Scary as heck buying a car from out of state. We drove half of Florida looking for the perfect car. What we found was the perfect dealer. So comfortable with the staff, ask for jack, and the process was easy. Again I felt like we got a great deal, a great car, and great service from Jack! Thank you Greenway

If you're looking for a new, rusted vehicle, this is the place. Greenway responded that this is normal surface rust and not to worry, as the warranty will cover it (main driveline components, oil pan, steering rack, rear axle, front spindles, tie rod ends, driveshaft). I am currently opening a case with Ford over this. Do yourself a favor and look under the vehicle; you will be shocked. Greenway lost all potential business because of the way they handled it, even after doing a great job selling it. Very disappointing.

I would not normally write a review of someone in the same field as me but i couldnt let this go because of their blatant disregard in addressing for such simple requests and on how they continued to show their word meant nothing.Long story long, i was sold on a specific kia stinger, that only had 49,000 miles. The salesman told me all issues would be addressed at beginning of week (I purchased the kia stinger on a friday). I made it very clear that i wanted the light on the dash addressed, the driveline vibration and a second key. The salesman made it clear that he would address these concerns no problem. Needless to say it didnt happen, they kicked this can down the road for 2 weeks. Once they finally did tell me it was done I confirmed with them all issues were resolved, the salesman said yes and he said they replaced other items including the spark plugs and coils and wheel bearings.As soon as I fired the car up the light was on the dash. At this point I am flat out not happy. I can deal with the car taking longer to get ready- inconvenient? yes. This issue however, that they were passing off as ready speaks to their quality control. I proceeded to take it on a test drive and the salesman with me ( a fill in for the first salesman i bought the car from) agreed that there is clearly something wrong in the driveline. I came back immediately and asked for a manager because its clear that they either (a) have incompetent mechanics or (b) truly dont care about the customer after the car has technically been sold.The manager leveled with me telling me they have put a lot of money already into this car by replacing the brakes, the spark plugs/coils and tires. All I wanted was these items addressed. I told him im not coming back because i have lost all faith in the people that im working with here and the dealership is far away. The manager seemed to understand, took notes and confirmed these issues would be addressed.I took delivery of the vehicle 4 days later at about 6pm in the dark. I asked if the salesman had my two keys and he handed me 2 completely different keys (see picture). I thought he was joking with me but he was serious, i immediately showed him how the key (that looks completely different) does not work for anything on the car, again, proving what i mentioned above, they just dont care. The light was still on but he assured me a part was ordered to fix the problem and then he followed up with the vibration is for sure gone. I noticed the smoke smell in the car, but at this point i just wanted to move on from this dealer so i didnt mention itWhen I finally got it on the highway the next day it still has a vibration that can be felt in the body of the car. This time i went to my shop. The splash shield was hanging down and missing 5 bolts, 5. Hoping this was it I had my tech take it out with me and he confirmed the left front wheel bearing is bad- its howling. Both back tires are General tires and Westlakes are on the front, and all 4 are "mud and snow" tires, they couldnt have put cheaper tires if they tried. All rotors are scored because they resurfaced (see pictures) them not replaced such a simple component and now im going to eat another cost of replacing the front wheel bearing and cross my fingers that they will ship me the sensor to supposedly fix the light. On top of all this they specifically told me they replaced the coils and spark plugs its CLEAR they didnt touch #5, the tougher one to get out, its rusted(see 2 pictures)!Im not going to name drop any of these employees, but what i will say is simple: honesty, just as i mentioned when i sat down with the manager, is paramount.I figured i would be in good hands because Greenway Ford has Greenway Kia right next door, clearly this has not helped in the least to address these issues on this Kia. Id use this review as a warning- its clear this company's word means nothing and they will lie to your face to get the sale.ADDENDUM: its been 2 weeks since review...i still havent received the sensor

I recently purchased a vehicle from Greenway Ford. The customer service was amazing, the sales rep I had was great too. He listened to the concerns I had about the purchase. My sales representative was Jo�o Vitor, he knew very well the vehicles I wanted to see and test. Jo�o Vitor did not push for the sale. At the end of the day, he put me in the perfect car for me. That being said, I recommend Greenway Ford if you are looking for a new vehicle. Useful Greenway Ford. Definitely five stars!!

