Honestly, the best service I ve experience at an auto parts store. My friend and I broke down across the street and this store was our saving grace. Dre and the rest of the staff were so kind and let us borrow a funnel and paper towels for the oil. Live laugh love O Reilly!

Arrived at 7:30 which is when they open.Checked door and they were locked Me and another customer became a bit irate when it became 15 min+ and store is still not open. At least communicate with us what is happening if systems or maybe even short staffed. Poor communication. I understand things happen but don t give leniency with subpar communication

My car battery needed changing and other auto care places were charging much more than I thought they should so I called here and Jose was extremely helpful over the phone listing all the car batteries they have in stock that were compatible with my car and then even helped me install it at no additional cost for labor. Would highly recommend!

I want to say that the times Ive come in this store I receive excellent customer service. A month ago Josh helped me with the battery of my car and replaced it and I could tell that he values his job and commitment. I was very thankful. Very friendly store and very helpful, and not let me forget Eddie Awesome Customer service and as well.Thank you Guys! God Bless.

I have always preferred Advanced Auto, I was coming in from out of town and had a couple issues pop up with my car. Jose was the biggest help. His knowledge is great and his willingness to help was beyond! Best customer service I have received in a long time! I have been converted to a O Reilly customer for life! Thanks again Jose.

I like the assistant manager, Jose. This guy is precise, smart and knows what he s doing. He help me fine a specific bearings part for my forklift and it worked. Thank you Jose you are appreciated. Much appreciated.

I love this store !!!!!Just like any other place that you would want to feel welcome, they definitely deliver. After returning to any place often you start to establish a relationship with the employees. It's always an awesome feeling to know that they will always do what they can to answer, figure out,resolve, or just plane show hospitality every time I walk in the door.!!!! I love O'Reilly's, I stopped going to the other "two" since 2000. And I will never look back.Thank you all for all that you have done

The staff at this location are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are very friendly. Have been there twice lately to get wipers replaced on my mini van and a rear indicator light replaced. They installed them both with any fuss. The red haired guy with the beard was the one that helped me. He is really nice. Would definitely recommend it

Just to get this out of the way, I am a man who know's very, I repeat VERY little about cars, including the one I drive.I went in and was immediately greeted by Nina, she asked me how she could help me today and I gave her the above disclosure, and told her I was looking for a replacement antenna. She took me over to the antenna's and gave me a few options. She was very honest and upfront with me during the whole experience. After I made my choice she asked if there was anything else she could help me find. I told her I also needed to price brakes too.Nina took me to the front desk and got my vehicle information to narrow down the search. She than went over prices and the differences between them. Because of the lack of information I didn't have I wasn't able to purchase brakes today but she gave a list with all the prices for which sets we looked at and also advised that there was a sale on all brakes and rotors until 2/25/2020 which was great information to know. She put up with my ridiculous sense of humor and was very patient with all my stupid questions. 10/10 will be going back to this location in the future and hopefully working with Nina since she was amazing!

I went in to get a battery for my vehicle and was greeted by store representative. He was able to find the right size battery for my car. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy auto parts for my car from this store.

Not only did they have the headlight that we needed but the clerk came out to double check if we need needed any help putting in the light. We had driven up at 5 minutes till closing time because some kind Samaritan had pointed out to us that one of our tail lights was out. So within a half an hour of that notification we had a new headlight at almost 9 Sunday night and a very helpful Clerk who went above and beyond

Three times. THREE TIMES I had to go back to the store because the part was rather the wrong one, or defective.The first alternator was ordered online. It arrived late, no big deal. The wiring receptacle was the wrong one. Had to exchange it. Ended up waiting a day for the part to be shipped in, while my car sat torn apart. Received the new alt. Installed it, everything seemed fine. Started my car and heard the worst alternator screech ever. Alternator has a bad pulley and doesn't charge. Basically just replaced a bad alternator with a worse one (that was supposedly reman and quality tested...). Called the store last night to inform, they said my replacement would be in by 8am today.Here it is, 3pm, and I'm still waiting for my alternator. I tore my car apart, took out the old one and brought it to the store for exchange, just to find out they never ordered it like they said they would.At this point, I want a working alternator, and my money back. If I had known this run-around would ensue, I would have gone to autozone instead.***UPDATEReceived the correct part. Props to the driver for bringing it to my house. Unfortunately the alternator was another dud. I went through 3 batteries before figuring it out. I had put faith in yall.Never again, O'Reillys

Unfortunately like any other place there's always bad apples in the barrel, I have a commercial account with O'Reilly's Auto parts, for some reason this particular O'Reilly's Auto parts some of the employees and the manager included seem to think that they have special powers to flat out tell someone something that is not the truth in order to have them bait and switch with a product that cost three times as much as the original price quoted over the phone, sadly they will always be places even in good corporations or sometimes you might as well just avoid, hopefully corporate will read this post and actually take some action because some of their employees there need to be the retrained or fired, I don't like to speak with these harsh words but sometimes you have to put your foot down and say exactly what's wrong with people who don't seem to appreciate the jobs that they have, again this does not reflect upon all O'Reilly Auto parts I would say 90% of O'Reilly Auto parts have great employees, but there's always that one bad batch, unfortunately this is the bad batch, hope things get fixed up there because I'm sure they're like every other place that doesn't function it will be excluded from, remember when you have gangrene on a finger you cut the finger so that you don't lose the hand.

Went in for a battery and was not upsold to something I didn't need. They installed it and ran a OBD test to make sure there were no drain issues. This will be my store for all my auto needs.

Great service. I used an online special they had and it did not come out the way it was supposed to. The part was wrong and the price was not changed. But this store handled my situation just right. I was going through a ruff time and one young latino gentlman there had complete patience and understood my frustration and explained and fixed everything except for my car. I left so happy. It was a window lift motor for a 2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara. The one I bought was not the complete assembly just the motor. So much less headache by just buying the complete assembly. Thank you.

Theres nothing wrong w the employees. But this is the second time I ve ordered something from them and the box comes ripped and taped back together with either the wrong or a missing part inside of it. Very frustrating especially when I ordered something for a car and I m given truck/tractor parts

Clean store. Helpful staff. Has what i need 90% of the time. Only con is their convenience tax. You can find most things cheaper on amazon but will have to wait for them.
