Bad store. Employees, owner or manager, serve customers very poorly. I had two horrible experiences. They sold me the wrong tire and still haven't replaced it and said the warranty doesn't cover it. They did not install the wheel bolts correctly. Horrible

The guy that runs it is nice but the $24.95 is not true they will tell you both axles will have to be aligned at $24.95 per axle. (cars trucks usually have 2 axles) here's the crazy part the back wheels are hardly adjustable an require special shims which these guys aren't gonna do so you are paying to have 2 axles done but there just doing the front two wheels to make the steering wheel straight for now. *Word of warning* (is it cheaper then most places true but are you really getting all four tires aligned no.

They sold me the wrong tire and I went to ask for a change and they didn't accept it. Terrible service and they still haven't installed all the wheel screws. I do not recommend. Look for another place that treats customers with respect

Went in for an alignment and they made the alignment worse. Now my new tire is completely worn in just two months.

All the bad reviews are true, I went over there just to put a patch on my tire, it was $30. I get into the building to pay and the guy (cashier) was smoking in front of my face literally while I was finishing the transaction. There were not have a good one or nothing. Just hope that the patch last longer, anyways I don t gotta come back.

We went to pick up a tire for a different car. They were super fast and gave us no problems. They also have a nice dog.

Dogs are cute and all but first off the guy inside tried debating me that $65 per tire for 2 tires isn't $130 2nd AFTER the pay dispute they seriously tried to send me off WITHOUT TIGHTENING MY LUG NUTS THEN LAUGHED ABOUT FORGETTING... TRASH PLACE WITH TRASH SERVICE

Wouldn t recommend for anything outside of MAYBE getting used tiresWent in to get a steering knuckle replaced. I brought my own part. Found out the part doesn t fit. Cool. I pay them for the labor and everything else.I receive the replacement part back only to find out they CUT OFF the ABS wire from my car and the part. When I confronted the mechanic, he LIED and made it seem like it already came like that. I know he lied because he eventually switched up and tried to convince me it wasn t a big deal that he cut itThese guys were good when I needed used tires, but they re not ever getting any more business from me after what happened.

Scammers oh my God!!! I just spent over $200 on all four tires they installed new tires one of the tires blew out went back up there for them to fix it they try to charge me again because they put the tire on wrong and the tire leaked all the air out the side of the tire if I was you I wouldn t go to those guys they re scammers

Never go to this place, the guy who works there tried to take off my tire to fix it broke the hub lug nut because he used the hammer to put the socket in the nut then the nut stuck in the socket so he broke it to take the nut off the socket and told me that is normal

Sorry but I will know long be coming to this tire shop any more I bought 4 pairs of rim and tires from this shop I even bring people to this shop for rim and I had a nice experience when the other guy who Usually does be here but he on vocation but this time is by worst I was going to come back to bring my two other cars I just buy to get some rim and tires the same they I was there but no I will look around for a different rims place it not the quy who inside is the guy who fixing the tires he don t have any respect he is very disrespectful and I can t be putting my money someplace with very disrespectful people this if is over and none with

I believe they have 3 locations but the location at 102 S Kirkman Rd Ste 100 is terrible...if you want to be treated badly and rip off go there...at all other locations all tire installation comes with balance here besides from being extremely poorly attended by the owner he wanted to charge me an extra $15.00 per wheel to balance a total of $40.00 per wheel with installation that is way above prices at other tire shops...I always come to this tire shop but they are now experts in losing customers as I have read these reviews here...please avoid this place like the devil avoids the cross!!!
