Hands down the worst mechanic shop in orlando. Manager walks around with his gun on his side, long wait times, mechanics don t speak English I brought my car for brake and rotor replacement waited over 4 hours to get a car that was unable to drive. I was told to leave property because I wanted a refund. I had to call tow truck because of their mistake. Car was working perfectly fine when I brought it to the shop. All I needed was a brake replacement. NOW MY CAR IS UNABLE TO DRIVE. Btw no cooperate number, guy cussed me out because he didn t know what he was doing. Please do not bring your vehicle here I promise you won t be pleased with the service. Getting a used tire ? Yeah that s fine but service ? Yeah ok. Good luck.

Worst service, poor commutation between the employees. No knowledge at all about how resolved situations and they only resolved it selling you either tires or xtra service that you don't need. And they clearly take advantage of women that goes alone. Nasty people

I had an experience that was not good at all. They were nice enough to drive my car in from the parking lot. After that it took awhile to get an estimate. I needed 4 tires and new wiper blades. I had them put on the tires and wiper blades. The wiper blades were not a bad price. I happened to find a price for what appears to be similar tires that were about $200 less somewhere else. I called and asked if there was anything that could be done. Someone who said he was the manager said to come back and they would adjust the bill. I came back and the manager said they wouldn't adjust anything after the fact and said that the tires they put on my car were better. I think what upset me try he most was that I spent my time coming back for nothing I was misled. I understand it was after but I think good customer service may have been to give me like half the difference maybe.Service: Auto tire replacement

What a relief amazing staff friendly and honest. Honesty loyalty and respectful I will recommend MUSCLE TIRE. FOR PINE HILLS AND OCOEE AND WINTER GARDEN AND APOPKA. It is definitely worth the trip to get an estimate with integrity. The owner is awesome. Do not fix your AC there. They messed up a great working car and the alternator. Now, the car isn't working/starting and I'm forced to get a new one.

Cheap prices for a reason. I Just went to get my tire rotated came back to 2 broken studs and he still wanted to charge me 80$ to fix the 2 they broke.....Smh

I m just going to be real don t go there Muscle will rip you off and his brother as well also fatty is a manipulator and also be making side money so he will charge you double to just put some extra hundred in his pocket Everybody be smoking weed besides the girl at the Register they will talk to you however they feel like it when they know they re wrong so I suggest to you whoever in Florida or on Pine Hills Road do not go to muscles I repeat do not go to muscles I brought my car there for oil change and my car did not celebrate pass 20 mph I went back and told them the problem and how they stopped me from making money and they got mad at me so I suggest everybody who s around this area think twice before you get there you could see that they don t have no mechanics that s a license there

Not possible to be a customer I called in advance. I was told that they would be closing in 20 minutes. I could make it in 10, so I went there to fix a tire. When I arrived, the same person to took my call told me that they were already closed and told me to come back in Monday hard to explain that to the nail on the tire lost the chance to go somewhere else to get the tire fixed bummer

After the recent change in management, the service here has deteriorated. The support staff works well, however the lack of accountability and poor service from the owner/new Manager diminishes the quality of the work from the employees.I won't be spending another penny here.Service: Tires

I had a fast leaking tire (sidewall puncture) over 100 miles from home. I was able to safely arrive at Muscle Tire who luckily was still open. Faddi (?) and his assistant found me a low priced used Michelin and got me on my way in about 15 minutes and I arrived home safely. They were so kind and concerned and I truly appreciate their service!

SCAM!!! PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They claim to change your oil when I actually they don t and then cause your car to leak then when you go back they want to charge you $500. Especially if you re a female they will take advantage of you thinking you don t know then laugh in your face. Please be aware

Unfortunately not everyone values others people property. Our car was damaged by the tec. that worked on our car. When we took it back to inform them they said they would fix it at a discounted rate and it would take and hour. After two hours and no call we returned to be told they cannot fix what they had caused and they could not help us any further. It's sad to see a company not fulfill Thier job or make what they did wrong right. Please pay the extra money and go to a company that will treat you right.

Car wouldn't start while running errands. I got a jump and went there from a previous recommendations. Michael greeted me as soon as I stepped out the vehicle. He was patient through my questions and knowledgeable. 30 minutes later, I was on my way and they of ice wasn't bad either

The owner diagnosed the problem correctly the first time(another shop had misdiagnosed it and was extremely rude towards me), the owner definitely knows his stuff and how to be curtious and professional with excellent customer service. I called and was told one price, they gave me one of the slowest workers who looked like he HATED his job...an older guy....he tried to charge me more but as soon as he talked to the boss (an arabic guy? No offense....) And the promised price was what i was charged. And he said he would always look out for me bc he now knows my face. I will return

Let me start by saying that this place seems to be well organized and they are pretty fast with tire service. Unfortunately they are dumb as hell, and cost me a lot of money!I came to muscle tires at least 6 times for tires and also an alignment service since they ve been open. My car would seem fine and then begin to shake. I started to think that something was wrong with my car because my tires seemed to go flat. That s when I was told that I needed an alignment, and that would fix my problem. That simply was not true.Today, I went somewhere else and explained my issues, and come to find out these people at Muscle Tire have been putting different size tires on my car. As they lifted my car up on the machine I could visually see the difference. It sucks because I ve been buying tire after tire and they have been wasting my time.I never knew anything about tires and sizing, but now I do.

I brought my 2019 Hyundai sonata with 20,000 miles into Muscle Tire for an Oil change. after about 20 mins , i got my car back and carried on with my day. later on as im driving my car stops on the highway. after further investigation , oil had leaked out on to my engine causing complete engine failure. after more investigation they placed the wrong filter on my car that was to tight. they refused to pay for cost of repair because i refused to let them have my car again. you guys couldn't even do an oil change correctly you think im going to let you repair an ENGINE. My insurance is bringing them to Court.Service: Oil change

I showed up here at 750am to try to get an early jump because it says it opens at 8..it's now 835am and there's nobody in sight... they might want to either update their hours of operations online or have somebody there to work at 8am .. i only like that it's super close to the house..just wasn't able to experience serviceUpdate: came back at 9am and people were ready to go, got help and my tire switched out in 20min..Great prices, good people, just gotta update the hours of operations lol

Best place to get used and new tires. The staff here is very professional and this place has the best prices hands down around d the area. Would def recommend if looking to get quality work for a affordable price. Also take advantage of the limited time 20.00 oil change for 4 cylinder cars.

I called in, and various other places, to get 4 used tires and an alignment for my mothers 2015 kia optima lx. This shop had the cheapest services, dont extremely quick! The staff and owner were very kind and personable!

These guys are REAL. Honest, up front an d quick. They have everything you need, and don't try to force anything on you. They are easy going, very courteous and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. I wished I lived closer!! A+++!!
