This automotive place exceeded all my expectations - not only was the customer service and empathy exceptional, but my car was also left spotlessly clean. What's more, the cost was better than I could have hoped for. This experience was more than just a visit to an automotive place; it was a shining example of top-notch customer service and empathy. I would rate it 11/10 without a doubt!

My son had a beautiful 1990s car with a couple panels that needed new paint. These folks paint matched it to a tee, and the final result was beautiful. They are timely and competent highly recommend their work!

Hard to find businesses that are honest and do great work, but this place was great. Jerry gave me amazing customer service and communication through out my repair process. Prices were not bad and they seemed very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend

I found them through google and it is definitely 5 stars from me. Strait forward, clear and easy to communicate, they can make things happen.My car was hit by another car and when I contacted Ford, they told me they don't have the parts needed, they don't build them anymore.Jerry and Lemon Chasers said "no problem" they bought through ebay what was needed or created it themselves.Have been there since that time a few times and they always deliver on time and do a great job.I absolutely recommend them, can't find a more reliable car mechanic!anything that has to do with a car, they can do it!

I had a problem spring on me. Radiator needed to be replaced and quickly. I called up and was being taken care of within minutes! They take the job seriously and treat you like a person, not a number. Problem got fixed and the car was washed. This is a service they offer at NO CHARGE after any service work through their shop. Jerry and Joe are really great guys, that take their job seriously and treat you like family. I highly recommend their services!They do mechanic work as well as body work and paint. Full service at this location! Detailing services are also available, check with them for pricing on detail work.Thank you Lemon Chasers!!!

Took my car here bc the air was not blowing out cold. They recharged the AC & a week later it went back to blowing warm air. I took my car to Kia and the evaporator has a leak. Mind you my car has 40k miles on it.

Outstanding throughout the whole process, I had an overheating issue w my older Lexus sedan. I tried out another shop and was floored at what they claimed to be discrepancies mechanically with my car. They said the tires were bad, shocks, yada yada. I was sick all weekend over it, then I received a tip from someone very close to me to try Lemon Chasers Automotive. In a time when I needed a glimmer of light, Jerry and his team brought out their spotlight. I can t say enough about their integrity and service with excellence. Not only did he save me thousands, he gave me the ability to travel via my car again. I highly recommend Jerry at Lemon Chasers! 8 days a week!

Bought a car online and asked Joe if he'd be willing to look at it for me, to make sure I didn't get a lemon. He looked at it in depth, answered all my questions and gave me pointers on how and when to service the car. Truly outstanding service. I will definitely be bringing my car to him whenever I need service or mods. Thanks Joe!

Brought my car in to get tires mounted, balanced and install. Also get an outside opinion on brakes since dealership said I needed them, and they are still a little over 50%life left. I will always bring my car to Joe and Jerry at Lemon Chasers!

From the moment I entered Lemon Chasers, I was welcomed warmly , and treated extremely professionally from the, "First. Welcome to Lemon Chasers. How may we help you?". I informed the receptionist that I'd already called ahead of my visit to have a front wheel sensor replaced on my Dodge Charger. (I'd previously had my Charger scanned at another company, and they told me I needed to replace the front DRIVERS side sensor).After my vehicle was scanned by Joe, the assigned, and requested mechanic, he discovered that it was the PASSENGER side sensor that was faulty. Joe also went the extra mile, and scanned for any other issues I may have, and found that there WAS other codes showing up in the scan. Joe informed me that this could be a result of me recently changing out my old battery for a new one, which can cause the system to think there are issues when in truth there isn't.Joe worked his skills, and got the speed sensor changed in no time flat.After running another scan, to double check everything, and clearing out all of the codes, I was good to go. I was even offered their standard free car wash, and inside detailing service, to which I declined. The only reason I declined this service is because my Charger has a vinyl wrap on it, and I am very particular to keep that wrap protected, for which they fully understood.On my ride home, I turned on my AC, and discovered that even that was running colder too. By the time I'd got home, I had nipples like Tic-Taks, because the AC was running so good. My Charger was running as smooth as silk againAfter speaking with the owners, I discovered that Lemon Chasers is NOT just a basic garage repair establishment, where they do the basic tire, or oil changes. They are in-fact a One Stop Shop for all your vehicles mechanical needs, and repairs, and I will most certainly be a regular customer with them from now on.5 Star service all round, and a pleasure to do business with.Special thanks to Joe for taking such good care of me, and my ChargerServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning

I took my 2007 4runner for a transmission drain and fill and had a cracked radiator they installed a new radiator and now my 4runner is riding like brand new!! Mr Jerry Martin is a very honest and hard working gentleman. His crew are awesome and so is Miss Lourdes too. God bless them!! Thank you very much!!!

Thank you for taking great care of my 2008 Charger and charging me a reasonable price. Fixing the trunk release without me even mentioning the issue was a great surprise. Joe even made sure to pick me up at a nearby location so I could pick up my vehicle before I went to work. He was very accommodating. My Charger is my baby and he understood that. Not too many mechanics respect that. I found the place where I know my baby will be safe and well taken care of. Thanks again!Service: Engine repair

Lemon chasers is by far the best specialized car service spot in Orlando! They fixed my Ford s wheel hub and bearing with replacing two front tries to get me back on the road safely again. I appreciate Jerry s hospitality and time to properly diagnose my vehicle. Great customer service and great prices, if you have any problem with your vehicle contact them!

Took my car to them for collision repair per my brother's recommendation. Terrible job. They cut a lot of corners and didn't put my doors back together correctly, didn't fill in flaws, and when they chipped the paint on my bumper I was handed a bottle of paint and told I could do it myself. I should have known, since I don't have a sports car they wouldn't give it the same care.

Hands down best shop. First of all I'm glad I found this shop through the guy that does my custom charger interior and exterior lights. The owner, the front office great customer service. My wife charger air conditioner was bad, so I made an appointment for Joe the mechanic to fix the air conditioning and all I can say my wife is so happy she has her ac running again ice cold and the price was amazing. Other shop would charge per hour they charge. Mechanic Joe told me he rather have the customer come back everytime happy than to break their pocket one time and never see them again. That is so true. I live abt a little over an hour away and will go there in a heartbeat. They give you a free car wash after service has a little bonus. Also they have a paint shop which is show car quality and my wife is going to get her charger and her 22s Straggered wheels painted from them. I have recommended them to people and just say they was very pleased.

I called in with an issue with my vehicle, Jerry within 5 minutes of talking over the phone diagnosed the issue. The other shops I called didn't have the time or just wouldn't work on my vehicle. Jerry takes care of you , and Joe one of the Mechanics is flat out phenomenal, super friendly, will let you know everything they do in detail so you're not out in the dark.The entire staff is great and if you meed any kind of lighting work done they have you covered also with Wayne, knows his stuff

Extremely please with the whole experience at Lemon Chasers. We were involved in an rear-end collision and Lemon Chasers did an excellent job repairing the vehicle and matching the paint as our vehicle is 10 years old. A special Thank You to Jerry and the office staff for working with us and the insurance company and keeping us informed during the process! If the situation arises, I will gladly use their services again.
