I got rear ended and in my Nissan juke and progressive referred me to Greenway ford bodyshop.Jomar help me through the whole process from the beginning to the end . Love the employee there Carmen and Iris greet me, very respectful and friendly environment. Thank youAnd best of all my vehicle paint look great brand new like it never happened.

My accident was 7/21/23. It took until 10/3/23 to finish my car 100%, for a tiny fender bender. The customer service was terrible. I was promised so many updates that never happened. 4 different times you said my car was ready when in fact it was not. This was a terrible terrible body shop. And the pieces are no longer flush with the car. Terrible place and terrible work quality and terrible employees.

A big THANK YOU to Luis and his team!!. I had purchase my vehicle back in February and a neighbor hit my vehicle while I was on a stop sign.I called to make an appointment for an estimate and was able to bring the vehicle in the same day. Luis met with me and explained the process and set the expectations on the time frame for repairs (2-3 weeks). He was transparent from the beginning.A few days later I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. We had a hick up with the car rental company and Luis immediately got me another rental company to provide me with a rental car. He was in constant communication with me and updating me during the time my vehicle was undergoing repairs.Luis and his team exceeded my expectations!! I got my vehicle back looking like new in less than a week!!Thank you Luis for taking care of me and for providing a signature customer service experience!! I will be recommending you to everyone!! We brought our Mustang in that had a bad repair job from another body shop. No one I called in Orlando wanted to do work behind another shop, but they agreed to take care of it and worked with insurance. They corrected the frame problem and all the other issues the other company had overlooked or botched. Fixed amazingly. Would definitely recommend Mark, Luis, and their team for anyone with a difficult repair. Nice, friendly, & knowledgeable.Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle was recently towed into Greenway Ford s Collision Center after an accident that I had. The collision center promptly moved my vehicle through the shop. Luis, the body shop manager kept me fully involved in the status updates of my vehicle, additional supplements that were needed from my insurance company and delivered my vehicle to me fully detailed and without a scratch! You can t even tell what happened!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Luis was wonderful!Attempting to communicate with anyone else, especially Mark was near impossible. I was lucky enough to be transferred to Luis (after multiple attempts within 3 hours) and he provided me with my car updates in less than 5 minutes. I came in to get an estimate on my vehicle and met Luis, who to my surprise was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was even nice enough to take a few scuffs off of my car free of charge. It s a relief to see that people still care. I truly salute GreenWay Ford Collision Department, Mark Watson was nothing more then a professional, he took great care of my vehicle and my conscience by always being an ear to my problems and voice with a solution. Initially, when I first arrived at the center they were very welcoming and understanding considering I just got into a collision. They made the extra effort to get me a possible estimate which turned out to be completely false. My advisor John Sutton was very understanding at first and tried to help but he lied to me, made false promises, and wasted my time. During my second inspection of the car, he made the suggestion of finding junkyard parts which i did, I even show him the parts online beforehand and he promised those would work. After transferring the parts from Tampa to Orlando, I come to find out there policy doesn't allow them to put on parts from the junkyard. Antonio was the first person to give me the estimate of 4K originally, until it shot up to 10K which I understand. The biggest issue with this shop is that they will lie and waste your time instead of properly explaining from the start. Their policies don't allow for the customers best interest and your better off going to a more local body shop as Antonio himself stated.

Christian did an excellent job on my F250. Very helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely return here for any body work. I have used other shops in the past and this is by far the best experience I ve ever had

Worst ever experience ! Really bad customer service. Unprofessional front desk staff, and advisor. Not responsible. Keep lying about body part orders, estimated time. Don't answer phone calls all the day. Jomar is horrible advisor to deal with .. Does not answer the phone calls, always on lunch break. Front desk always on lunch break. I felt my car is in hostage... really pathetic in giving excuses. I requested them to have the manager to call them.. Still waiting.. I will make sure to spread my bad experience among all people i know.

