Yancy, Sammy and the team at Maaco did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend you going to them to get any of your paint needs done. My car is 10 years old, a 2014 that I bought brand new in 2013 and it looks like it did when I bought it. If you are deciding between places to go, I would tell you to just over and talk to Yancy. I needed some body work and the regular body shop I have been going to kept moving me back. I have dealt with different Maaco locations before and decided to try the one on Mercy Drive in Orlando. I spoke to Yancy, the manager, and he was very straight forward. He recommended what I should do and gave me a very detailed estimate. :) After thinking it over I took my Prius in and they started working on it on Monday, 3-18-2024. It was done on Thursday, 3-21-2024 and I went to the shop and paid. Yancy looked at my car with me and they did everything they said they would. It is a nice paint job, I did pay extra above the base so it would last me longer. There was some peeling of paint and a few bad places and they fixed all of it. I was very impressed with the detail of the work like painting the flat part on the rear hatch (looks really nice), installing a damaged wheel well cover, painting my hitch so it looks nice. They seemed to do little things and I liked that. Yancy is obviously a very knowledgeable professional that proved to me that he cared about the work on my, very important to me, automobile. :) When I went to the shop on Thursday the paint people were all working hard and it was easy to see that they had a lot of business to do. I am very pleased and very appreciative. Best wishes to the entire shop!

My 2012 Elantra had been sitting in the sun for 3 years. The paint had peeled off from all surfaces. It had collision damage in both bumpers and I was ashamed of been seen driving it. Maaco not only did an amazing job on the car (it looks brand new!), but the customer service was beyond excellent. I give this team a solid 5-star rating Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car re-painted at the Maaco Auto body shop and could not have been more pleased!!! The paint job was outstanding and the customer service was top notch! If you need your car re-painted please look no further. The prices can't be beat and the turn around time is super quick.

I am very happy with the work that was done to my car. I had several dents, scratches, and needed a full body paint job. In 3 days, I picked up my car and it looked brand new. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Yancy was the most helpful with getting my quote and providing good recommendations for paint and savings. He really went the extra mile. This place is super affordable and do great work.

I have a 2007 Dodge Charger that was in need of a good paint job. I met with Yancy on a Tuesday and we went over everything I wanted done. On Friday I received a called for Maaco stating that my car was ready. Once I got there Yancy told me my car came out beautifully. He walked me across the street to get my vehicle and he was so right.Yancy and his crew did an awesome job. My car looked brand new. I would recommend this shop to anyone in search of getting they re car painted

Had an excellent experience from start to finish with Yancy and his Team. I walked in with scratches on my vehicle and left within 5 min with a written estimate. I selected this shop based on the experience of the Team, Maaco s reputation, and the reasonable pricing for this job. I m extremely pleased with my experience and repair. Before visiting this location, I was hesitant about going contacting a body shop for a minor repair but I m so glad I went to this location in person. I was sold once Yancy told me he d worked at this location for 24 years. This level of experience speaks for itself. I would highly recommend bringing your car in for an in person estimate if your need repairs large or small. If and when I need painting or auto body repairs, I will make Maaco my first call.A huge THANK YOU to Yancy and the Team at Maaco. Thank you all so much!!

My 2008 Blue Honda Civic LX was having peeling clear coat and paint problems for the second time. I decided to repaint the car and came to this MAACO for a quote. Sam and shop manager were very friendly and helped me with a quote for the integrated clear coat option, with some buffing and repair. The repair took three days and came out excellent. The car looked brand new! Everything was done, from the fender to the trunk, and looked excellent.The shop owner and techs really take pride in their work and it shows - they even showed me ways to paint my dilapidated rims.Overall I was EXTREMELY satisfied with this repair. No, I did NOT go for the deluxe treatment of several days of sanding out imperfections as I did back in 2014, however that quote was nearly 5X higher. You won't really notice this on a 15-year old car.Anyway I highly recommend this shop if you need to get your car fixed up. Thanks Sam and crew!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Yancy and team did a fabulous job on my Mazda CX-5. They patched my bumper as good as new; another shop had told me it wasn t possible. And they repaired my dented fender and buffed out a bunch of scratches for a reasonable price. Plus they turned it around quickly. There aren t enough good things that I can say about Maaco Auto Body Shop. For weeks I had been looking for a shop to touch up and repaint my car because it had severe sun damage. After countless phone calls and research, I finally visited Maaco to get a quote, and they gave me an amazing deal to repaint my entire car. The service that I experienced from Sam and Yancey were beyond. Not only were the professional, but they made me feel like everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!

The roof of my Nissan Quest rusted very badly.Yancey is a friendly person, he checked my van and suggested I should go for a complete repainting.He gave me a very reasonable quote and assured me of the quality of my work.He completed the job in just three days.It came out so nicely that my van looks almost new.I have another car Suzuki which I am gonna take to him soon for a complete makeover.Thank you so much, Yancey.Keep up the good work.

