Nick and Hector are Wonderful and Helpful. Even in the chaos that sometimes comes with Serving Customers, Nick and the Service team are Very Knowledgeable and will do everything they can to treat You with Respect and Provide the Service You need. Very friendly advisor, but guys who did the oil change job did not attach protection properly, so i had to visit another service after 50 miles when i noticed that. Please check everything when you receive the car from this service

Still ridiculous tactics at Nissan. We came in for a simple tire replacement. They delayed for nearly two hours so they could pitch me on selling them my car. It was a simple tire replacement and we should have already been out the door. This took me back 15 years to an even worse scenario where they held me hostage for more than four hours so they could pitch me and have their manager call me to again chase me to do a trade in. At that time I vowed never to be a customer again and only did to give my son the car he wanted. Congratulations Nissan you just lost our entire family as future customers. Stop the tactics and be respectful of our valuable time.

My advisor was friendly. My car was done quickly. But, no water. So had to use water fountain. Those aren't good for us still. Too many illnesses. Please get free water back. Thank you.

My needs were few, and they made things 'quick and easy' on a Saturday.Very clean waiting area with some enjoyable snacks and coffee/water.Easy to recommend this dealership service department.(Way Way Way better than Universal Nissan)

It is a cool place. When ever you go for service they are ready to offer you another car.Becareful with your credit guys. Stay with your plans. I like the waiting room. I always enjoy the free coffee.

My experience was terrible I took my car in to get diagnosed they kept my car for 3 hours and told me that they found this and they found that. They took my car apart then they didn't have the part. They said they was going to call me in 2 days when the part came in. They never did they never took my car out to test drive to see what was wrong with it I hate the service this is a very unprofessional place and I want to report it to someone because this was an unfairly service for me

Took my girlfriends car to get taken care of before taking a drive up to Georgia. Made sure to tell them THREE times to check the spark plugs and timing belt and if they need to be switched out to switch them out. 2 weeks later we are 200 miles north of orlando and we have an engine misfire l, i pull it to a o'reileys in GA and they tell me spark plug & coil 1 are no good. I bought the pieces and spent 3 hours switching out all the spark plugs and coils, they looked horrible I have a feeling the folks at nissan who told me they checked everything and it was all fine had lied to me.

Very dissatisfied. Explained to agent that there is a clicking sound and I needed to know what was causing it. Routine service check performed. When I asked about the cause of the clicking sound was told I needed to make another appointment because that department was booked up.

No floor mats available. Had to order from out of town. The cost for 4mats, for a 2009 rogue was $175. Thats ridiculous.!!! Went down the street.

Called yesterday for an appt and seen today @ 7:30 am. Extremely happy with the service and will be back in a couple of weeks for further maintenance.

They were not able to fix ck engine light after spending over $1000. Do not use Reed or buy Nissan.
