Extremely helpful team at this location. Let me tell you guys about Rocky and the guys at Jiffy Lube 1355 S Semoran Blvd. Orlando, Fl. Their customer service is over the top. I am from California and was visiting in Orlando for an event. I ended up having a lot of trouble and a really bad day. After losing the breaks on my mom s truck. I had it towed to Jiffy Lube for break service. They did a visual and gave me great advice but I could not find the lock for the truck wheels, so I needed to leave the truck with them overnight to go to my mom s house (in another city @119 miles away) via taxi to find the key. I lost my credit card, Wells Fargo said a replacement would take 3 to 5 days. I returned the next day to have the truck towed home because no credit card to have the work done. Although, I left the truck with them over night, Rocky was so gracious and did not charge for storage or for any of the time they spent trying to service my truck. You can t find people like these guys everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend the team at this location.

Rocky, I think he s the manager, was so nice to me when I arrived with a screw in my tire. He helped me immediately and did a wonderful job. All my tires were checked for correct tire pressure. And he even checked to see if the wipers I had in my trunk were the correct sizes. He went over and above what he had to do. And took the screw out of the tire. A very wonderful person. I m 71, and don t always know if I can trust or believe people doing work on my car. This guy was very trustworthy and was very kind to my 22 year old grandson who is on the spectrum. Thank you Rocky!

Staff at this location were great. Needed a oil change, and they did it really fast. Was probably there for about 20 minutes. The staff were cool. I wasn t sitting there bored waiting. They are very interactive, respectful, and informed me, when I should come back to get perks they offer within a certain amount of miles used. I highly recommend this location.

Went today at 2 pm and was attended promptly by the General Manager. I told him I was looking for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation and spark plug replacement. Made me feel uncomfortable from the start answering my questions half in Spanish and half in English. He said they couldn't do the tire rotation because my tires were from 2017. I explained they were installed later than the day stamped on the tires. He said they still couldn't perform the job because the tires could explode in their face because they are old. I did the tire rotation myself at home and the tires are fine, they still have plenty of thread. He tried to convince me of not replacing the spark plugs which made me feel uncomfortable. I explained to him my car has 80 k miles and the spark plugs have never been replaced, manufacturer recommends every 40 to 60 k miles. Made me feel like he did not wanted to perform the spark plug change by asking me repeatedly why am I doing this replacement. I don't know what kind of incompetent personnel they are hiring, but this as the General Manager, is just incredible. After the job was done, I asked him how did the engine air filter look. He said dirty but in the receipt is marked OK in caps. The wipers were not checked either as one is tearing apart from the bottom and also marked OK in the receipt. Don't put data of tests that you did not perform, that is deceiving. Lost a customer here, will not come back, horrible experience.

David was of great help.Amazing experience like always.#SmallThanksTo ~ Jiffy LubeMy vehicle means a lot to me, I travel the country with my dog.I can always trust a Jiffy Lube to take care of my vehicle.Yes, they add things as they go, but only with an explanation of purpose.Feels good to take your vehicle to a reliable place and not spend $1,000.Hopefully, my vehicle can see 1,000,000mi&It does not cost $1,000,000 to do it.

I did think it was odd that I was asked to exit my vehicle for my oil change. I guess I m just accustomed to it being done while I sit in my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. Someone even came to my residence when I reported having issues the following day just to make sure there was nothing they missed.

Don t go here. I went here for an oil change and noticed my car was having issues turning on. I went to find out what was wrong and there was NO oil in my car. After finding this out, I went ahead and bought oil myself and filled it up and my car issues went away immediately. When I tried to get my money back they refused and did not care about the fact they nearly messed up my engine. They could ve had a lawsuit due to negligence of my property but I ll suffice with speaking poorly of this location, their workers and jiffy line as a company overall. Don t give this place your money and business. Valvoline is better for a reason.

Do not go here! I went to take my car for an oil change and a tune up and tune-up s I was told includes spark plugs, sparks plugs should last at least up to 100k miles..well a year and a half later my car starts acting up and I took it to a few places to find out what is happening with my car, come to find out my spark plugs were never changed. I called the manager and all he said was the warranty is over and I don t drive your car, I don t know how it is driving so rude. As a manager you should have tried finding some type of solution for your mistake. Never again will I bring my car to this place and don t recommend anyone to go here.

