I woke up to a flat tire on my truck , on a day that I have to haul horses to a horse show . I was able to inflate it and immediately called my go to tire shop ! They got me in right away and patched it for me so I could get back to my day !! They ALWAYS take great care of my truck , horse trailer , and landscaping trailer tires . The customer service is excellent!! Always friendly and never lets us down !! Thank you to the crew at Mavis for saving the day once again !

Mavis helped our company out with an emergency patch and saved the day!! The quality of service is unmatched and work is done in a timely manner. David was very professional and didn t waste time helping us out. The shop is efficient and of quality. Will be doing more business here! Places like Discount Tire won t patch a tire that has already been plugged in a location where it s not a problem. Mavis goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is solved and not just argue on company policies like Discount Tire.

I recently replaced all 4 tires and my full sized spare here and had an excellent experience. The spare was an odd size and they went out of their way to find the most affordable cost option for that tire which was very much appreciated.Today I took my vehicle in for a screw in my tire and both Tom and Evan were incredibly helpful in handling that situation quickly.

I ve been to so many chain stores to get my oil change. My experience has never been better than with this one. Short Spanish guy attended me. I think it was the same one I spoke to in the phone because he was already familiar. The job was completed in way under an hour. And with the discount $75 for full synthetic.Great customer service 5Quick service 5Great price 5And they have free air!!!!

Extremely fast service! They saw I had an emergency and the got me in next, gave me new tires and got me out the door in a very timely manner. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

After noticing a bolt in my tire tonight, I furiously Googled places that would still be open to patch it. I called and spoke with Evan, explained my issue, and apologized for calling so late. (about an hour before close) He asked for my name and told me to come on in. Evan was so helpful and personable. He gave me some great tire advice while the guys took about 15 minutes to repair my tire. During that time, I also saw him handle a rather grouchy customer with the utmost professionalism. I was very impressed by Evan because it is so rare to find employees who really care about good customer service and helping people. I felt like I could immediately trust him, which is also important when dealing with car repairs. This man deserves a raise and a promotion. Take your vehicle to Action Gator!

We purchased 4 new tires in September last year and I just had to have Discount Tire replace all 4 because 3 of the tires tread separated! I ve put barely 3k miles on them and my daughter in law had a blowout on I95. I m hoping they ll give me a full refund for these tires but I doubt they will

An incredible workshop. I came to change two tires on my car and they found a big problem. I bought my car using the size or the person who installed the tires previously (in another workshop). He tightened the rim screws very much to the point that a part had to be replaced. But he still asked with the problem and he was very kind in explaining to me what the problem was. Every time I come to this size they are of great help to me and I do not change them for another. Thank you for being so kind, for your attention and patience when working on my car.

Excellent customer service and trustworthy. Even though I only came in for a repair they took the time to lift my car and thoroughly check all of my tires. Will definitely be back for any future tire needs on all my vehicles

Justice was amazing, helped replace a core and valve stem on the spot. Customer service was clutch. Pricing was above fair. This will be our new place to get our replacement tires. And that is for three vehicles, one being a dually!!

Justice was very professional. He got my car in very fast, almost no wait time and figured out what was wrong almost immediately! He did great at explaining what was wrong I would know how to address if anything went wrong next time.10/10 Recommend.

I had a nail in my tire and they were able to get me scheduled within the hour. I showed up expecting to have to get a new tire but they informed me I only needed a patch, which was significantly more affordable (they also let me know my original tires were better than the new tire I would have gotten so it was all around a better situation). They explained everything thoroughly and got the work done quickly. I definitely recommend checking them out next time you need service on your vehicle.

I have been coming here for about 3 years now. I m a college student and was referred to them by my brother. I absolutely love their service! Evan was extremely helpful with my last service. He was very efficient and overall just gave that happy experience you want when dealing with car issues. As a young student you don t always know all the mechanical issues when it comes to a car. But Evan is for sure the guy to see! Thank you so much!

I have been taking my vehicle to this store for a couple of years now. No matter the time of day, Evan greets me with a smile and provides me with an outstanding customer service. Just came in today. Been to quite a few tire shops over the last few years. I have to say this gator tire location was one of the best. I certainly thank Evan for his outstanding help today. Would highly recommend there services at this location
