My service team is amazing! Liz and Mark the manager was so awesome. Liz was kind and friendly and she treated me like if I was her family. Manager Mark is one of the nicest manager of service I have ever met. They are the best ever service department that I have ever met. I am forever grateful for how kind and helpful you guys are. My Kia will only be worked on my this Kia service Team!!! Thanks guys for taking excellent care of my vehicle. I'm so impressed with the video they sent to me while waiting for my car, to show me what else needed to be done. You guys rock! Thanks a million

I went in to for an oil change/tire rotation and was assigned to Julio! He provided excellent service! For first time since I ve been there I felt knowledgeable and truly updated in regards to the progress of my car. Julio also made sure I made it out in good timing! I usually have wait for a long time and also have to find my representative just to find my car already ready with no notice. However not this time, Julio was great!

I got my first Kia this year, so I ve been serviced here only a few times. But each time everyone was so friendly and helped. Tony has been my service advisor both times, he s a hoot

This is the second time I ve taken my car to Greenway Kia West Service, and all I have to say is that I am very pleased with the way I ve been treated. From the moment I arrived, everybody was attentive and nice. Julio was my service advisor, and he did a superb job! He displayed great customer care, explaining details and keeping in touch via text messages while my car was being serviced. Thank you to all the service team!!!

I wish to never have to experience the trauma of not respecting me as a valued customer at this dealership again. I felt like my concerns or issues were NOT valued at Greenway Kia on W. Colonial Dr. No apologies or explanations for all that wanted answers for. My emotions/issues with my car was not important to them. I do understand being busy and I have been in their shoes, but the tact and professionalism was off. This is the only place I have taken my car for service, except for an oil change when I am out of town or they were too busy. I appreciate my car being repaired there. Thank you for that and not the 4hour wait on my last service of changing out the wind shield wiper motor, with 330pm appt and leaving at 702pm. I got there early to check in at 300pm. Poor communication skills. I was so hurt from this visit. David was the best they had as a service advisor. He'd call and keep me posted every step of the way. He's gone. So sad! The Mark Foster called me the next day and said he had no records of me being there. Imagine that!

Julio & Mark Foster were amazing making sure my got fixed, it was a pretty penny but they both assured me I could get finance which was supper easy thanks to Julio, all I needed to do was sign on the dotted line.Oh and Danny the courtesy driver was very friendly, getting me home while my car was being fixed and bringing me back to the dealers.Also loved that my car was washedThank you guys!!

Service by Jessica Velazquez was great. Time for the oil change took a bit long but ok. Worst part and the most upsetting is that now my car is leaking. Everything was great with this dealership til now. It just really disappoints me that you can t even get a simple oil change these day without something going wrong and completing a job well done. There s always something these days. Now I have to wait til Monday to get in with them to check the leak. Very disappointing.

The absolute WORST experience. I initially booked an appointment at 12 when I booked the appointment there was an option to wait for the car at the dealership. There was absolutely no where to sit. When I got there my service advisor was MARTI. He was so rude. Every question I asked seemed like a burden to him. He made me feel as though I was questions I already knew the answer. He was so rude I left feeling so defeated. I left my car at 12 and had to reach out around 445 on my own about the car even after he said that he would especially if the service wasn t under warranty. The said my car was ready for pickup. I get there and again Marti was rude and told me that the car wasn t fixed because it had been in an accident which it hadn t!!! I was under the impression that my car was fixed especially after 5 HOURS! When I was trying to inform him that the car was not in any collision he wouldn t even let me speak. Long story short the customer service is horrible and they kept my car for 5 hours without any communication and didn t even fix the issue because an imaginary car accident. They are the absolute worst!

Had a pleasant experience in dealing with our salesman Phil Smith. Highly recommend him. Finance people were very helpful too. We purchased a 2023 Santa Fe which we are very pleased with.

While shopping with the dealership, I feel as if they were more concerned on making a deal than what benefited me. Of course that is understandable but even after I stated this wasn t best, my sales rep pushed it and even told me to borrow money from others. I specifically did not shop with cash in hand to be sure to look at all my options but again my sales rep pushed for it in a very uneasy way.

My mom and I were driving to Orlando from south Florida, when out of nowhere our exhaust began to smoke, our car smelled like gas, and the entire car began to vibrate. We went to Greenway Kia and we were immediately take care of, as they provided a diagnostic and quickly fixed the problem. The team were exceptionally kind to us and were a complete life saver. We are so grateful for their help today. Thank you Marti and Greenway Kia West!

We had a good experience and a bad experience. Brought Kia in for recall on rear camera parts. The good experience was making appointment, showing up on time, being greeted timely, paperwork completed and work on car being completed timely to pick car up. The bad experience was actually picking the car up. My wife went to pick car up, but service rep could not be found. Then they could not find the key. My wife had to wait 15 minutes for them to straighten all that out to finally pull the car up. All of this delay without having any place to sit while she waited. Then, when my wife got the car home, she noticed that the drivers side floor mats were muddy, which had not been cleaned up before the car was returned to her. So what started out as a good experience ended up as a bad experience.

