Jorge is great! He takes the time to talk with you find out what type of car you are looking for and a budget. From there he makes recommendations based on his current inventory, but is not trying to push a sale you aren t sure of, and he will even go source a car you are looking for if he doesn t have it! Highly recommended and will be the first stop in the future!

Amazing Experience! I'm normally not a fan of buying from a dealer, but this is not your average used car dealer. Jorge and his wife were patient, helpful and most importantly FAIR and HONEST. We found the perfect car for our daughter and it was one of the cleanest used vehicles I have ever seen. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Buy from people you can trust. Went to buy a Toyota Tacoma. Owner went even out of his way to meet me after hours to show me the vehicle. I left there feeling great and like I had to look no further because the car was exactly what I was looking for. Upon leaving, I was under the impression everything was all set - gave the owner Jorge all our information asked him to give me a few days to line everything up. Maintained great communication with him as far as the time frame of me picking up the car , he was very reassuring initially until the very last day (not even a week later) I went to see the car Monday and didn t even give me to Friday before selling. He told me he had some people looking and decided to sell the car right from under me because they gave a cash offer. Point is don t trust to buy from someone who s just going to back out on his word and sale a car from right under you.

Jorge made this experience easy and hassle free! They offer great customer service. I live in North Carolina so he did a video walk through with me and answered any questions I had. He was very honest. So when I arrived in Orlando there was no disappointment. I would definitely do business with them again! I purchased a 2013 Toyota 4Runner and I love it!

Jorge of Orange County Auto Sales was awesome to work with. He had the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. His price was right in line with the Kelly Blue Book value I found online. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond when I asked for a pre-purchase inspection to be done at the dealership. He sat with me at the dealership for two hours to get the inspection. I would highly recommend Jorge and Orange County Auto Sales for your next purchase!

Super friendly genuine and up front with any questions you might have. If they aren t 100% sure about something, they will do the research to assure any information that they give, is as accurate as it can be. Highly recommend finally a dealer you can trust. They will work over time to get you in the car you ve been dreaming so long for at the right price unlike other who try to make a million bucks on each car they sell. Thank you for the great experience you have gained a life long customer.

Anyone who is out actively looking for a vehicle right now knows the market is not what it used to be for used vehicles, that s why I highly recommend Orange County Auto Sales! They re very honest, fair and just genuine people. They have Quality vehicles that match the sticker price, versus what you ll find out there at other dealerships with dishonest sales personnel trying tell sell you a vehicle where the Quality just doesn t match their asking price. Any questions or concerns we had were answered or addressed promptly and with kindness. I would gladly do business here in the future should I be in the market again for a good, reliable vehicle. Thanks again!!

Jorge and his wife met with us on a Saturday to test drive a car. I fell in love with it. They were proffessional and friendly and got us out of there pretty quick. Great people to deal with and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks Jorge! We love it!

I highly recommend this dealership. The the next time I buy a car, I will look at what they have first. Every time I dealt with Jorge and his wife, they acted with professionalism, respect, dignity, credibility and integrity. Unlike most dealerships, they are stand-up people. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me every time. So, they are simply good-hearted and hard working people, who provide outstanding customer service - the reviews from every customer speak for themselves, except for one (Dainisha Colon), who was unfair and dishonest in her review.Dainisha Colon actually admitted in her review see below, that Owner went even out of his way to meet me after hours to show me the vehicle. I left there feeling great Yet, none of that was worth any stars to her, because she gave them one star. Why? Because Jorge eventually sold the car to someone else, after she could not get insurance, did not pay for the car and did not give him a deposit. Without a deposit Jorge has zero obligation to hold the car for even a minute, yet he did so for her for days. So, in order to be mean, spiteful and vindictive, because she could not get it done, Dainisha decided to give this dealership a one start rating in order to permanently damage the dealership s perfect rating of 5.0, which is exactly what this dealership had before Dainisha s review. That's a heartless thing to do to decent and good hard-working people, who did nothing wrong here.In her review, she totally attacked Jorge s credibility as well, when in reality, she is the only one to blame, based on her own admission! Where is the logic, common sense and decency? Did it matter to her that Jorge was losing money every single day by holding the car for her, while passing on other customers, who were willing to buy it for cash? Of course not!Jorge is a better man than most, because someone not as nice would have taken legal action against her for libel. Dainisha clearly opened herself up for a lawsuit for making defamation statements without any basis in law or in facts. Obviously, her sole purpose was to damage and permanently harm the dealership s reputation, which she did their rating will never be 5.0 again, all due to her baseless and delusional claim.