Michael Jubran made the car buying process so easy for us. We visited many dealerships and left frustrated every time. It was my first time financing a car so I brought my parents for support, Michael respected that I was the one purchasing the car and came to the table to talk to me, not my parents. A small detail, but just an example of the amazing and comfortable experience Michael gave us compared to every other dealer we saw that day. I am extremely happy we decided to stop in. My husband and parents will be returning when they need a car.

If a 0 was an option, that s the real rating. You had a qualified buyer for a vehicle that s been in your inventory for quite along time. O follow up by the finance manager I think Baska was his name. Dude told someone else to tell me to call him (which was weird but ok) I called them he says I ll call you back. Several hours later he calls and says I m still busy with other clients but I ll call you shortly to discuss your deal. After I sent a few text messages to him and Gaylord Lawrence (who never responded either) we decided to go to another dealership and find another vehicle pretty comparable. Thank God for Driversmart Sanford.. much better experience, follow up, straight shooters. Got approved immediately with a credit union and they pretty much saved the day..If you re reading this, go check out Hany with Driversmart Sanford. Tell him Jamar sent you and you definitely won t be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend Greenway Ford. Faysal (sales) made my car buying experience painless and so easy . He gave detailed options and let me test drive whatever car /suv we wanted so we could make a conscious decision on a vehicle that fit our criteria. He made us laugh and was so personable. Never pushed us . We definitely didn t feel like we were dealing with a salesperson, but a true to his word guy who could relate to us on so many levels . Thank you Faysal. And Josh (finance manager) Thank you for staying past closing & pushing at the very end - not yo mention keeping the numbers the same & pushing to get us into the car we truly wanted . Bad experience in the entirety. Didn't get the payment I wanted.Finance dept said he could do 45 days and them switched his words to say he can't set to 45 days and stopped texting me back. Emphasized a specific part to the front bumper and rear bumper which needed to be fixed salesman and finance person said its minor. Once got my car back wasn't done so I left it 2 days only for the salesman to tell me as is..don't say you can do something and do something else I will be posting my experience elsewhere where reviews can be seen as well.. do good business and you would get return customers but I will not be coming back.Also the tint was suppose to be all stripped they left rear window still tinted.. Bad for business.

Dealer is a very professional and flexible to work with. Hopefully you get a transportation and a car and they got me the best deal and one of the things they got my attention went to five different dealers and got me the card. I want it but I m very happy with her attention finance was very nice salesman, it was one of my recent that went back to the dealer because he was very professional and assistant and love his attention Ali I recommend the salesman and also the dealer to go and purchase your next car. We purchased a new Explorer 2 days ago when we traded in our 2021 that we also got from Greenway 3 years ago. It was a great experience! We initially went that day just to look at car colors but due to the friendliness and knowledge of various vehicles and a not at all pushy salesman, who was absolutely wonderful.. Nizar we ended up purchasing a new vehicle! The entire process with this and our previous transaction were both seamless. We highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to everyone! And we ll definitely purchase another vehicle there in a few years!

My husband and I wanted to purchase a f150 2023 that this dealer had on their lot . I found strange the vehicle had less than 1000 miles and sitting on their used inventory side . While making deal we make sure to specifically ask for warranty as we had bad experience with previous purchases. During the sale we agreed that that bumper to bumper 6year 125k mile coverage would be part of the pricing . We said this several times during our interaction with the sales rep . They cave us a hard time and keep insisting on higher down payment than normal btw ( 20k) was our down payment but in all of this they refuse to work with the price of the vehicle because the amount of mileage . Anyways when we finally go into financing Josh was supposed to take care of us he to mentions the warranty we say yes and he states is and additional cost . We then proceed to explain it was a part of the deal and that was included in pricing . He proceeded to state they would never do this and that we could purchase the vehicle without the warranty and why was the ware so important to us . I explain to Josh that do to my husband work I wanted him to be protected I did not want to have issues with the vehicle. Josh replied with so you are planing on burning the engine down in less that 6 years so you can get a new one . I got my self out of that office so fast . Every customer should be allowed to protect their purchase especially such a large one . I seeing have found the same vehicle in multiple dealerships in my area with very low miles at much less rates . Seams to be something wrong with this vehicle doesn't seam normal for customers to be returning them after less than 5k miles of driving the. Greenway you really need to teach your staff some customer service skills and maybe the art of deal making . You did not get to rob me but buyers be ware .

