Going to Maaco was the BEST decision me and my daughter could have ever made for our vehicles. I Nicole, drive a blue Infiniti QX60 and my daughter drives a white Toyota Camry. The Camry front bumper was damage in an accident. I don't have before and after pictures of her car, but all I can say is it doesn't look like there was any damage. PERFECTO!! As for my Infiniti the back bumper was damage and had a hole. Those that repaired both bumpers did an AWESOME job! It looks just as it did when I bought it off the showroom floor 2 years ago! The staff that we met were wonderful, especially Bobby! We felt we knew Bobby all our lives, that's just how he made us feel, we felt comfortable and he was so easy to talk to and he's funny. A special thank you goes to Bobby and the entire staff at Maaco on S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando FL. We'll see you soon for were bringing back the Camry to get the whole entire car painted. While my wife was shopping someone hit her car in the parking lot and of course didn't leave a note. While driving around town a "car dent expert" saw the dent and said, it would be an easy fix and take 10 minutes. After an hour of making my car way worse and painting it red I told him to stop and left. MAACO gave me an amazing price, and it looks as close to perfect as you can get. Can't be happier. I attached a before and after for you to see for yourself.

Great Service! I had an issue with my front bumper when I first arrived to Orlando as I am out of town and I have speedy and excellent service from Maaco representative. They were able to have my car back on the road and in shape in a few hours. Thank you so much for your help!

Rolando was so helpful and professional. They did a great job painting my 2015 Toyota Prius at a great price. VinnieDI had my 2015 Toyota Prius repainted in 2021 and they did a fantastic job. i needed a repair done on the passenger side door this passed week. (11/2023) They did an amazing repair and did a great job on matching the color. I would recommend Maaco at this location to anyone.

Let me say THANK YOU to the employee at Maaco store# M2347 AT 11219 South Orange Blossom Orlando FL. They are very help and kind and a asset to the company. The employee in the shop are more of a artist in their work than painting a car.They took a ugly car and make it look like new, thank-you fantastic job. I've already had 4 four people stop me wild driving and ask about the car, and I just said MAACO DID IT.and it not 4 sale, Maaco with employee like this you can't wrong. The total experience was fantastic. Bobby was great and his service was really far from what I expected. My Jeep looks great!!! I chose Maco because Bobby made me feel confident that the job would be done right. And it certainly was ! Thank you Bobby and all your mechanics.

My husband had my Veracruz painted for 49th my birthday. What a pleasant surprise it's a 2012 I keep it as good a condition as possible and now it looks brand new. Bob was terrific to work with, and they really did a superb job for the cost and work done. I do it again and a heartbeat and I would recommend all my family and friends to them as they were very nice, and considerate. In this day and time no one can really afford to do a lot! But we sure got a lot for our money.

I had a very good experience with Maaco. I bought my 2016 Hyundai ELANTRA in to be painted. The paint was peeling off the trunk due to defective paint at Hyundai that they would not cover. I received a very reasonable estimate from Nela. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful to me. She helped arrange for me to get a rent rental car down the street at Enterprise. They even came and picked me up. The paint job took about four days, and I am very pleased with the results. It looks like I have a brand new car. Bobby took care of me when I came to pick up the car. He was very professional and very nice. Would definitely recommend Maaco on orange blossom Trail in Orlando if you re looking to have your car painted.

We are very delighted with our new paint job on our 2014 Honda CRV. Not only did they clean up the headlights to make them look brand new. They did a detail job inside the paint job is fabulous. Very happy great job.

After 10 years in the Florida sun, my car needed a little facelift. I decided to go to Maaco for a quote. Bobby was very nice and explained all my options. I got a great deal and the work was done in a timely manner. It just makes me smile to see how great my car looks now. I highly recommend the team at the South OBT location. My car looks like new.

Horrible paint job, just painted over dents didn't pull them out, took the rack off the top of van, broke the screws from it, didnt bother putting them back. Rolando is giving me the run around about fixing and replacing my rack. He keep saying to call him next week that he'll get the part to fix it. Its been three weeks and i still havent heard from him.

