Amazing customer service. There were 4 people who really helped me out with getting my car serviced. I was unsure what was wrong with my car and they helped answer all my questions. Hands down the best and most affordable service center in Orlando .

Do not believe the negative and low star reviews. We got our used 2011 Ford Expedition from this place. We had excellent service. Every employee was very kind and polite. If you are in need of a vehicle that gets you to places, give them a call. We bought the car in July 22, 2023. It still works well for us! Thanks and I do recommend to friends!!

I got My First Car in This Country With This People. My own Experience Was Amazing. That was around 4 years Ago and I still have The car and runs So Good. Obviously I had to do Some Mechanics Thing Around the Time But My Experience Was Really Good. Good persons and Really Friendlys.

Outstanding customer service! I initially went there searching for vehicle options, and the business owners were very patient in showing me the different options they had. They made the entire process very simple, and we re very helpful overall. I would 100% recommend them!!!

At first I was hesitant in purchasing a car from a used dealership,I have always bought my cars at the dealership.I ran across this dealership by accident, ,,,was on my way to a Dealer and saw it.Upon entering my first impression was the friendliness of the employees.In this time of Covid-19 I was also very impressed on the precautions being implemented at this establishment.It was a no pressure experience on seeking the car I wanted.At the end i purchased a car for my daughter.Being so impressed of this experience,it erased the horror stories I heard about used car dealership.I highly recommend this establishment,which i did with all my friends and family.Thank you guys for the awesome experience.Oh and the coffee was awesome

They have the cleanest cars and the best custmer services. The owners are great people and really nice. I have bought two cars from them and they have been nothing but great for me. I recommend you check them out and see if they can help you purchase a great clean car.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The woman who is in charge of the documents only recieved the money and never send the documents of the car. After paying everything she didn't respond any calls and emails. Be careful!!

Unfortunately, I have to give this place a one star and a bad review. The people in the actual place are nice and not pushy. The lady in the place is honest about not knowing anything about cars. Therefore, I blame the owner that I spoke to, Ricardo Labarca. At the place, they let you test drive the car and everything with no issues. But the only catch is that they re selling you a car that needs to be fixed. I test drove one of the cars I liked in the lot and noticed it had a check engine light on the dash. So, I drove the car to Advanced Auto and had the check engine light checked and four engine cords came up. Each one of the codes costed money to get it fixed. The total price to get it all fixed was about $1000. In the other words, the car will drive but not for long and you will need it to get fixed. It s not worth going to buy a used car that needs fixing especially engine issues. I am very disappointed with what I experienced especially since I m not from Orlando and drove out of my way to look at the car.

Was told that my wife and I would receive our title and registration on our truck in 15 days , it s now 32 days no title , I called , gave them my email and never received an email . I paid in full . So now they will respond they have no record of our name on file . But I have all the receipts. So hopefully this will get a response.

They are liars and they are trying to scam customers out of money. Do not waste your time here. They make craigslist posts selling cars as a private owner and give you the address to a dirty car lot just to charge you hundreds in other fees on top of the price of the car.

Orlando Auto Services Inc. @ 9401 S Orange Ave Orlando Florida 32824 Worst car I have ever bought or seen. They made the engine light go off for the test drive and after I drove the car home the engine light came on. Had it tested and the car has transmission problems, the radiator has a hole in it and the frame under the car is corroded. I called them after the first time they must've blocked my number because they wouldn't answer anymore til we called from another number that they didn't recognize. If this was a mistake and they didn't know which is hard to believe, they would've been glad to refund my money but this was done on purpose. We should treat people how we want to be treated. This guy Richard was horrible. Cars were filthy and he s a thief. He had asked me to detail for him and knew my price. Made me spend seven hours cleaning 4 cars and did not pay me what he owed because they weren t up to his standards

Bought a car from here that was in "excellent condition" a day after I bought the car. The cam shaft follower went. Making the car unable to be driven and super expensive to fix. Total rip off.