Went to get rear brakes serviced on my car, said I was hearing a bad noise from rear and that pads may need to be replaced. Manager told me the inspection would be $110 but that he could take a quick look and let me know. I was told the back brakes were fine but front brake pads needed to be replaced? That was strange for two reasons. One, I was hearing noise from the rear. Two, the front brakes were serviced less than a year ago. I asked if I could see for myself but was also told that I could not do that. After, a couple more question about what a "quick look" was the quick reply was "well we can pull the car out and give you the keys." I considered paying the $110 for the inspection but DID NOT appreciate the take it or leave it attitude. In all fairness, the guy I spoke to apologized and offered a 10% discount if i came back. I took my car to Pep Boys down the street. Within minutes, they brought me out to the car and showed me the front brakes were fine but the rear brake pads and rotors would need to be replaced. I had the work done there and DID NOT have to pay a $110 inspection fee. Did jiffy lube act in good faith? You be the judge.

I was there 2 weeks ago for an oil change and I got excellent service. Today I went for some A/C work and this guy Jonathan is acting like a big shot, telling me that his guy is on break and to move my car. I asked for how long I have to wait and he answered I don t know maybe an hour .he was so rude didn t look like he wanted to work. It looked more like I was bothering him .. no thank you I rather go somewhere where I feel welcome

I love Jiffy Lube always good job, good customer service! Guys there are friendly and courteous, prices are super reasonable and if you qualify you can get up to a 20% discount, like I do because I work for Home Depot.. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust them to always tell me the truth! There not out to rob you like some other places I've been to. Anyways I love Juffy Lube!

My husband recently had an oil changed done at their facility shortly after we brought the vehicle home we noticed oil leaking all over our paver driveway we brought the vehicle backup to the shop and they told us that they thought it was a rear seal to the engine that could possibly be leaking so we took the vehicle to a repair facility where they told us that the oil filter housing was cracked because the filter was tightened too hard we then had to pay $900 out of pocket to replace the oil Filter housing and filter we called Jiffy corporate as instructed because the district manager would not call us back to try to get reimbursed for the repairs because obviously they were at fault and we were told because they "heard" on the Internet that it could be a known problem they weren't willing to reimburse or even offer half of the repair bill there are no recalls whatsoever on the vehicle! The store manager there was a really nice but works for crooks, I will be contacting the BBB, the news as well as my attorney.*** in response to your reply no I will not delete my truthful review and It took days for you to leave a message with a response on our voice mail..again oil change was just done and all of a sudden leaking right after!! And the known problem is hearsay on what you are reading off the internet if Chrysler had a "real" issue they would put out a recall you are not taking responsibility for your mistake and not even wiling to pay half I guess its just a coincidence that it happen right after we had the oil change done went home left for vacation on a cruise came back to oil all over our driveway we didn't even drive it as we went on vacation!! I will continue to follow through with my complaint to other resources like I stated above!.****

Not only did they give me a competitive price on adding refrigerant but they went above and beyond and topped off my steering fluid and my oil at no charge. Something Tire Kingdom did not do even after paying them $80 for the oil change. unfortunately I had to take a star away as I tried to get a diagnosis and they wanted to charge me $556 to fix it while other place were charging $300 and charge a $109 diagnosis for a total of $665 to fix what was a $300 fix elsewhere in three different places. SAD! when people start getting desperate for money and their quality starts going down.

Gen manager Joshua runs a great crew! Joshua explained my options for service and gave me a 15% first timer discount. The crew was very thorough and really explained products and showed me they were new. I'm now a loyal customer. Oh and the shop and office is super clean. Good job guys

I got a email from jiffy lube saying that they wanted my business back and gave me a 9.99 coupon for a oil change. I went to this location and presented my coupon. I was told to pull forward and they did the oil change. When time to pay it was over $60 .i said but i have this coupon. I was then told that the location did not accept that coupon. Something they could have told me when i arrived. I will NEVER go back to jiffy lube.