~ Steven was super professional from the initial consult. He told us every detail good and bad so we would make a clear decision on whether we wanted to move forward. I loved this because he hid nothing. They were able to keep the jeep the day of the consult and even finished it two days earlier than what we were told. When arriving to pick it up...we gasped at how beautiful it actually was! Surpassed our expectations! They truly cared. They wanted it to look like it came right off a dealership lot. Thank you "Steven" for your professionalism and kind spirit and thank you to the "Maaco painting team" for making our forever jeep look brand new. I would like to share my recent experience at this establishment and caution you about the issues I encountered. My car was at your premises for 10 days for a painting service, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.Firstly, the time my vehicle spent at your facility was much longer than initially promised. Waiting for 10 days without the painting work being done is unacceptable and caused significant inconveniences in my daily life.What s even more concerning is that when I finally received my car back, I realized that the painting work I had requested had never been carried out. My vehicle was in the same condition as I had left it initially, and no progress had been made on the service I had requested.To make matters worse, when attempting to start my car, I encountered additional issues. My vehicle wouldn t start, leaving me in an extremely inconvenient and costly situation. I had to spend additional time and money to rectify this problem, which clearly arose during its time at your workshop.It is important to note that I have filed a formal report about this unsatisfactory experience and am seeking a proper resolution through the appropriate channels. However, I feel it is my responsibility to inform prospective customers about these issues so that they can make informed decisions.In summary, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this place to future customers. My experience was marked by significant delays, the failure to carry out the painting work, and additional problems with my vehicle. I hope that my complaint is taken seriously, and steps are taken to improve the quality and efficiency of your services in the future.

Plan to spend more than what they quote. Not becasue they will charge you more but because any that can break will break and anything that becomes to difficult to re install or take off you will have to redo if your not mechanicaly inclined you will have to have some one go thru and check your vehicle for badly assembled or loose parts. So if the vehicle you are tacking to them has parts like marker lights and bumper cover or emblems that you might not be able to get localy take them out your self because they are going to get ruind. It is on the fine print so they will do nothing to keep them safe because they have a copout.

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED!!!!I had a simple front end crash. The car still drove without issue. Air bags did not deploy. It needed very little work. They have had my car for 8 weeks. They keep telling me it will be a few more days. They have told me this several times for the past 4 weeks. At first, they blamed it on progressive insurance, but that was only the first 3 weeks. Then they waited to order a radiator and condenser.For the past 2 weeks they have said they are putting the front clips on the bumper.For the past week, they said they will call me when it's ready and they hope to have it done "today".At this point, I could have fixed it myself. MAACO is terrible and all they do is lie to customers.

I was informed.before dropping parts off. There would be slight imperfections as they usually do cars not bike parts. I told them I was fine with small imperfections but what I received was RIDICULOUS. rear fender and tank were perfect. As expected and a great job all considered. The front fender however. I can't believe it was ever given to me. Complete LACK of painting on SIDES of part, as well as 0 coverage underneath. I didn't expect a full glass clear coat underneath the parts, but the pics explain what I was given. The resolution was a bottle of touch up paint. Kept dodging accepting to repaint the part.Doesn't help that parts were there for almost 2 weeks (11 days) when they gave a 4-5 day estimate. Obviously the prep work was cleaning only, no sanding, no primer, nada.The parts done right look fantastic. And with a ever so slight increase in attention to detail could have been an awesome experience. - a star for extended time on parts, , - a star for turning over a part with such noticable flaws