I have a Chrysler 300 2010 touring and it's a great car but the body was aging from the sun and getting dull. I had the Mercy drive team so the special paint job with the sepereate clear coat at the end and it looks amazing. Do not hesitate to take your car here if it's not quite perfect. Now I feel like I can proudly drive my car and it looks so good I am very cautious of where I park! Great job guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

On most occasions nowdays when most people post a comment about their initial experiences with a car painting establishment it's usually a negative one. However, today I gotta go against that trend to share my eye opening experience with Maaco. First, an unknown to the employees, I am a disabled veteran who diagnosed with a inoperable condition that has left me with only months to live. So everyday getting outta bed is a struggle. As a form of therapy, I would push myself to get up and go in my backyard and work on my chevy impala. After using a large potion my precious time left on this earth, to pour my labor of love into this car, I decided that I gone as far as I could in making this vehicle my "dream car" I just happened to see a Maaco Commercial on the TV. So I call the Mercy Drive establishment and spoke to a very, very friendly gentleman by the name of "Sam" who invited me to come to their office to receive an estimate. Upon arrival, the manager Yancy, surprised me with their professionalism, courtesy and the ability to skillfully educate the customer as to the services they could provide. I was options, and demonstrations and examples of how they would take care of my car. The prices given was fair, competitive and a reflective of what I was seeking. This vehicle had more than just a regular car relationship with me, it represented (in all probability) the last significant thing I was to do before succumb to my own personal mortality. So I left the company with mid-range or mild expectations on how my car would come out. The manager called me 3 days later to tell me my car was finished. When I walked to see my car, the manager, the sales person and all the employees who worked on or assist with my car came out from the back and presented me with my car like some big reality show presentation. And OMG this car was absolutely beautiful! Not only was their work on the high-end of the professional scale, but the VIP treatment given to this old broken down veteran was world class. Not only was happy and satified with the end product, but I was over joyed with the kindness and respect the bestowed they bestowed upon me to the point where my emotions overcame me and l could only weep tears of happiness and thanks. I could not believe how these group of strangers came out to show me so much love and adulation with the spirit of a hollywood production to lift the heart of a dying man request....and transform this wish into a wonderful car! I wanted to thank these guys in my most humbled and gracious manner....write this review so the world could know and share what the outstanding workers and management team at the Mercy Drive Maaco in Orlando, Florida gave me. I could thank them enough for going beyond the call of duty to make my wish come true!!! Thanks Again Guys!! And GOD bless.

Maaco did a fantastic job painting my 2005 Toyota Sienna. I m not exaggerating when I say it looks like new. I would recommend Yancy and his crew on Mercy Drive to anyone. Thank you so much Yancy. My experience with the Mercy Drive MAACO was above and beyond anything I could have expected! A gentleman named Yancy runs the shop and I had the opportunity to deal with him directly. He took so much time with me just breaking down each step and details on what to expect. It was truly amazing and his attention to detail was what any customer would dream of. Sammy is a manager that worked with me as well. He was so knowledgeable and just an all around good guy to do business with. The paint job was soooooo good! It literally blew me & my wife away!! They recommend I try the black diamond paint and it really looks amazing. If you're looking for an excellent experience, a great team and an amazing/affordable paint job, pick the Mercy Drive MAACO! I promise that you will not regret it

I brought my car in after running it thru a car wash that used brushes that were set too close or strong as the top of my roof got damaged. Since my car was more than 10 yrs old, the car wash would not cover me. It looked like I needed a repaint so I brought it into another Maaco to capitalize on my warranty which it was only painted 3.5 months ago...they gave me the Corp # and told me to follow up with them. So I went to this Maaco for a second opinion and Yancy overheard my frustration while telling his Sales Rep my plight... then Yancy stepped in and said "hold on let me look at this a little closer... no this just needs to be buffed out with a high speed buffer... don't worry, I got your back give me a little more than an hour and I'll do it now so you don't have to wait". Not only did he make it look like new, he reassembled my grill that was knocked off at that car wash too. Then he assigned one of the crew to wash my car...I got it back looking as good as the day I picked it up with the fresh paint job. And when I asked him how much I owed he said " nothing, you've been thru enough, I'm just glad I can really help...without you we would not continue to be in business and besides I get enjoyment helping good customers ". Now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!Bring your car to THIS MAACO, and ask for Yancy. You'll be glad you did.

Go here to get your car fixed!!! Yancy & another man (never caught his name) were amazing to me. I went today to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my scratched front end & they were more than generous to me. My scratches were pretty minor & they just took care of my car free of charge. They even made me touch up paint for the small chips in paint, all to avoid paying an excessive amount of money for something so small. I offered paying, asked for an invoice, they told me not to worry about it. I am beyond grateful for what they did. They are definitely looking out for everyone that comes to them & looking to give the very best offer they can.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is amazing! I had an ugly scratch on my truck door I attempted to DIY. Yancy looked at it, gave me advice and assisted me with repairing it without spending a significant amount of money. Maaco was approved to repaint the front end of my car including the hood, roof, front doors and mirrors due to bug damage through Xzilon Paint Protection, it's been a little over a year and my paint job has begun to flake and bubble. I have called Maaco corporate office and they have setup with the Orlando location to fix the job however the Orlando location put spot and chip on the estimate even though the original location fully painted the areas mentioned above. At this point I have been waiting on the Orlando location for 3 weeks to correct their verbiage error. All I want is my car to be painted correctly with no excuses especially since this is a warranty job. Just stand behind your workmanship PLEASE....
