I got a 2020 GSX-R750 from here. I had a great experience going in. Dante helped us feel comfortable going through with everything. Working hard to find a bike I d like. Jay is a great financier. He made the whole process smooth and easy. Also worked hard to get me approved. The whole staff is friendly and great. They definitely work hard to get you on a bike and have great pricing on bikes. I would definitely refer them to a friend.

Great prices on motorcycles new and used, I just bought a new 23 indian percuit happy with it, great employees in sales and service people fantastic, you won't regret it, alot of times I've have second thoughts buying motorcycles days and weeks after, not this time very happy with purchase, took rear luggage box off, bought back rest coming in, looks great. Indians motorcycles are great looking bikes, alot of add on added, Other bikes companies would,charge for. Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, BMW, and other manufacturer. watch out, I'm done with other motorcycles, that's my thought it's my bike and I'm sticking to it thanks imotorsport out of Orlando Florida and other locations in USA , better get 2023 models while they last, almost all gone be safe and drive safe and enjoy your ride no matter what motorcycle you have, I sure will, Just notice same color as my wife's mini cooper, now she wants it now I'll have to buy a 2024 Indian Percuit Elite for me,well alot of money but well spent and no regrets

For my first time buying out of state I was very impressed how easy it was to buy and communicate with the Orlando team. Bill and Jay are the go to people! Only gripe is shipping but what do you expect when you live half away across the country so it s not a real complaint I m just impatient! I rarely leave reviews but the professionalism and friendliness definitely warranted a 5 star review.Update! Had to store the bike when it arrived but I finally got pictures two weeks later, COULDNT BE HAPPIER! Thank you Orlando!

To be truthful, I was not looking at buying an Indian. Matter of fact, I didn t even know there was a dealership there. My friend said let s try here so we went. We walked in. It was such a relaxed atmosphere. The guys are probably some of the greatest guys that you think that you have been around your whole life. Went back into the other part where the new bikes are and the service manager Matt started talking to us like he had known us for 100 years. Then Frenchy came up and started showing me a FTR and I ended up taking a ride with Poof. Came back in and talk to Mr. Smooth he ran some numbers and it was basically sold. The best dealership I have ever done business with is imotorsports in Orlando Florida. Definitely a lifetime customer!

My sales, Mr. Robert's kept me in loop, got my bike ready on the day that I ask. Him and his team was really nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend him 100% for someone that would need a motorcycle. They are very great and friendly team

Wow, where do I even begin? This was Wifey and I first time purchasing new motorcycles and we couldn t have possibly had a better experience then we did with these guys. Dante was my first contact and he really made me feel comfortable considering big purchases can be rather intimidating. He wasn t pushy, we joked around, found the bike that best fit me and proceeded to get the deal done, that easy. Jay was just as awesome with finalizing the deal and made it quick and painless, no issues whatsoever! They stood on their word for delivery, and they really pulled through in every way possible. When sitting on the bike I mentioned I didn t like the position of the side view mirrors, and advised them that I could change it easily in the future. What did they do? They changed them for me without me asking and I can tell they even adjusted the rear suspension to be comfortable as well. Bikes were delivered to our front door within a week! I truly couldn t ask for a better team to help me with such a big decision and I won t be shopping anywhere else for my next bike. Great job Dante and Jay!

Called imotorsports because I saw the bike I wanted on their site. Sw Dante and he answered some questions and recommended I come in and see the colors in person. Drove over there and saw a few bikes asked Dante to put some quotes together with options accessories I wanted and had that in less than 20 mins. A lot of places don't like quoting multiply bikes at a time. No issues here pleasure to work with all the staff. Jay and "Smooth" were both excellent and friendly. Def will get my wife's bike from here when she is ready to upgrade. Pleasure overall. Thanks guys

These guys are awesome. I've gone through the pain of trading in bikes several times. I knew the bikes worth, and they never even attempted to lowball. Every aspect was low pressure. I was looking for an Indian Scout Rogue as a second bike. These guys found what I wanted at a great price at their Chicago store. They had it shipped to the Orlando store, installed accessories for me and delivered the bike to my home. Everyone I dealt with there were very professional, friendly and helpful. Sales, parts and service. I highly recommend them.

