviews on a business you have never gotten service from because you think they are owned by some guy who made a rude comment , think before you review. Sorry to the owner for all the hate you must be getting while doing nothing wrong.

Called to ask for a price. When I ask why is it so high we all he had to say was bet. Then hung up.. whatever dude that was is trash And shouldn t even be working. Don t recommend at all

Fast and friendly! I was stuck on the highway @3AM and called for a flatbed, they were there in about 35 mins! It was a little pricy $225 to tow 0.7 miles but I m glad they there to help!

Horrible service! A call from our insurance company went in to their company at 11:15pm and now it is going on 4 hours that my husband has been waiting for them...still a no-show. They have been contacted many times and every time there is a different excuses. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Just like the other review, I would give a zero if I could. First, ETA was initially 1 hour 15 minutes when according to my tow service the average for my area was 45 minutes. Called at 1.5 hours to get transferred directly to generic voicemail. Called my towing service at 1 hour 45 minutes and it took them three calls to get a hold of Anthony who said weather was delay (20mph winds and sunny) and he guaranteed roadside service he would be here in 30min or less. Another 45 minutes later called them only to again get generic voicemail. Called back to my towing service who contacted them and was told it would be another 30+ minutes because of the weather delays. Just gave up and had roadside service call someone else. More than 2 and a half hours wasted waiting for a no-show, no-communications towing company.
