Had to take the time out to thank Joaquin for his great and prompt service. Took me in immediately ,picked a great almost new used tire all within 15 mins . Offered me a free drink and snack while paying . Been to many tire shops but , Mr Gomas surpassed in quality of service . Definitely recommend Mr Gomas for your tire needs .

Went for a oil change, It was fairly quick about 25 minutes as expected. The communication was iffy which is why the 4 stars. They had free chips and drinks though on the side note !

Very courteous. Very professional staff. Customer friendly: service with a smile! They started on my vehicle as soon as I got there, no appointment needed, and best of all, their price beat all the others! 5 stars all the way around!!!

I used a Groupon for an oil change, called for an appointment as instructed. In and out fairly quickly. From appointment time to leaving it took 40 minutes.They even reset my car s oil light, previous places made me do it myself because it involves going into the car s settings.There were free chips and soda, and the waiting room was clean. I could even see my car from the waiting room as they worked on it.

This is the worst service, they changed my 2 front tires and put 2 incorrect sizes, which threw my sensors off completely. After taking the car to a mechanic and being informed of what was wrong, it took this office a month to correct their error, only AFTER I said I'd bring my lawyer.. they were trying to make me PURCHASE new tires again. They didn't replace my wheel caps and when I called to enquire, the manager was very rude. I would NEVER recommend this establishment. They've cost me way more than bargained for.I had to have an alignment AGAIN, then purchase wheel caps.

Marcelo's service was very professional. The team was very honest and efficient. They did an excellent job. They did a complete assessment of the car's brake discs and replaced the tire sensors at an affordable and fair price. 100% recommended.

Awesome people, excellent experience! Not only the best price, but the only tire shop around that had the tire I needed in stock. We called and visited many others but most weren't even open. Well worth the few miles extra travel. Will call again!

Don t bother trying to get an alignment here. The machine has been down for weeks and every time you ask them they are waiting on parts.. They had good reviews so I made the decision to go with them buying a Groupon.Whoever is answering the phone never knows anything. This has been a waste of time..

Clearly they don't like doing business here. I went to Mr. Goma Tires for an oil change and was told to come back in an hour, which I did. When I returned, the waiting room was empty, and there were no cars in the bay. But I sat waiting for another 15 minutes. The three guys there were talking nonsense among themselves (yes, I speak Spanish). After this additional 15 minute wait, with no other customers or cars ahead of me, I just walked out. Ridiculous!

Bad service. Went in there one day took a while to be greeted to buy some tires. Did not buy any due to them not having a good deals. Too expensive. Also wanted to get a wheel alignment but they are stating their machine is broken and has been for about 2 weeks. I had brought a Groupon from them to try to get a deal. But now I m dealing with consequences and can t even get a proper refund back to my card from Groupon because it was not done in the first 3 days. Definitely would not visit this place.

If I can give this place a zero I would please stay away from here. I went in a few days ago for an oil change and when I got home my husband went to under my car and the filter had the old date from my previous oil change and the correct amount of oil was not put in my car and did not turn off maintenance light for the oil change and did not put the sticker to know my next oil change date. I paid cash and I did not even get a receipt for it. The worse is that I had to go to the dealer where i brought my car and pay $105 for an oil change that was suppose to be done by the shop. PLEASE STAY AWAY from here.i have reached out to a lawyer and iam reporting this business it needs to close