Beware! Don't take your car to this location. Worst customer service and the job they do is very unsatisfactory.I took my car to Maaco after a car accident, Rolando was the one who took care of me and told me that my car would take a week to repair, the damages were the front bumper, hood and fender, after one week at the shop, they told me that they needed to order some more parts that were broken from the accident. So far I think that was ok, but they had to request two times a supplement from the insurance (apparently they could not figure out all the damages and all the parts that they needed to replace from the bigining) plus they took and extra couple of days for some "detailing". Finally Rolando call me and told me that my car was ready to pick up after two weeks at the shop, then I get to the big surprise that there were no so calling "detailing" my car was covered in dust, all my engine bay was full of dust and the interior of the car was also dusty plus apparently one of their tech guys took a break inside my car because there was peaces of oaks or granola bars in the cup holders, the right turn light signal was loose and not working, all my tires were low on pressure, there was also a small scratch in the bumper, and Rolando forgot to do an alignment. I let him know about all this things and he told me to bring it the next business day and that they will fix it, knowing that I would not have a rental car for the extra day that this will take because the insurance already covered all and this was the shop's fault. Then I take the car again to get it clean and to fix the light and the scratch, Rolando said that this will be ready for the next day, but NO after all this my car was not ready next day and they took two days to replace a light and some cleaning, finally I pick up the car for the second time to find out that my bumper was loose and missing a plastic clip, they did not fix the scratch, they said that I was the one that scratched and also I found out that I bet they misunderstood the turn signal that is at the bumper with the blind spot light that is inside my door because there is some marks of forcing the blind spot light and there was nothing to fix there, in conclusion I will put the bumper clip myself because I dont want them to touch my car again and hopefully the car paint doesn't not come off like some of the other reviews here, so I dont have to deal with them again. I dont know what else to say for you to stay away from this place but at least now you know what could happen also to your car.

My car is a 2000 Toyota. Maaco both painted it and replaced my interior broken door handle. Voila! Now I have a new car! And best of all, it's paid for!!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so glad to have found this place and have met Rob! He was awesome and hit the ground running with my car issue. Honestly, everyone here is so nice and easy to deal with. Rob kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and went way beyond the extra mile with his customer service (this guy is a true expert at his profession!)I brought in a 2018 Audi A5 for some dents and deep scratches on the driver seat door. I was so worried it would never recover, but so relieved to see it back and practically like nothing ever happened! I ll attach some pictures, but they use a great system to color match. Thanks to everyone at Maaco and Rob for the fine and professional work they have done! I will bring in my other car next! :-)

$1000 Maaco mistakeLong story short: If you're not getting the whole car painted, the paint won't match your OEM color and there's nothing they can do about it.First time using Maaco. Since my car was on jack stands I needed some body parts painted -- front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and both fenders.After talking with Bobby, I ended up with the premium paint because I wanted my parts to look great. I gave Bobby my info, PAINT CODE, and left. A week later, I went to pay the bill ($1023) and pick up the parts, and while I wasn't thrilled that the parts sat outside under a tree (collecting dust and sap) the paint looked great.....at first.When I put the parts on, I immediately noticed the horrible color match. But because I was satisfied with the paint quality, I went back to give them more business and asked for a quote on painting the rest of the car. I'd need to pay another $1500 dollars to get the rest of the car done (making the total cost $2500...). I wasn't going to pay that. As I would've went to a custom paint shop to pay those prices.To get the situation resolved, I asked them to paint match what they already painted. Bobby insisted that the color of my car was incorrect (repainted) and their paint was brilliant -- which is why it looked different. He insisted all 4 of my doors were repainted prior to this job. AKA, its not their fault. Lastly, he said that silver/gray colors will never be paint matched perfectly when painting parts off the car -- but the parts are now on the car, so I don't understand why it can't be done.Now I'm out $1000, refuse to pay $2500 for the total job, and have a 2-tone car. That'll be the first and last time dealing with that Maaco as I can't in good-faith recommend this location.UPDATE: The manager has since contacted me after the review and the situation did not change. They can't paint match the parts THEY painted. So I'll be two-tone tony until I have it repainted at a custom shop. If you want your car to look like it got a coat of paint, stop on by here. If you want it to actually look good, I recommend another location or shop.Service: Painting
