They promised to have my car looking better than before my accident. Had just lost my father to covid-19 so I did not look at prior reviews. My car looked ok when I picked it up but was just being told how they regret taking the job because it was more than they had expected. I was on my lunch break so I rushed. End result. They replaced the drivers door and put a non powered side mirror. My car had powered and heated mirror. They also did not transfer the alpine premium powered speaker from my old door and left no speaker on my door. The door is also misaligned. When I reached out about this I was they said we will see what we can do. Not professional at all. I asked if I could pick up my speaker and correct mirror and I will install myself. No reply. Take your car elsewhere!!Service: Body & Trim

Service was good, gave me a ride back to work, Work was not the best , but the price reflected that. Did cleanup a mistake made after the fact even came to me to make it right. All in all a great experience.

Undermining thieve lying crook this company has fraudulent took money from our Insurance for the repair of our car and never did the work properly my man was told by them they will put on NEW part s and NAME GRAND part from out car maker but did not they put USED parts and AFTER MARKET parts but fraudulently said that they was all new and they was all from our car makeer NEVER GO FOR ANY REPAIRS to Orange County Collision my man is an easy going trustworthy individual and believed they would provide a valuable quality of service As they promised to him and our Insurance company after my man agreed to let him fix our car the payment we processed through our insurance and was not fixed on time then when we was told it s ready it was bad they said we will redo it again my man said ok and just settle for what the appearance was like in the second fix because they said it was all done and we still had to take our car to another shop cause it was still pulling to the right side could have still seen Kravitz and waves in the body of our car that s how we discovered the fraudulent act was done bad car parts and service from Orange County Collision they didn t care about us driving our car and getting hurt or hurting some one else thank God I listen to a College friend and took our car to another place we are sending in reports of fraud and undermining to The property authorities Don t be a victim as us dint go to them

I was taking advantage of Mike the owner that I paid him did some work on my car did not do it right when I complained he offered to take me for dinner to discuss the proper repair of my car so I said ok during the dinner meeting he started to flirt with him being cute and of the same nationality as me we start to get to know each other on a personal level he neglected to say he was married lied saying he was single he would always joke saying he s never going to finished my car to make sure I don t walk away from him I thought it was cute but once I found out he was a married man with wife and children I just wanted the repairs done on my car or my money and to stop Communication with mike but that never happened I never got the rest of the work done he never gave me my money or even apologize he wouldn t do anything but say bad things to me so I just left with a broken car and heart..if any man could lie and cheat on his wife and his job then he is not trustworthy all woman needs to beware and never go his shop he s a lying cheating unprofessional con artist thief married jerk that uses his shop to meet and date women and rip off people HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN DONT GO TO THIS COLLISION SHOP it s a sad but true story

Orange county collision repaired my car within seven days made it awesome again wave to my deductible This place is professional courtesy thanks a lot guys