Making appointments: it is always painless when calling to make an appointment. The employees are very pleasant and make it easy to determine the type of appointment/service needed for your car.Service: they are always very efficient and careful when dealing with your car and personal belongings.Customer service: the last two times I visited for my routine oil change and tire rotations I was greeted by Nathan. He always goes out of his way to ensure that I felt comfortable with any changes that needed to be made regarding my car. He is very detail-oriented and is always willing to answer any questions asked. He always seems to be very knowledgeable and when he is unsure of an answer to a question, he is determined to get it for you.Overall I have had only positive experiences at this location.

Mark the rep that handles Geico insurance claims for greenway made the experience HORRIBLE!! It took 4 months Mark kept changing the date I had to beg for updates for my eta. Mark never reached out to me until I told him I wanted to speak to his boss. When the truck was finally ready he told me to come at 530pm to pick up when I got there he was leaving and said the girls in the shop leaves at 530!! So why tell me to come at 530??? He is horrible with follow up and even worse when it comes to communication. I had to bring my truck back because the running board was bent, he left tape residue on my window and on the plastic around my wiper blades the antenna was missing because he didn t replace it when he had my truck for four months. Then I told them that my $50 car charger was taken from my truck his boss said they would order one that I sent a picture of from Amazon and it s been weeks and I still have not heard back from Mark about my charger. I will never use Mark for anything he should not even have a job in that company if he can t communicate with the customers and keep them updated. You can email,call,text and leave voicemails and unless you say you will call and ask for his boss he will not respond. Mark Watson at greeenway ford body shop is HORRIBLE!!Service: Body & Trim

So we took our car there after someone rear ended my wifes car. The bumper was a little banged up and the other girls insurance was paying for it. After getting the car back we noticed it was missing front plate (was decorative) we had on the car. After talking with them they said they would look for it. After which we got the car back only to find out they dont have it and were blaming taking it through a car wash ripping the front plate off. We have had the car for 4 years and taken it a number of times through the car wash but never had it rip off any front plate. Also just to mention it the screws for the plate on the right side was missing and the left one was broken in half with just a part of the thread poking out from the bumper. Anywho we never got our plate back and since it was a gift to my wife a few years ago we had no receipt for it to get compensated. As far as the body work goes though the rear bumper looks very nice just a tad irked we lost our decorative front bumper plate.Thanks,Robert

I usually don't write reviews but after having such great service at Greenway Ford Body Shop I felt inclined to! I was hit an a car accident and the other persons insurance company recommended this body shop. Dropping off my car was made easy and Greenway called enterprise to send over a rental car for me. I was in and out in less than 45 mins. They finished my car in a day and a half which was less time than the estimated pick u date. When I picked up my car i was surprised how good it looked! Thank you again Greenway Ford!! i would highly recommend this body shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was by far the best automotive experience I've ever had. Quality workmanship AND the follow up went beyond any expectation. I received an email nearly every day from Vince, and the whole staff was helpful even to pushing the rental car company to pick me up. 6 stars seriously!

Probably the worst place to ever Bring your car to get fixed. I waited over a month for my damages to be fixed on my car. I was originally told it was only going to take 2 weeks. I was promised updates and never received them. I had to go into the shop myself in order to get answers. They came to a point where they would screen my calls. Once I finally picked up my car I noticed damage that was not originally fixed. It took 2 more weeks to get my car to be looked at. Then they wanted to charge me for a rental while they fix the damages that should have been done in the beginning. When I finally got my car back the damages are still there. I would highly suggest going to another facility to look at your car because you will never get an answer from them and they will do a mediocre job.

