I just had my BMW X5 worked on at National Import Services and they did a great job! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised how well the body work and paint matched the rest of the car! The staff were friendly and professional! You could tell they really cared about the work they do! This is the best auto body work experience my husband and I have ever had! Highly recommend!

2018 Jaguar Fpace front end collision. Significant damage. This shop has been hands down the BEST. At the time of the crash I had the vehicle towed to my dealership. They picked it up and took it to their shop. After extensive factory specified repairs I got the car back today full of fuel, delivered to my door and looking brand new inside and out! Look at that mirror shine! Very detail oriented and focused on customer satisfaction. A bonus: all repairs have a lifetime warranty! Thanks Scott for an experience second to none.

Scott Shattuck and Donnie Brasco were the worst yet. I want them to fired for not only not doing the job I paid them to do but they also purposely wreck other parts of my car computers fuse box and wiring system and charged me for more that they were suppose to.I'm complaining 5 times and want them fired for what they did to me and 5others as I was their dealing with them I know and heard them complainThanks for all your help on making this happen..Please warn others about these guys and don't let them work for u or on your car.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is a top notch Body Shop for the area. I don't think it's a place for detailing, mechanical repairs, brakes or tire work. Communication could be improved all around.I brought my BMW there for body work within the last 6 months. After discussing the details of the job, understanding what they were going to do and estimating the costs I felt comfortable to make an appointment - which took a while. I let my expectations be clearly known ahead of time (only flawless results please for the $) and I think they delivered. Where the repairs were made is totally unnoticeable and the car looks brand new. Thanks Scott and team.

This was my first experience with a car accident and needing an exotic car repaired. Luis was very receptive to my weekly follow up phone calls and would explain everything to me patiently. The car came back beautiful and perfect!. I would highly recommend them.

When I accidentially backed my pickup truck, class 3 hitch, in to the front of my sports car, the damaged was incredible.The repairs were made in less than a week and the quality is outstanding! Better than new!!Great job, great people to work with!!

I just had my car repaired after a minor fender bender. My insurance company wanted to steer me to one of their "approved repair facilities" but a friend gave National Imports big time kudos - so I took it there instead. So glad I did!They scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me and made sure that they had everything they needed in stock before I brought my car in to minimize my downtime and rental.The car looks like new and the paint matches PERFECTLY! Everyone was pleasant to work with too. I was dreading having to deal with a collision shop, but they made it painless.While I don't really want to have to visit them again (for obvious reasons - ha ha), if you need a auto body shop, I whole heartedly endorse Scott and his crew at National Imports!

Took my 2016 Porsche Cayenne in for some accident repair. These guys were amazing from the first contact through them actually delivering the car to my house. Work was completed as promised.

While I know these guys work on very high end vehicles after crashes, my experience was with them doing some detective work to find leaks in my wife's minivan's roof (from a tree landing on it and then getting a bad repair somewhere else); they found and stopped the leaks (which several other body shops were unable to do previously). Very thorough and meticulous, very professional and straight forward to deal with - I highly recommend them.

Great Company I normally don t make reviews however this company went above and beyond I went to have them look at damage done to the driver side of my Mercedes Benz and Kyle with another employee came over and instantly started realizing damage I had not while taking an estimate of the damage they started buffing out damage that only needed to be buffed mind you they didn t get paid for it getting buffed they just did that they sent me the estimate and are working hand-in-hand with progressive honestly a great company Scott proud of you and proud of your team OutstandingServices: Painting, Body & Trim
