Had some issues with my fully built out camper van and they were able to get me in the next day after I called. Great and honest people who showed me everything they suggested and allowed me to visually see it which helped me understand what needed to be done. They also allowed me to hang out in their lobby with my pets while they worked on my van which was so nice as my vans my home. Would definitely recommend this location if you need any work done!

Drive over to see about an appointment and they jumped right on the truck and it went from very low blowing A/C to super blowing, ultra frigid A/C. The team was awesome to interact with and very knowledgeable. Recommend this team 1000 times over.

I just want to start off by saying Michelle Coira was amazing and very attentive and she was nice to kids. My daughter wanted me to mention that Michelle. And for the rest of the team they were also very friendly. Michelle even recommended food around the area. Definitely recommend this Midas location. Customer service on point. And they work efficiently. Thanks Michelle and your team for getting us back on the road.

They will charge you an arm and a leg for nothing. They quoted a big job for the same price as a small job, which doesn t even make sense. I called around to local mechanics, and they said the pricing is insane. These are local mechanics who went to school for this, so they absolutely know what they are doing. Do not pay an arm and a leg for mechanic work; it is not worth it. Most local mechanics are so confident in their work that they offer warranties, just like these commercial companies.

This location has amazing employees. We have been taking our car here for a while and they fix what s needed and they are quick and friendly. Isaiah and Michelle are awesome ! Definitely recommend this location

Absolutely great place and amazing customer service! I had my car at the City Kia of Greater Orlando dealership for routine maintenance and was quoted and charged for unnecessary repairs. After a day and a half at the dealership they were still unable to correct the problem at which time I refused further services. I had my car towed to Midas. Michelle the store manager was very understanding of the situation. Eli the technician looked at my car right away and was able to fix the problem in 20 min. Thank you to everyone that helped me, it really meant a lot!

Absolutely horrible service at this location. I went in for my brakes squeaking and waited an hour for them to take me out to my car and show under the hood (then took another 2 hours from that point for the actually service I came in for). I never asked for any other work to be done or anything else to be looked at. They extremely overcharged me compared to others and tried to up-charge me on other services I never asked for and didn't need. Had to end up going to another Midas location 2 months later (because the issue wasn't properly handled and came back) where they were wonderful and told me that they did in-fact charge me for services that they normally do for free when replacing brakes. Just disgusting service all around and would not recommend.

Amazing service! Needed an oil change and from start to finish with the booking to full inspection the crew was 10/10. I appreciate how quick they were and how respectful and helpful Isaiah was with all my questions. Definitely recommend.

OVERCHARGED AND LIED TO OVER THE PHONE. I called this place on a Saturday asking if they had my tire size in stock. They didn t have it but the guy on the phone said he can order it and it ll be there by Monday. He sets me up for an appointment on Monday. I show up and then they tell me they don t have my tire and it was never ordered. My appointment was at 12 and my tire didn t get replaced until 4:30 and I had work at 5 so I had to call out. And they charged me $220 for ONE TIRE CHANGE. Y all wasted my time and my hard earned money by being incompetent. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a REAL mechanic this place is far from it and their prices are unrealistically high in this time of high inflation and low wages. People can barely afford to live out here and y all wanna charge $220 for a damn tire change. UnbelievableService: Tires

To say this place was a blessing would be an understatement. From the first phone call through every step of the process, the staff were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They made a very unfortunate situation so much more bearable and did everything in their power to help even to the extent of communicating with the Midas back home.

Absolutely the best!! Staff was so friendly and helpful!! My brakes went bad on our trip to Florida from Maryland and they evaluated and fixed them in less than two hours with no appointment. Thank you!!

Isaiah was the mechanic. Very professional and explained everything that was done to my car and needed to be done. Michelle took care of me from answering the phone and making my appointment to payment. Exceptional service.

Owner was really nice and informed. A simple brake noise turned into $700 Pads rotors and a wheel bearing later and we were back on the road. 1200 miles from home ......take no chances!

My review about Midas, It is very rare at this stage for credibility to come together with professionalism, and this is what I actually found with Midas ... The manager of the branch, 9825 S Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, informed me of the approximate cost of the repair and I agreed to it, and after completion, I found myself paying a third of the amount that I had agreed to from the beginning... This indicates the sophistication and honesty of the place, but a good place with a bad manager, The result is not good, but it is clear that this woman ,the manager, Michelle Coira, is of good origin and truly deserves her position. All my regards to her and the entire work team, I will recommend Midas to all my friends

Thank you Michelle & Isaiah for attending to us!We were in the area looking for a mechanic, called & they were available! We came by within 20mins or so.Michelle was very thorough & honest with the report, and we really appreciated that. Although we ended up staying a bit longer after to get our A/C & cabin filter changed (not their fault), we had wonderful conversations with Isaiah & Michelle.Highly recommend if you re buying a car & wanting to get it checked by an honest mechanic, at a reasonable price too!

I came on vacation and someone stole my Catalytic Converter from my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. They help me finding the part and installing it the same day too. The best in Orlando Florida.

Wow wow wow I lost hope in my Chevy Tahoe truck thought I was gonna have to buy another truck and these guys figured it out and at a great price can t go wrong with but . I brought my Escalade in and let me tell you about the unprofessional way this team was acting blowing my train horn all day long laughing like it s a joke got the oil pan gasket done and it s still leaking from the pan wanted lift keys installed they said they can do it get my truck back they never installed the lift keys I ask why they said we don t have the tools to do the job had a complete front suspension done they couldn t do the alignment had to spend 130$ at a different shop on top of the $89.99 I just paid for an alignment at Midas if I knew this I would ve taking my truck to a different shop some kind of shop that s praise s it s a 4X4 shop false advertising I will never return to this shop techs take no pride on their work try to get you out quick and take your money run away fast never again goodbye and good riddance MidasServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I came in & I did not have an appointment so I expected to wait. I was getting an oil change & new tires. I arrived @ 10 a.m. & was told that the tires have to come from the vendor so they should be there by 11. @ 12 I was told that the tires were now coming at 2 p.m. I decided to take an uber home. I called around 2 & I was told try back around 5. I took an uber back at 5 & the tires still didn't arrive. They arrived right before the store closed. There was another person there who ordered tires & she came in to schedule her appt the day prior, but she still had the same wait. Eventually, it got done & everything seems to be fine. So, it's ok...Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change
