I took in my Cadillac Cts wagon for repairs and body work as a result of a collision.Jack was the person in charge of handling the repairs. I expressed to jack all the concerns and the issues I noticed with the vehicle and was assured by Jack that he would take a look at all of it.Well I went back the day of completion and Jack had lied my car was still in the same condition as far as the shaking as it was when I brought my car in.Also the paint there were sections were the paint was raw with no clear coat I honestly thought that bringing my car to the dealership would give me good service.Instead made a horrible mistake and now I am going to take back possession of my vehicle while it's broken and now to buy a new battery because they killed mine too.$348. THANK YOU Jack and Massey Collision.

This is a top notch collision center. They communicated very well with the delays cause by GM strikes and still turned out great work on two vehicles of mine. Looks as good or better than I did when I bought it. Terry and the whole team there is first rate. Thank you

Had some work done with this select service. There shop lost some parts that were in my vehicle. I have left messages. No return call. I have been going back and forth with the insurance company too. Needless to say don't waste your time going here to get your vehicle serviced or fixed. Check the crime rate in the area. Choose your own shop. Fool me once...Well once is enough for me. I almost purchased a truck here during the repair. So glad I decided otherwise.

I came here for a hood dent. The first time they did a great job. So I took my vehicle back again for another incident and after I received my vehicle and noticed that paint was cracking on the hood. They repainted the hood but the paint is fading. I took my vehicle here one last time for rear accident a month or so later I noticed the paint has begin to crack, I took my vehicle back and a manager stated that this was not his fault and he would not repaint my vehicle. I reported this to USAA. USAA representative inspected my vehicle and told me that this was a paint defeat from Massey unprofessional service. I took my vehicle to another shop for repair. I asked USAA to please remove their collision repair from Massey because this shop allows managers to steal hard earned money from military customers just to filled their pockets without even considering veterans vehicle paint defeats that was caused by their shop.I urge all veteran to please find another shop.

Used the collision center to repair minor paint damage from crazy Toyota Corolla driver, reasonable workmanship, work was done almost 2 years ago and has held up.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
