They were and are fantastic! I had to get my nephew s car repaired along with a replacement key. Had a hard time trying to figure out what to do and how to go about it from out of state, they made the process easy. Got his car fixed and new key. They even stayed later to get the job done. I am forever grateful. The car runs great and we are satisfied. Highly recommend.

We had an extremely unpleasant experience at this shop. The attendants were incredibly rude and ill-mannered. We took our car in for a repair, but to our surprise, they damaged other parts of the vehicle instead of fixing it. In the end, they charged almost $800 for a service that not only failed to solve the initial problem but also caused additional damages to the car. Communication was virtually non-existent, and the rude behavior of the staff only made matters worse. I definitely do not recommend this establishment.

Last month , I visited Key Auto Car in Orlando to address a coolant and oil leak in my car. My experience was extremely disappointing, characterized by a lack of respect and commitment from their side.Issues Faced: Inadequate Repair: Instead of fixing the coolant and oil leak as requested, the staff created an unnecessary list of replacements, neglecting the primary issue. Post-Repair Problems: After the service, I discovered the coolant level was still low. Worse, my car developed several new problems that weren t present before. Poor Customer Service: On returning to discuss these issues, I encountered arrogance and ignorance from the staff. They insisted the original problem remained and demanded additional payment for repairs they initially failed to perform.Cost and Outcome:I spent $1,000, expecting a solution, but ended up with a car in a worse state than before. This experience left me with frustration, stress, and a non-functional car.Conclusion:I strongly advise against using Key Auto Car s services. Their approach to customer care and vehicle repair is deeply unsatisfactory. This experience was not just a financial burden, but also an unnecessary addition of stress and inconvenience.

We were traveling with our 5th wheel trailer and lost an injector on the 6.6L Duramax 3500. Mo diagnosed it and had us back on the road in 24 hrs! The Chevy dealer would not even look at it for 2 weeks. Thanks to Key we only lost 1 day, couldn't be happier with their service.

Moe's is such a stand up guy and Honey is awesome. My jaguar needed break pad replacement while installing the pads a spring or piston inside the caliber became damaged. Any other shop would have told me the caliber was damaged. Moe's stood up took it upon himself to get the parts and get my car back to me with a new caliber. With how shady most auto repair shops are its good to see that there is a honest shop out here. Would highly recommend. Thank you Moe's and all the employees at Key Auto

The reviews on Google are a bit inflated.It took them twice as long as they said to repair my car. Also, I had to keep calling as they never called with updates. They replaced a part in my car without my consent. when they finally told me my car was ready, I came to pick it up and it was still on the lift. They threw all my personal items in my trunk and broke some trunk clips as well. lastly, they could not 100% diagnose the sound that was coming from my car and still charged me full price!They will take their time and in the end will let u know they only did 2/3 the job and couldn't figure out the rest.FYI: Later, I took my car to the dealership, the dealer fixed the problem 50% less than the price this place charged me.

I drove from South Dakota to visit my sister in Orlando without the AC working (horrible,lol) but my brother in law recommended me this shop because he takes his car there. Well, I was a bit hesitant in the beginning but really needed my issue checked out. I took it in Moe ran a diagnostic and I received a call back the next day from Moe telling me my compressor was weak and that my discharge hose was bad. They immediately took care of it and called the next day to pick up the car. Everything was fine, car AC blowing cold air like it should. They even told me about a brake noise issue I have that I will address later sometime. All in all good experience with this Shop.

Hands down the best and honest in Central Florida. Mo has fix cars for me that dealership turned away. I highly recommend him and his shop.

Mo fixed my 2016 Ford Explorer A/C compressor way cheaper than any estimates I had received. He got my vehicle fixed and I saved alot of money!! Highly recommended for any mechanical services. Thanks Mo!!!

This auto shop is no good. Woody at this shop is very rude and he speaks over customers and has a combative attitude. He told me to come pick up my vehicle and the mechanic hadn't even fixed it. I could have lost my life because of his mistake, Please don't go this shop. Avoid yourself trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Can some one reach out who is a good contact for this location. The branch Manager at this location was talked to several times using Family Dollar parking lot to store his cars waiting to he worked on. He seems not hear or listens.

I went to Key Auto Repair to get my Jeep looked at for my AC not working. Upon entering you are greeted by a down to earth service manager named Honie and she was able to get me seen quickly. Upon diagnosing the problem she left me relieved at the bill by showing me some finance options. Meanwhile the owner Mo was quick and effective at find the cause of my bad AC and was able to fix it with little complication. This honest and professional service was outstanding from Honie s honest hospitality to MO s skilled team I would say that coming here wasn t a burden but a surprise pleasure. I intend on only doing any auto business with them in the future and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a honest, no nonsense service.Service: Air conditioning

This shop was recommended by the local Chevy dealer!! Very cool manager/owner behind the counter gave me no B.S. quote and didn't play games, LOVED THAT !! Work was completed when promised. Think I found MY new shop.

For the past 3 years I have always taken my Cadillac to Key Auto Repair for service and it has always been great service. My truck is always fixed correctly the first time and the price is always good compared to dealers and other repair shops. I will always take my truck to Key Auto Repair for for service. I strongly recommend this place. The owner Mo always does a thorough check of my vehicle before it leaves the shop.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Wow. Hit a tire in the road and destroyed the upper control arm of my GMC Duramax 2500. Truck has custom suspension and had vehicle towed to Key Auto upon recommendation from GMC dealership. Figured work would take at least a week or more as parts are hard to find. Honie at the front desk is amazing as she recommended far better replacement parts with lifetime warranty. Still figured it would take a week as both sides needed to be replaced, custom rim ordered installed, and alignment . Was absolutely shocked to get a call less than 24 hours later that it was finished. Then the bill, and shocked again as it would have been far far more if the dealer had done the same work. It is very difficult in this day and age to find someone who operates with integrity, honesty, and amazing customer service. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have.I live in Crescent City, an hour and a half away and this is the only place I will take all of my vehicles to be repaired from today forward. They are amazing.Thank you Moe and Honie as you truly are one in a million.