I just picked up my brand new 2015 Jeep that I purchased from Greenway Jeep from the collision department. I was inspecting my car, as I had been rear ended and brought it to Greenway Collision to be repaired and wanted to ensure my car was fixed and everything was taken care of. I opened the trunk to find what looked like glue, dust and a huge scrape in the plastic of my interior that was not there when I had dropped it off for the body work. When i brought the adjuster, Mark, out to look at it he claimed that they were not responsible. He talked down to me, claimed that they had not done the damage and even went on to say that maybe we can get more money out of the insurance agency that covered the accident to fix it. This not only shows lack of care for the customer in helping to resolve the issue, but also shows dishonesty and lack of ethics. To me, this was very unprofessional and critically lacked all and any kind customer service. I work in customer service every day and I felt as though I was treated terribly and definitely not as a customer. None of the staff was helpful and were not easy to work with when I brought up the concern. I will not be returning to this establishment EVER again and I would not recommend it to anyone who actually cares about their car and it's quality, because Greenway Collision obviously does not. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I am beyond grateful for Greenway Ford Collision services. I was in a minor accident and my very first car was not in good shape, but the turn around time to fix my car was done a week earlier than they had originally anticipated. Not only did Greenway Ford offer me quick service but, I also got my car back washed and detailed from the inside out! Great customer service and I am so glad I can drive my car again. It felt like I was driving off in a brand new car! Being involved in an accident can be a hassle, but thanks to the staff at Greenway Collision for making my transition a smooth one.

I met Mark the manager from Green Way Collision, extremely unprofessional didn t even try to help me with my concerns or steps on moving forward with his company. He seems very unknowledgeablel! His answer to everything question was I don t know he stated he will have my park at his garage for aFew weeks without touching it due to my insurance company. I found it every unprofessional! Gladly I went across the street to AUTO NATION the women RACHELE was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything step to get my car fixed. I spoke to my adjuster and currently processing the check as we speak, the turn around Between my adjuster and AUTO NATION was within a couple hours unlike MARK WATSON stating it will take weeks for a response from my insurance company and he will need my car garage in the mean time! Terrible service! I highly recommend AUTO NATION for great customer services

They did a terrible job fixing my 2018 Challenger after my accident. Nothing is lined up probably with the passenger door and they never put the clips in properly and when I noticed it and took it back the guy took my car back and glued it down. I would ve never realized he did this if my window wasn t busted out and the new collision center told me and gave me pictures. I am so disappointed and disgusted in the quality of work they did for me. I thought I was doing the right thing trusting them with my car since they are attached to the Dodge dealership.

My husband had a run in with a dump truck on the Beeline (528). It was like he was driving through snow, the debris was so bad. Fortunately, there was an FHP officer there who saw the whole thing and towed the truck off the highway.We made an attempt at taking the care to a local body shop I have used in the past. I have always had good results from them, but this time around, they failed me. The insurance company recommended Greenway and Mark Watson. Having never been a "Ford" person, I never would have thought to go there. Mistake.Greenway took the BEST care of us and our car. They missed nothing that had been dinged by all that gravel. Mark was communicative and helped us with a rental, too! I won't be taking my collision needs anywhere else!Thanks, Mark!

Had to get a new transmission. They misdiagnosed the problem and did work that was unnecessary. I told then exactly what the problem was. They finally agreed with me after having the car for a week. The process took a whole month. When I got it back my camera had been taken down and thrown on the seat. And my driver's seat was broken or sunk in on the side. I was too disgusted to take it back to correct the problem after four weeks without a car!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Oil change

Amazing job, Rus really took care of me as a Ford and progressive customer. My car was repaired in record time and also while it was there a recall was fixed. Overall it was truly an easy experience and quality of work is top-notch.

We pulled in with our Explorer hoping to get an estimate for repairs and then I met John Dupuy inside the door. He came out rubbed out issues and sent us on our way with no charge! Given my past experiences with body shops, I approach these places with skepticism. Greenway more than exceeded my expectations. I just picked up my Toyota Camry today and I can not say enough to express my total satisfaction with this experience. They managed my expectations, completed work ahead of schedule, and kept me updated on progress. Totally satisfied with the quality of work and have been showing it off to friends and family. I can not recommend this shop enough.
