from 2023 to2024 and still At first they are great to sell you a car...unfortunately my Son had a accident 2months later and I went to the dealer in reference to the gap insurance and the maintenance(oil changes)For the year ...now since they have to reimburse me they wanted me to rebuy from them I did not like what they had so now its been 2 months they do not pick up the phone if recognize the number or they put you on hold until you decide to hang up.. unbelievable I should have looked at the reviews they are so truthful for this place unfortunately I have to go in person to get the answers I need

Theft and stupidity must be requirements to work here. Don't bring your vehicle to this shady service center for repairs. You will leave with twice as many issues as when you came. Please take time to read the reviews and spend your time and money elsewhere!

I went there to buy a car and met Angelica. She was so nice and didn't pressure me about the purchase, which makes me feel welcome and appreciated. Even without buying the car yet.The customer service was priceless. I'm still thinking about the car and if I can afford it, I will be back for sure!I high recommend her! She is superb!

Don t even bother with this service center. Paid for alignment and it s worst than what I had before! Took it back within minutes supposedly fixed it but steering is the same! Worst experience ever! Went in with nail in tire. Was told it would be 2 to 3 hours to buy new tires. Waited 3 hours, left and went to Firestone.

CJ was wonderful when making our service appointment, but once you arrive at the dealership all that goes out the window -- we spent 20min on the phone setting my mother's Sonata (lease) up in their system and creating her an account (she lives out of state and an issue started 200mi outside of Orlando). When I arrived at Greenway Hyundai to drop the car off, they only had her name. That's it. Not the Vin, her Texas address, email, phone number, my local contact info, description of issue (which was VERY in-depth), no notes of the necessity of a photo of the issue when the car was up on the rack -- NOTHING. Was told "There are two different reservation systems, and we can't access the other one...but a service manager can." So I asked for the service manager because I could not re-do all of that paperwork with my handicap, outside in the Florida heat with no place to sit down, after I explained that I did not have all.of Mom's info with me since we had already done everything with CJ over the phone) Service manager finally came out and did nothing but ask for my mother's phone number and all of her info again for a FIFTH TIME. I left BEYOND angry and very VERY worried about their competence.We had had multiple REPEATED issues with this delaership 15yrs ago with my Tiburon. Vowed to never go back. We figured the service dept HAD to be better a decade and a half later when Mom needed service right? -- NOPE. Even less helpful and more difficult than ever. Impossible to get through on the phone, no calls to update on progress...and now there is a large amount of our personal information floating around somewhere at that dealership?This experience has convinced my husband NOT to buy another Hyundai. He had his heart set on trading his Lincoln Navigator for the Palisade Calligraphy, but we won't own an SUV that we have to take there for service -- Greenway Hyundai has burned that bridge made sure we NEVER want to own another Hyundai/Genesis vehicle.UPDATE: 18 hrs later -- no update on vehicle. "Billing/Finance" has not answered or returned Mom's calls to pay for the diagnostic. Still cannot pick up vehicle.

Terrible leasing experience. I m paying more than what I signed for AND I didn t receive the options that I told my salesperson were necessary for me to purchase. The window sticker had something listed that I was told was parking sensors, but after I had signed on the lease and brought the car in for service (and waited there for over 3 hours, with an appointment) because my parking sensor weren t working, I was told my car didn t have those and it s not available on the model I had. I would give zero stars if I could. I also previously posted this as a review, but now it s not listed . Everything about this place is shady. Do not go here.

Paid more for less- went for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment, takes 2 hours and they don't wash the car afterwards. For what I'm paying it's hard to see the value here.

Have had my vehicle here for weeks now and can't even get a single call back about the status. They definitely got a sales person in touch with me to try and get me in a new car. No, my car is a 2018, I don't want a new one I want a call back and my vehicle fixed. That's all. It's like pulling teeth with these people.

Never have I gotten good service here. Here's a list of accomplishments:No update phone calls (went 3 days without hearing from them)Late shuttle service (was told it was being sent out immediately, waited over an hour for someone to show up)Literally damaged my car (grease stains on door panels and a chunk taken out of it)Never have I gotten a service done in one day (even getting there at opening with an appointment)This service center has deterred me from ever buying another Hyundai again.I type this as I stand in the heat waiting for a shuttle that was supposed to be here more than 30 minutes ago.

Had my engine replaced due to recall. Car in service department when I received notice of recall. Initially had poor response to questions about diagnosis.When I mentioned the engine recall, I began to get answers. Bad loaner option. Not pleased with actual service received.

I gave parameters of what I needed to do,great service from Mary. The time spent was good, no hassle or I would have walked.she kept me interested and bought a car,first car for my granddaughter. Most I visit I dont feel at ease. Mary was great. Thank you Mary.

I purchased a Genesis GV80 from this dealership and have had it serviced there on several occasions. The staff is always very friendly, but the dealership itself isn't very inviting. It could use a major refresh. The waiting area for service isn't up to the standard of competing dealerships in the Genesis tier of rivals, but the mail reason is they're selling Genesis out of a Hyundai dealership. Genesis does offer a service valet program when they'll pick up your vehicle for service and drop off a loaner, but you must book that service far in advance. If you have to wait at the dealership while the car is serviced, it's not the greatest experience.

This time I had a fast service for a recall and is due to me calling Hyundai customer service and complaining about this dealer for not returning my calls for 2 weeks to set and appointment for an ABS recall. After I had a conference call with a customer service from Hyundai and the Greenway dealer service rep. things moved in the right direction.

They the worse, buy a car from them within a week the car AC went out... Before i bought it they told me there was nothing wrong with it... They won't return my call are nothing. .. i wouldn't refer them

0 stars.I was getting billed again for my power window that was not fixed the first time.Why should I have to pay again when it s on them for not fixing it right.This was not right.I called their corporate headquarters and I'm waiting to here from them.Not right!!
