Wow wow wow wow. 718 Porsche cayman better than new. Miguel. Omar. These are the guysOriginal post:Getting ready to drop off my Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 for bumper repair and I gotta say, speaking with Omar in person left the best impression and comfort considering the type of car that it is.I know the work is going to be good, he's a Porsche owner himself and understands the reason and value of the car and for the type of repair damage that's needed, Millenia Auto Body will be the ones to make her 100% again. Will upload pictures of before and after once the service is done.

Very satisfied with the service. The team was super understanding of my situation and handled the insurance very well. Very fair and very dedicated to making your car look as new after an accident. David talked me through the whole process and made sure everything is perfect. Both Omar, the owner, and David were a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate the care they showed for me as a customer. I would definitely recommend Millenia Auto Body if you want to make sure you are treated fairly and professionally.

My car is an older model but Millenia Auto treated me as if my car was brand new. They did a great job on the repairs and especially working with the insurance company to get it done properly with the right parts. Millenia Auto has earned my return business. Give them a chance to earn yours!!!!

This shop is top notch! Omar was exceptional in his communication. They under promised and over deliver. The quality of the repair was amazing. Oh, and my SUV was detailed before pickup. It s like a brand new car again. Thanks Millenia Auto Body!

Great customer service and top notch work. This will definitely be my go to place. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was show room ready (interior & exterior). I have never experienced such quality work and the customer service was a cherry on top.

For the misery I went through having to wait for the accident report to prove who was at fault just to get a rental car, I didn't care how long it would take to get my car repaired because the end result was so amazing! Not only did Millennia Auto Body Services make my car look brand spanking new, they also provided a rental car for me since the insurance company for the person who T-boned me wanted to put a limitation on how long I could have a rental car, and they were refusing to pay what was owed even though they were supposed to, so I had to return the rental car and, then, they finally did pay what was owed, but I was already well taken cared of by these people doing the body work on my car. They made it well worth the wait with such excellent service and the final presentation of my car that was completely detailed inside and out and cleaner than how it was when I left it there!

Mr. Jose is amazing and friendly! My husband scratched off my car months before being able to get a repair. I came here just to get a quote but he was extremely professional in fixing it for me perfectly quick although his shop was busy. A+ body shops that I considered (by FAR). I am so happy with the work. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Vehicle looks brand new as if it never was in an accident! Staff was wonderful!!! Just wish it didn t take so long. I would recommend waiting for all parts to be available before dismantling a vehicle, this would minimize the wait time to the get vehicle back.

Had an accident with my Tesla Model 3, they were not only helpful but they were with me every step of the way, keeping me up to date with the status of the vehicles state of repair. They made the experience of dealing with insurance care free as they handled everything! Customer service and quality work is top shelf here. Whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They care about what s best for their customers and not just out to make a buck which is rare in this world these days. Blessed I met Omar and his team here! Will be where I take all my vehicles when work is needed!

I ve with Millenia auto body twice, both for collision reasons! Each time I called, the front desk answers within 3-5 rings, and have always provided excellent and friendly customer service with text message updates on my vehicle once a week.They did all the work from scheduling the local car rental to pick me up to did all of the communication with my insurance - for instance, pressing for Mercedes Benz parts instead of generic parts that was initially quoted.They are easy to communicate with and I would recommend to my friends and family!

What a fabulous job on my Sprinter Van! They installed my aftermarket bumper perfectly. All light and sensors work as they should. Price paid was the price quoted, time to install was perfectly estimated, and upon delivery, the shop manager, Miguel, went over everything with me. The entire team went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks also to Kemely for putting in the extra effort to make the installation possible

Millenia Auto Body was fantastic! I was searching for somewhere to take my Mercedes after someone sideswiped me. I called one place and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could even see me. I called Millenia Auto Body and they told me I could bring my car immediately. They were very nice and pleasant the first phone call. I contacted my insurance and they handeled it from there. When I arrived I had my rental car waiting for me by the very nice lady at the front desk. Then I was greeted by Omar, the owner of Millenia Auto Body (which I did not know at the time).....he actually did my paperwork and walked out with me and looked at the damage. He was so nice and caring about what happened to me. They told me not to worry and I felt I was in great hands. They had my car for almost two weeks. They updated me every other day of the progress and the repairs. I picked my car up and it looked just like it did when I bought it! Kudos to Millenia Auto Body and their 5 Star service!

Omar and his staff did an amazing job with my 2010 Honda Pilot. Full paint job, including new rims which was Omar's suggestion along with new size tires. He also tinted my headlights and brake lights to match the color scheme which was a very nice touch. I was speechless when I first saw my SUV. Completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bumperdoc of Millenia!!!

I had to have my hood repaired due to debris (rock) in the road. I brought my Mercedes to Millenia Auto Body repair and they did an excellent job. Even though I had a special order color, they were able to match it and return my car to me in less than a week. Miguel initially took my quote and kept me informed the whole time until I picked up my vehicle. He was great.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The worst experience I could have had. Was was there in the shop for over 90 days. Poor communication I received 2 text updates the whole time. Had to call and get angry to get anything done. After I get my car back there are rust spot on the top of the car from where the tech laid the parts on the car while it was sitting waiting for parts . To top it off the idiot sprayed clear coat over the rust. I am legit scared to let them fix it. I will be paying to fix their screw up after the were paid almost $20k for repairs. To top of off, I can t even get a phone call back from a manager.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The service at Millenia Auto Body was superb. Omar took the time to listen to our concerns, even down to the minor scuffs. The office manager, Kim, was professional and communicative; responding timely to all my inquiries. Before we processed payment, Miguel ensured we were satisfied with all work completed. Awesome shop! They are Tesla certified. I brought my Model 3 in for a repair and the quality of work performed was exceptional! Very friendly staff and they kept me updated throughout the process. Will highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you!

What a great experience with this Body shop , after 3 evaluations of my Mereceds Benz by 3 dealers, waiting for a fix or an answer of days, one of them for a week without my car without any success, I decided to keep looking and decide to try a body shop and that was the best decision ever. They were very professional, were very knowledgeable and were able to find the problem in just one morning !!!. Truly experts on Mercedes Benz. If you think you have an issue with your car that a dealer can't fix, trying them maybe they can help like they did with me. Thanks to all the staff and receptionist for your kind attention

I had a collision that caused a minor leak and I had no idea where it was coming from. Miguel diagnosed it by phone and checked it out and for me the following morning...he was spot on. He was honest, friendly, warm, professional and very helpful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming on phone calls and the moment I walk through the door. I will be returning for service. ***Update 07/2023 *** I took my vehicle back for repair and long story short Millenia contacted me and my insurance company and advised why replacing one part with a used part wasn't advised and the insurance amount was amended. Millenia cares about the you and your car. THANK YOU