Dante, Jay, Bill, and all the gentlemen at IMotorsports seriously gave me the greatest experience I ve ever had. From the very moment I walked into the door, they were extremely accommodating of my requests and financial position. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of by typical dealership behavior , they proved through multiple instances of honor and respect that their goal was to get me on the road with the bike of my dreams. I cannot recommend this location and these gentlemen enough for their desire to help me, and their kindness.

If you re looking for an Indian bike, definitely check out iMotorsports Orlando. Bill from sales and Jay from finance are great guys that made buying my first bike an enjoyable process. It s a relaxed environment, I truly felt comfortable the whole time.

I have purchased about 20 motorcycles from dealers in my lifetime and I must say that this was the best experience I have ever had. The online website was easy to navigate, the detailed pictures of every "imperfection" were clear, they shipped the bike from Chicago to their Orlando location on a "refundable" deposit. Dante from sales responded quickly to every text or e-mail and communicated with me throughout the entire process.I made an appointment to pick up the bike. When I arrived, the bike was ready, even cleaner than the photos showed. The paperwork was ready - and pretty much all I had to do was shake hands, sign, and ride away. Jay from their finance department had everything ready to go - and it was really a smooth process. There were no hidden fees, no pressured sales, some great options for warranty and insurance if needed, and overall just a great group of people to work with. In addition, there are great selection of motorcycles - I will definitely be visiting them when I am ready for another one!

Recently bought a slingshot. I worked with salesman Bill and he was excellent. Not only did I have a very complex trade in deal, they also gave me the best value for the trade. I got a used slingshot and again they fixed a small issue I had and still gave me a great deal. I m very pleased and recommend them to anyone.

Tough to give a meaningful review. I thought I saw on their website that they service all makes of bike so I went to the service web page and filled out their form asking if they could service my Ducati. The next week I got a call from an employee who said "Hi, let me put you through to service". I went through to a voicemail so naturally I hung up. Seems kinda of odd. Later that day I received an email from them saying it was a shame I decided not to buy a bike from them. Bizarre

Despite living in South Carolina, the process was easy and enjoyable thanks to Dante and Jay. Even if you are out of state, I highly recommend iMotorsports. Also, Dennis (delivered the bike to me) is a class act. This is an incredible team. Thank you everyone!

I'm just getting into riding and bought my first scooter, a Honda ADV150 from iMotorsports Orlando. I had a great time working with Bill and Jay who were both fair and great to talk to.Well surprise, surprise! I quickly grew out of my scooter and a couple of months later returned to trade it in for a bigger Honda CTX 700!Once again the gang was as accommodating as always.I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new bike.You'll be very satisfied with the service and if you're not careful, might actually have a little fun...

Dante and Jay are amazing! They welcomed me with open arms, happy to answer all my questions, they took care of me as if I was family to them. The communication was amazing when I was there and when I was not there in person. I have no complaints with any of the staff that works here. All amazing!

Drove up from Ocala to check out the show room. Met up with a calm, polite salesman, and Army vet I might add, named Dante. He walked us around and answered questions and addressed the concerns that were making me unsure about purchasing an Indian Scout. When it came down to actually purchasing the motorcycle Jay was brought in for help. That guy is incredibly positive and four minutes into the conversation led me to believe he will do all he can to provide as much purchasing power for their customers as possible. Before we left, we were introduced to John, another Army vet in the service department. Like the others, John wasn't bothered and genuinely seemed to enjoy the interaction of people looking to make a purchase and answered questions and even addressed concerns. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND I REPEAT I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. They dont care unless you are a certain color walking in. Very unpleasant experience, legit one of the worse buying experience I had in my life. A horrible representation of the Indian brand. Definitely going else where to provide my business. Do your self the favor and dont waste your time here extremely poor level of service. Hard to believe this place is open the way they treat people.