This place is fraudulent, unreliable. They are ill-intentioned people who deceive their clients. They believe that with their fake smiles they fix everything... I served as a translator for my mother, she just wanted them to fix her car that went bad after a a few days after purchasing it and they had already charged her money to fix something that is still bad, additionally, these people, the manager Gomez and the salesman Tejada, only washed their hands of the fact that she... Saying she bought a car as is and that it didn't They couldn't do anything...it can't be that you buy a car here in Florida and they allow these companies to sell high-end cars without a service department for this type of car. They only send them to workshops without any ethics and no They do nothing, they just charge and then they say that it is another problem that the car has... manager Gomez only stated that it would be okay if they fixed the car that this was okay for her but that he did not want my mother to return to the dealership. say I had another problem. Of course I agreed, of course, if she didn't come up with something more defective... Wow, that's what they said and then without answering my mother's calls or mine, they hid. They didn't respond, they said they were busy, he wasn't there, and if he was, he didn't respond to the messages. They are a joke. They finally responded and just said that you have to pay part of the repair. Who guarantees that they will fix this damage if they couldn't fix some? simple sensors and they had to send the car to a specialized place. Of course, the car had something more delicate and expensive and they knew it because they inspected it but they did not notify me or show me the complete inspection and they also erased the lights on the dashboard to be able to sell it...consumers, don't let this happen to you...think about it before you go. to that place so they can steal their money or have headaches

If I could do zero stars I would, hands down the worst dealer I have ever dealt with, I inquired about 1794 tundra they had listed on Autotrader. When I contacted the dealer they informed me the vehicle was $2000.00 more then there listed price. (Strike one) I was still interested in the vehicle so continued with the sale. The sales rep sent me the numbers on the vehicle, one of the line items listed was for a deluxe package for $1699.95. When I asked the sales rep what that was for he informed it was for the detailing of the exterior and interior of the vehicle, (last time I checked dealers detail there vehicles for customers. strike two). They did negotiate a bit on price but insisted I finance instead of pay cash and assured me that I could pay it off with zero penalties. I requested a conference call with the sales rep and the finance manager and the manager assured me that there would be zero penalties for paying the loan off immediately after the sale. He lied directly to me! The lenders do charge penalties for early termination of loans. (Strike three). As I stated earlier this is the worst dealer ever do not do business with them. I m so thankful that I was able to see how shady they are before I made my big purchase and I hope you do the same.

