It s never fun to visit a body shop, but these guys turned it into a really positive experience. They gave me a fair quote and honest assessment of all my damages. They communicated at every step including via text! They truly know what they are doing. I have an older car which they made it look like it was practically new. I was blown away by the quality of their amazing work and attention to detail. Christian in particular is such a kind soul and so knowledgeable on assessing damage! He remembered to even look at little things I mentioned in passing, that had nothing with the accident like tightening bolts or screws, and fixed a dangling temperature sensor that came loose over the years; things you d expect of the wear/tear of an older car.I can t recomend these guys enough - Don t think twice about going here!

I highly recommend this business for any body or repairs for your car. Two nights ago I was a victim of a hit and run and they were so helpful. Yesterday they let me come by so they could give me an estimate and I was able to drop it off this morning. They were so quick and sent me pictures of my car as they were working on it. They literally made my car look brand new. They were able to fix my fog light even though other places said that I needed to have it fully replaced. I felt so comfortable leaving my car in their hands and I left beyond happy. Great job guys. Keep up the great work. 100% percent will return if I need work done in the future.Service: Body & Trim

I dropped off my truck for a simple dent removal and repaint of a door. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that estimator made a mistake and that the cost will go up. I agreed to additional charges. Car stayed with the shop longer than expected and upon my checking, I was told price of the repairs will go up once again. At this point, additional charges were close to $2,000 over the initial estimate. I protested but was met with indifference and was offered a measly $100 reduction of my bill. I felt like my car was being held hostage. When I picked the truck up, work was not of good quality and shop even left exposed Bondo on the inside jam of the door. Finish of the paint job was less than perfect. Beware and stay away from this shop! Dishonest and shady business practices. No honor or integrity and low quality work.

You can stop your search now! I never really write any reviews, but these guys deserve it! My car's previous owner had done this horrendous job on this door damage. I was having a hard time trusting a company to fix it, and I was worried about matching the color as well. Then, as soon I was walked in I could tell by their customer service it was a good place, the quote was nothing but fair, another place had actually sent me a quote for more than double. Chris was very nice and professional all the time. I picked my car up on the day scheduled, and I can't really tell where their painting job starts and finishes. With the quality and fair price, I'm truly impressed! Great job guys!Service: Painting

Best place ever. All employees were professional, pleasant and helpful. Especially Christian who went above and beyond to solve and explain my issues. Highly recommended, in fact if ever in future will use them for car care. Affordable to the customers current needs!!! They were very professional and courteous. Christian did a great job relaying everything to me and relaying what was happening as they were repairing my car. They did an amazing Jon fixing up my bumper and headlight! Overall would recommend Orlando City Auto Body to everyone.

These guys are awesome. They made my 2015 500 Abarth look brand new with a wild orange vinyl wrap and Abarth Logos. Deleted chrome. Beautiful 2 Tone design. Many thanks to Chris for his suggestions and his team for the craftsmanship.

Normally I don't take the time to write reviews and I almost forgot to make this one but I believe this place deserves the praise. The staff is very friendly and make you feel more than just another customer. As for the repairs no arm or leg was sacrificed for payment and the finished job was perfect Couldn't be any more satisfied, highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Friendly and quality service done extremely fast. I needed to fix my bumper so I asked around multiple car shops but Orlando City Autobody fixed it for the lowest price. I recently visited Orlando City Auto Body in the hope of getting a paint job and cleaning done for my car. Unfortunately, my experience with them was far from satisfactory, leaving me feeling disappointed. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was disheartening to encounter such an issue during what should have been a routine service.To begin with, I must commend the staff at Orlando City Auto Body for their professionalism and respectful demeanor throughout my interaction with them. They were attentive and seemed genuinely interested in assisting me. However, despite their courteous behavior, the actual service provided fell far below expectations.Upon picking up my car after the paint job and cleaning, I noticed a glaring issue with the airbag system. It became evident that the technicians at Orlando City Auto Body had inadvertently broken the airbag system during the course of their work. This discovery left me both alarmed and deeply concerned about the quality of their services.What aggravated my disappointment was the considerable cost associated with the repair of the airbag system. Not only did I have to pay for the original service I requested, but I also had to bear the financial burden of fixing the newly created problem. This unexpected expense was a significant inconvenience and an unwelcome blow to my budget.It is worth mentioning that I did raise the issue with the management of Orlando City Auto Body. They were responsive and took responsibility for the mishap, offering to fix the airbag system free of charge. However, despite their gesture, the trust and confidence I had in their ability to rectify the situation had been shattered. I made the decision to seek repair services elsewhere, as I believed it was necessary to ensure a thorough and reliable fix for my car.Unfortunately, when I requested that Orlando City Auto Body cover the cost of repairing the airbag system at another facility, they were not willing to oblige. This unwillingness to bear the financial responsibility for their mistake further added to my disappointment and frustration.In conclusion, my experience at Orlando City Auto Body was regrettable. The unintentional damage to my car's airbag system, combined with the substantial financial implications it brought about, left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided. I hope that Orlando City Auto Body takes this feedback constructively and makes necessary improvements to prevent similar occurrences in the future, as well as reconsider their approach when it comes to addressing the financial repercussions of their mistakes.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work that they did on the right rear door and frame of my car. There is absolutely no way to tell that any work was done on the vehicle. Christian was very helpful and called me throughout the process, and they finished in the exact number of day that they said that they would. And who wouldn't love coming back to a fully detailed vehicle with a fresh lemon smell? Their price for the repair was much better than other places I got quotes from. They best service!! I had hail damage on my Jeep they dealt with the insurance claim for me. Such a seamless process. Also added a door scratch and painting of my frame. The detail this shop puts into their work is absolutely amazing. Hands down the most professional service I have gotten. You can t tell where the factory paint stops and their work begins. I forgot to write this review, so here it goes: amazing service, quality work and great atmosphere, even with my small child I felt so comfortable to be there. My car looks amazing with the tint they suggested! Would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent service, my car is new, all the damage I had was perfectly fixed without a trace, it seems new. I recommend this place not only for sheet metal repair, in the installation of dark papers on the glass for the protection of the skin from UV rays. My only place to take my car is this. 100% Guaranteed. Very professional and dedicated staff. Thank you

Hello everyone. I came here by chance and I must say that this establishment/ business is legit!!! Staff is AWESOME. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable of what they do. Having my car hit with 400+ dents caused by a natural disaster (Hail Storm) back on May 2020. I was having a huge concern of who could've fixed my brand new Jeep Gladiator and made it looks as a brand new car again. After looking who could fulfill my expectations I'm grateful that I found Orlando City Body Shop. They took good care of my Jeep and met my expectations. Gladly I chose them. They make me feel comfortable answering all my question and helping me with the insurance company. Great staff and I would recommend them any time.

Orlando City Auto Body has been my go to Auto Body repair shop for years. The quality of their work as well as their customer service has always been consistently awesome. My biggest concern when it comes to continuing rapport with a business is how consistent they are with their quality and how they treat me as a customer. I have referred many friends and family and everyone leaves satisfied.

Just got my headlights buffed out here and they look AMAZING!! My car is getting old and the foggy/dirty headlights were making it look older than it is.
