My parents had a caliper seize up making the car inoperable. I called Jermaine and he found us quickly got to work on changing the caliper on the passenger side, replacing the brakes, and also replacing the driver side brakes. Jermaine is very polite knows exactly what he doing as he was done in under an hour. We highly recommend anyone needing roadside assistance. Please be advised that he accepts Apple Pay or Cash App. I had issues with my Apple Pay but cash app worked great. Thank you Jermaine for your help and your military service!

Although the mechanic is very courteous, responds promptly to text and calls and even pulls up to your home or location quickly, I would not recommend his service. OVER THE PHONE I WAS QUOTED $78 for service, as we know serpentine belts are no more than $20 so for his labor, and travel cost $78 didn't seem unreasonable. I was given a quote for my serpentine belt popping, then within minutes told my alternator had gone out, which made the price jump to $379. So when he states he did the work for cheap,that isn't true.In my initial call I did tell him that the vehicle was running hot and to check the coolant or if I had a blown head gasket. I had done a lot of troubleshooting watching YouTube videos and using my smart Google lense camera under the hood for possible problems. Knowing what I know now, All those suggestions where accurate. Suggestions that the Skilled mechanic didn't even make, suggest or take the time nor effort to do an assessment on. I agreed to have the work done of him fixing the belt and alternator. I Trusted his judgement due to how courteous and polite he was. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and based on the reviews and Facebook recommendations.Once the work was completed a test drive was not done prior to beginning work or if unable to be driven due to repairs needed he never even turned the vehicle on. After completion of the work he never turned the vehicle on as well. I crank up the vehicle to test drive while he was still at my home and by the time I turned the corner to return he was gone. My jeep was running rough, making a very loud knocking sound that it wasn t making before and shaking. The next morning while leaving for work within 10minutes it ran hot. I immediately texted him the next morning and asked if he checked the radiator and fluids with no response, no text back or return of calls as before when I initially reached out. Later that day I had the vehicle towed in and learned that a head gasket was blown and the motor. He did not do any diagnostic to trouble shoot or problem solve before starting work. I wish I would have never inquired or used the service.

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE! WORST SERVICE!!!I asked for pre-purchase car inspection. The mechanic called me for a minute and said everything is fine in the car; no visible or mechanic problems. He didn't even test drive (when inquiring about test drive, the mechanic said I don't do test drive in car inspection). Sometime later I tried to call him and texted for further inquiries, but he didn't call or text me back.I purchased the car and when I received the car, oh my God, the car has about 15-inch crack in the windshield (needs replacement). Oxygen sensor needs replacement due to malfunction; transmission mount has collapsed (needs replacement). A costly mistake.Beware! You all should avoid!

The guy said he was certified. I called him to bleed my brake it was supposed to be 180 he ending up charging 300. I almost got into an accident because the brake was still the same way. He said no refund and did not want to fix my brake. I did the bleeding myself. Was people to call. Please don't call that guy or his company.... worst of all in orlando Scammer

I got my axle fixed by him about two weeks ago and after my axle seal was leaking. I called him to see if he can put a new seal on and he told me he doesn t do seals which is weird that you can do an axle but not the seal. I went to a shop to put the seal on and they told me that the axle was loose, cross shattered and the axle nut is moving when I drive. Now I have to get a new axle, and I have to come out of pocket another $300 to get it fixed because of something he didn t do right and I texted him multiple times to see if he can give me a refund or to see if he can come back and fix the issue. But no response back from him

Our family is extremely satisfied with the level of service, Mr. Jermain Thompson from Orlando Mobile Auto Pearl, provided. He was able to service our vehicle the same day of our inquiry. He communicated with us as he was on his way to our location. Once he arrived he serviced our vehicle and was able to get us back on the road within 40 minutes. We gathered four quotes from other establishments before reaching out to Mr. Thompson. He was by far the most affordable. Highly encourage you give him a call if you have car troubles or need regular maintenance. He did it all with a great attitude. I typically handle all car maintenance tasks myself, but due to an injury, I had to seek help this time. I supplied the necessary oil, filter, and drain plug for an oil change, providing 5 quarts when the vehicle only requires 3.7 quarts. The individual performing the task used all 5 quarts, resulting in an overfilled engine. When I questioned this, they dismissed it, claiming that even a novice could manage an oil change. To add to my frustration, they tossed the empty 5-quart bottle into their truck, preventing me from verifying the remaining quantity and insisted I trust their judgment. Regrettably, I was unable to check the dipstick before they left. I strongly advise against contacting this person. If one cannot execute a basic oil change properly, they should not label themselves as a mechanic.DO NOT CALLCAN'T DO BASIC OILServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I was in emergency my girl vehicle was down for a week. We couldn't find no one. So we went online on Facebook, and we found this mobile mechanic. He was very helpful and fast and efficient. He came directly to our home and work on the car their. I would highly recommend his service

I usually do all work on my car myself but I had an injury so I wasn't able to do it this time. I provided the oil, filter, drain plug. I gave him 5QTs to do an oil change on a 1.5T Civic (Only takes 3.7Q) and used all 5QTs instead, overfilling it. When confronted about it, he said even a monkey could do an oil change, threw the 5QT bottle into his truck so I couldn't see how much was left and to trust him. Left before I could even get a reading on the dipstick.DO NOT CALL HIM.IF YOU CAN'T DO A BASIC OIL CHANGE DON'T CONSIDER YOURSELF A MECHANIC.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Jermaine was amazing throughout the whole process. I was getting quotes from multiple mechanics for an alternator replacement and no one seemed nearly as genuine as mobile mechanic! I was able to get an honest quote within 15 min of calling and the price was very reasonable. I booked an appointment for the next day and Jermaine came out and got it done. He also provided outstanding customer service and was very professional. Thank you mobile mechanic!

He has engine repair listed as some of his services. I called told him my problem, then he says he only services brakes and batteries. You are wasting people's time as well as yours. Change your services on Google.

This guy has his platform as Mobil Mechanic you cannot call yourself a mechanic if you don t know your way around an engine and know nothing about valve cover gaskets. He should change the name of his business as Minor maintenance work .

I normally would do all my own repairs but being on vacation I did not have my tools. I called the mobile mechanic and he was awesome. He came in a timely manner and fixed my car in a very professional way and very affordable. I would recommend him to anyone.

The mechanic and I had an agreement before coming to my house; that he would change all 6 spark plugs for $250. After the mechanic fixed the 3 in the back; he called me and said he was finish and I repeated so you did all 6 spark plugs? He then said no I did only the 3 in the back. He said that I had to pay more money out for 3 more spark plugs and labor. And repeated multiple times what we had already discussed over the phone before coming to my house. After he left I noticed that the car was doing the same thing; I contacted him about it the problems I was having and he stated that I should get a mechanic to look at it and said I was blaming him when I asked for possible solutions about the repairs that he had made, and now had no idea how to fix a car! I feel completely ripped off and hope nobody else has to have this same unprofessional experience with himService: Engine repair