Yes I had some car issues with my Nissan that needed fixed. I am a do-it-yourself person but decided it was a little too much for me.best thing about this place above all else is the honesty with the mechanics and not just me I overheard others in the waiting room as they discussed some of their issues with their vehicles.it's great when you have outstanding honesty and great customer service!! you will not find the combination of great service and integrity in a mechanics garage now a days. Their pricing was fair as well. They fixed only what needed to be fixed- how refreshing! This place is the way to go if you're in South Orlando . Way to go MO!!!

Decent to good work, but pretty poor communication and a bad front desk experience, so down from four stars to three.*update* I was very surprised to get a VM from Moe (the owner and mechanic with whom I've had great experiences) apologizing for my experience and letting me know that his staff had, since, been adjusted. Who needed to let me know? That's just great customer service; back to for stars (would be five, but who likes going to and paying for a mechanic? ).

Key Auto Repair got me in quick, fixed my issue immediately and had me back on the road in 4 hours. All other places in town said they would need to order the part and it would be a couple of days. The customer service Joe and his team offered was outstanding and I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Joe and his team for offering great customer service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were referred to Key Auto Repair by a friend. We took our vehicle there for an A/C issue. I spoke with Bill and explained the situation. He offered us a same day appointment. When we arrived we were impressed - the auto shop was pristine yet very busy (ever bay had a vehicle being serviced). Bill checked us in and introduced us to Moe, the owner. They asked us to give them a few hours to identify the issue. As promised, Bill called and gave us a thorough explanation, cost options and committed to completing the repair the next day. Thank you again Bill and Moe - we appreciate your promptness, patience, thoroughness, honesty and excellent quality / customer service.

Horrible! I mean horrible! I don t ever take the time out to do reviews but will to make sure no one gets scammed from this place.They over charge and place the charges more once everything is done.They mentioned it would only be $75 for motor mounts charged me $113 and lied about it but I have me receipt. Keep in mind the motor mounts were charged to my account but it was for my mothers car who paid way over $1000 prior to getting her stuff fixed with them.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AGNER IS NOT TO FAR AWAY FROM THEM AND NEVER HAVE HAD THAT ISSUE.Sadly had to bring it to these scam artist as my car was over heating and they are 3 minutes away from my house.NEVER AGAIN.Service: A/C installation & repair

I've always had very positive experience with Key Auto. I am an independent luxury auto dealer and I take all of my cars to them for inspections and repairs prior to retailing vehicles. I take my personal cars to them as well. Mo is one of the honest and most experienced mechanics around. They do excellent work at great rates. I would recommend them to any one without hesitation.

I originally took my VW to the dealership for a diagnosis and repair. Unfortunately the dealership did not fix my car correctly, told me I needed a new transmission and charged me an outrageous amount of money for their services. I then found Key Auto Repair and took my vehicle there to try and get it fixed correctly. I explained my situation to Mo (The lead mechanic/owner). Mo assured me that the issue with my car was not what the deanship said it was (the transmission). Within about an hour Mo was able to explain to me what the issue was with my vehicle and said he could have fixed within an hour. When everything was all said and done, I received a diagnosis, new battery and my basic settings restored to my vehicle. Mo saved me from having to buy a new transmission for my vehicle. The people who work at Key Auto Repair are extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and will give you the best price in all of Orlando, TRUST ME! I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to Key Auto Repair!!

RUN!!!! They are SCAMMERS!! I went to this establishment because my car was making a loud noise underneath when I drove over 40 mph. I figured it was something severe so I told them they may have to do a diagnostic. Come to find out it was just a panel that fell and needed to be attached (maybe a few screws). I waited over a hr just to be told this and they charged me $97.00 for 15 minutes LABOR ONLY!! No actual parts were required (screws) This is higher than the BMW DEALERSHIP. Then he had the nerve to run my plates as if my BMW was stolen!! If your are looking for true repair shop this is not it ...DO NOT GO HERE!!! Trust ME!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK!! The 5 star reviews on here have to be FAKE!

Mohammed THANK YOU! I was so nervous and uneasy to go to a mechanic shop after various attempts and always left disappointed, and honestly found it really hard not to think this mechanic just wanted to charge me an arm and leg for something that I did not need. However I was pleased with the service provided and was explained every step of the way and additionally shown my old car part that was broken with out even asking!. My Chrysler Pacifica 2017 A/C gave up on me. Took 3 days and NO COMPLAINT. Working A/C for me and my babies. A mechanic in my area I could rely on?! Miracles do exsit! THANK YOU! Do I recommend? Yes.

If my husband and I could give 10 stars in this review we would not hesitate to do so! We have found Key Auto Repair to be a gem! Honesty is the key to their business! They fix only what NEEDS to be fixed and at a fair price. The owner and staff know how to treat you like a customer rather than a dollar in the pocket! We will continue to send family and friends to Key Auto.

This place is one of the most honest and clean auto repair shops I have ever seen. The owner Moe is a straight forward honest person with tons of knowledge and training. It is a refreshing change from the normal "mechanic shops" that people are accustomed to. We use them on regular basis when our body shop needs Mechanical work. Do yourself a favor and check out Key Auto Repair if you need your car serviced or repaired. Keep up the GREAT WORK Moe and team!
