My father and I really trust this shop. The guys are all knowledgeable, honest, and give you their professional opinion instead of pushing to make a sale.We ve been going here for normal maintenance for my Mazda 3 and my dad s GLS which have been doing well. Prices are more than reasonable, we feel welcome, and you can question any of the knowledgeable workers.Recently, we noticed the GLS was having tough downshifts and jerks from 1-2, and were recommended a Transmission Flush & Refill instead of Benz s recommendation to rebuild the transmission (120k mile service). Lancaster took care of us!

One of the fewest honest mechanic shops I know. After dealing with a terrible locksmith. I came here to be given a real assessment of what was wrong with my trunk. Even though I did have the money to get it fixed with them. If I did, I wouldn t have thought twice about it. They are helpful, kind, and respectful. They will be my go to shop. Thank you guys for being great.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The mechanic 1st guided me to where i needed to go. And the manager greeted me with a smile. Everyone who came in was treated respectful and he answered their questions. He also gave very helpful suggestions. 100 stars.

GREAT experience here!! Very affordable and friendly service :) they are not pushy at all when it comes to up-selling. Must give a little shout-out to Nick for his patience and knowledge. I will definitely be returning.

If i can i ll give 0 start went for a oil change and they mess up my car, now is not working properly i bring my car in a good shape not engine light on and they give me my car with a check engine light on, have a misfire start weird don t want to brake a few hose loose. Worst place ever.You never changed the oil i have to do it my self and brake my tension belt and make a hose go loose. Worst place ever. And then get mad and closed the shop right the way after i left so no, i don t have to be thankfull you mess my car. And the oil pan is no damaged you just want me to charge me more for that. Never again. WORST PLACE EVER

This business' snarky response (before I even had a chance to write a review) is confirmation of the negative vibe I felt here. Three stars means the business is "Okay"...which is what you deserved in my opinion. If you had smiled and looked me in the eye while speaking to me, turned on the AC in the waiting area and not asked for my VIN before servicing my vehicle, the rating would have reflected my appreciation for above average service. I won't be back and almost didn't come after reading YELP reviews of recent/previous customers. Edited rating: 2 Stars

If I can give this company 0 stars I would. I paid for synthetic oil Groupon and they tried to charge me additional $27 for synthetic oil my car needs. The Groupon does not state which oil it covers it only say synthetic oil change. Then they took 1hr and 30 min to change my oil. Watching the workers moving extra slow inconsiderate of clients timing. They could have finish my car in 30-45 mins. I will never go here again

Had my brake and rotters done,they definitely helped reduce with pricing due to the year and make it was higher than normally, but they did find a better deal on the brake parts and finished at a reasonable time. I will be using them again.

I found this auto repair when AAA towed my car here. Matt and his team are fantastic! They were able to quickly identify what was wrong and fixed the issues quickly. Highly recommend for any auto repair or maintenance issues.

First time here. So, for my car, I had to get a new thermostat, new water pump, new ac compressor, and a new serpentine belt. Imagine the costs? And, labor? But, it's worth it. I got my girl Ivory back, she is okay up and running. I'm Ebony, she's Ivory. And, Matt?!! Has good customer service, he communicates well. You know I think I would like to come back, my insurance company recommended them for a reason. Thank you!!!

Great experience. I forgot the name that took care of me in the front office ( thank you sir ). I purchased from Groupon and I m glad I did. Thank you so much and will start bringing my car and my wife s car from now on.

So, quoted 1082.00 for full brake and rotors replacement... but didn't even take off a tire to actually check any of the actual brakes and rotors.Run, don't walk. Run.

Excellent service. I have never used Lancaster Auto and Tire before and had my car towed there when it broke down. They were so kind and patient when I called multiple times because I was worried they would be closed before the tow truck arrived with my car. They keep it overnight and diagnosed the issue the next day and ordered the parts. Once the part was received they replaced the faulty part and then ran further diagnostics to make sure that there were no other issues. They kept me fully informed every step of the way and did an excellent job of repairing my car. Thank you!

Early this week thought my starter was failing. Called the shop,they said I could come in the same day. Drove in, they tested battery, alternator and starter. It was determined the starterneeded to be replaced. The whole process took about two hours.This was my first visit to this shop. The customer service is excellent! I went here from a Groupon special they were having, I was a bit skeptical I had looked at reviews from a long time ago but decided to go anyway. The attention from the gentlemen at the shop was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing an oil change or just anything done on their car. Do not listen to old reviews because you could definitely miss out on a good location that works quick and efficiently. I had my dog with me the entire time and they didn t even mind. I value any places I am able to take my fur companion! Definitely will be coming back for any future work needed even though it is 50 minutes from where I live.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I recently went to Lancaster Auto and Tire for the first time for a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle, and was extremely pleased with their services. The inspection price was reasonable, the inspection was comprehensive, making me aware of all issues, no matter how minor, and they even helped with negotiation tactics, which ended up saving me money! Had a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. I thought they were very thorough. I love the fact they physically showed me what was wrong before printing it out in a paper. I can t say enough about this shop. Just arrived in Florida for a cheer competition and brake bolt came off. AAA recommended them and I can t say enough. The owner accessed the brakes and had them pull it in immediately and repaired it. If you are in the Orlando Fl area and need assistance. Give them a try. Best experience I ve had in a long time. Travelling by car with my family and had an unexpected issue with our vehicle. Googled the nearest mechanic and we ended up here. Met the owner Mat, who was beyond helpful with our situation. We had to leave our car overnight and we were able to get our answers the next morning. Highly recommend their services. Their kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed. My car was towed to Lancaster Auto and they immediately started working on my car and figuring out the issue. I was impressed right off the bat, and within 2 hours they determined the issue and gave a reasonable quote for the intense quote that had to be done. The employees were also very friendly and cooperative. It was quite expensive, but they were able to lower the price down for me. In less than 3 days they were able to repair my car and have it back to like new. Highly recommend!Service: Electrical repair

Take your car here if you want to get ripped off, took my car there and was charged $500 just to tell me they can't fix it, didn't even clear the check engine light gave it back to me the same way I gave it to them 5 days later.

Very nice service. Took our broke down truck in. And since we were pulling a fifth wheel we had to figure out where to tow it to. They let us have it stored in their lot.