Efficient,cheerful,Jessica very helpful.done in couple hours.we prefer to write personal check but at checkout they said would take 45 more minutes because have to manually walk it to main building.they changed system.because of that will not give you 5 star. Had oil change,rotate tires,3 wiper blades replaced.

It started off okay with the sales rep DeeJay (amazing btw), but after realizing that we would not be approved for the vehicle we wanted, they tried to bombard us and push any vehicle down our throat. It was a slow day, and sales were next to none, so they seemed more desperate, if anything. There was a very annoying woman, who I can't remember her name that was adamant for us to get a vehicle. I walked out, feeling less than a respected customer.

Initial experience was great, the follow up a week later, was a mess. No one seems to know how to communicate with each other. Beware. 3 visits to get tires installed and balanced correctly. Crazy.1/13/2023-Here for a recall. It's just an inspection, but they are down to a single certified mechanic, and no one else can look at the car. They had low staff last time I was here, but only one now? If you have any sense, avoid this place. They can't seem to hire people, and the, as they say, "overworked" staff, are not happy or even borderline polite. Time for a new dealership.

Best Dealership in central Florida! From sales to service 10/10. Mark the director of service is so caring and helpful every visit. I experienced a new advisor and her name was Liz. Very helpful! I trust the work done here for service! Went in for regularly scheduled oil change. A job that would take no more than 20 minutes at an oil change place, took 2 hours here. I won't make this mistake again.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! let me tell you guys what s happening and you had your cluel have 2 parts chance with warranty cover last tuesday they called me and said parts are here please come in for chance l went over there and there is a guy name MARTi !! checked me in.this guy has problem with listening he has attitude and rude l can understand that maybe he don t like his job maybe having a bad day with rude customers l get it but he is not LISTENING! which is most important part of his job listen the customers problems and try to solve it anyways he asked me who s my advisor and l said l don t know l show him service manager (he is so helpful and kind) then he said ok let me check the system and take your car in then he told me wait in the lounge we are fixing the car after 2 hours waiting he came and said car ready to go when l see my car one part installed wrong other part even didn t installed:) l try to talk with him again he don t listen again and apologized and l said you don t listen if you listen to me l will tell what s the problem with my car then he gave me old rental car and said tomorrow car will be ready today is the 6th day l am still driving rental car l can t find part and l don t know when. l will be able to take my car back l told him from the beginning let me my car back until parts come but he didn t listen that too so my 60k car sitting over there in the parking lot and l am driving old rental car if you ever come this service do not try to talk guy name MARTI ! it s just waste of time call manager

I had to get my ambient air temperature replaced. My car sat at their service for 3 days when it should of been 1 day to check the error and call me to schedule a repair date. Not until I called was I able to get the part ordered. This happened on a Thursday and I was told it would arrive that next Tuesday if not I would receive a courtesy call when it arrives to then schedule an appointment. I hear nothing until I call them Thursday to find the part has already arrived and I finally get an appointment that next Monday. I HATE when I have to use this place because of the absolute poor customer service that is provided. This place truly needs investigated by corporate on their business practices.

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. Alex Patino sold me the exact car I was looking for and he and Ana's made sure I got the deal and trade in I wanted with minimal back and forth bartering (I hate that part) Mark Foster in service is amazing and foes above and beyond to be sure your vehicle is PERFECT and the way you want it before you leave (had a couple minor details and he fixed them immediately and with a smile). If you want a great deal and and honest dealer with no pressure, come here. Bought a 24 KIA EV6 GT and couldn't be happier...and dusted a Hellcat on the way home

First of all the Sales lady who uses to hide behind religion because she's a liar her name is YURI She answered the call and wouldn't let me speak to the manager that had contacted me after I wrote the 1st bad reviewShe was an awful pathetic woman.Be careful if you write a bad review. They're going to go in and erase itThat's ok, I'm going keep writing it anywhere I canDo not trust these people they lie.I will be going on all sortsof social media to warn everybody about this terrible dealershipThis Salesperson, YURI that works there is the most pathetic liar and then tries to quote the Bible There is the Salesman JORDAN KNIGHTENI told him how I am sick and have to have surgery this month or I could die and that is what my money is saved for and I don't have a lot of money because its saved for my recovery time.They then they told me to ask my parentsHOW PATHETIC ARE THESE SALES PEOPLE. They tried to sell me a used 2020 for the same amount of money. I'm paying for my car now. I was also telling them how worried I was. Because people are breaking in the key as all the time. And I feel unsafe. They wanted to sell me a car that would still be unsafe. I'm a 61 year old womanIt was a scam, I told them my position. But they tried anyway to get me to buy a USED car from them, and then they told me it would be a soft hit on my credit. It was a hard hit, they took 5 points off my credThe manager ALBERTO AHUMADA messaged me and said he would get back to me he didntThen I tried to call him. But YURI took the call and wouldn't let me speak to him then she started being verymean and told me i'm going to have to go to the credit bureaus to try to fix this.Do not buy a car from this dealership. They're unethical, they lie and they don't care what happens to people. All they want to do is put more money in their pocket

In having my car serviced, I found the service staff to be pleasant and friendly. They provide a much value added service of shuttle as well. My repairs was done and car is now safe again. Highly recommend