***FUTURE BUYER PLEASE READ**** These people prey heavy on people and what they ve done to me is a tactic I am SURE they do all the time. this will very well HELP you save money and time being played with! I bought my car on Black Friday so they had (insert quotations) Black Friday Deals . Keep in mind I am a first time car buyer and that is very obvious when I don t understand certain terminology so that s a predatory car dealerships playground! When I came in I was already pre approved with capital one. When going through the paperwork they asked me if I wanted to add on an EXTRA warranty. The car is a MERCEDES-BENZ & I clarified a Mercedes-Benz comes with a warranty up to 50k miles. So I told them NO! I don t want a EXTRA warranty especially not a third party warranty. When I can use my Mercedes-Benz warranty and when it expires get another warranty directly from Mercedes-Benz. I was putting down 6k. They come to me with numbers stating how much my car note would be and had me there from 9am until 4pm so I began to get tired through this process as well. They continued to send the sales person to me when the finance person in the back worked his magic I get to the back and my car note is very high and they claim it s interest etc blah blah blah. They have me signing paperwork on an IPad with the screen zoomed in it all felt strange but I am thinking well it s the interest. They show me a paper that I later found out HOLDS NO WEIGHT in this scenario. The paper stated my car would total in 30k. This is a paper they SHOWED ME. While having all proper, legal paper signed on an IPAD. I asked why I am in not signing physical paper printed out when they have a printer. They claimed it s the same thing and they will give me my copy of the paperwork on a flash drive I got my insurance and registration all right there and left with the car. They also gave me said flash drive (please follow me). Upon leaving out the door the finance guy goes & remember you have 3 more years of warranty on you car I am thinking to myself what is he talking about? Maybe considering the Mercedes-Benz I got was at 38k miles and I have it until 50k and it may take 3 years to get there. Again this is my first car and I don t drive much I work from home so that s where that thought process came from. This again was on a Friday. I leave go to my destination wake up and tell me myself no something is not right I started double checking everything. 1. To find out the flash drive has one page of paperwork on it. It doesn t have everything I signed what so ever two. My car was sold to me at about 36k instead of 30. With interest I will end up paying 50k on this car. I demanded them to send me all the paperwork I signed and confronted the salesman and the finance person over the phone about what they ve done and that I ve caught on. Then to make matters worse how they got the car to this 36k was taking the money I down paid and adding a warranty to the bill of this car. Not only without permission but after I already verbally told them NOOOOO! Multiple times! Quite illegal! I couldn t reach who I needed to at capital one because it was now the weekend and the same with higher ups at greenway ford. Once Monday came I went and told them I knew what they were doing and asked to rewrite the contract. They implied that they will not they will only be able to cancel the warranty and put the money towards the principal which is B.S! . I work with a lot of money. I work in accounting in a different industry and that s B.S. When you mess up there are ways to fix things period. They wanted a higher sale and for me to take the financial loss, they could car less. They could keep there 36k sale and I would have it towards the principal but a high monthly payment. There was no point in even putting ANY money down. They played with my money. And when I broke down everything that they did they could care less because there is no lemon law. The car leaves the lot in FL. It s now your car. Be careful people.

I was looking to upgrade my 2017 F-150 due to the amount of miles on my truck. And the staff at the Greenway Ford listen to my needs and we re able to select a truck for me that is exactly what I was looking for. The sales rep. was very knowledgeable about the specs on the vehicle and was determined to get me what I was looking for no matter how long it took. I would definitely recommend Ford to all my friends and family.

Edit to include the solution.After spending a few weeks looking for the perfect truck, and best all around deal, we ended up at Greenway Ford. The financing was not as great as I would have liked but felt we made a fair deal. After leaving and prior to making it home I have warning on my dash. Called and was told that it s a simple sensor and would have it corrected when I come to get the trucks 2nd key made. Trying to stay positive about the situation I wait for Tuesday and every excuse but no key guy and more excuses. Now here I am another Tue, and the manager accuses me of vandalizing/destroying property after Saying I had to leave and was trespassed from property. Terra s Hordge came to assist and let s just say never put the accusations to rest but allowed the men who made these statements against my character to stay grouped up and speaking now in Spanish about me. So extremely unprofessional especially when they wanted to change my mind about the experience and left me outside in the heat for another hour while getting a rental which was supposed to be a truck, and gave me a Ford escape with bad grinding sounds.Would love to hear from you and hope to find a resolution. A very upset and disappointed return customer.Jacquelyn Smith and Phillip HughesUnfortunately I was not given an answer for the ABS, Low tire pressure sensor when I have these tires filled with nitrogen to help maintain the pressure in the tire. I was returned a truck on slap empty. My truck didn t even register any miles till I was going to run out. Never heard back from Teresa, Osama my salesman, nor the men who accused me of vandalism. In fact let s just say I will tell everyone not to go to Greenway Ford as theyWill lie, and treat you like a criminal because they are walking around with a guilty conscience. If you want a vehicle that will be in the shop and come back with the exact same issue and get no response.Is that even a solution?

I worked with Gaylord Lawrence on my purchase and I am so happy! No high pressure sales, down to earth discussion, choose what you want to as part of your purchase. The most dreaded thing is buying a car!! The experience I had with Gaylord was 5 star! I highly recommend him!! I will use him in the future! If you need a car- go see Gaylord Lawrence! I was not expecting to buy a car when I committed to the salesperson that I would come in and look at the car I wanted. Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I didn t feel pressured by him at any time during the sales process. He personally delivered the car to my home and spent a good amount of time showing me all the features and answering more questions. He s the guy to ask for if you re serious about buying.

This was my first car buying experience due to bad credit in the past so I wasn t sure I would be able to get financing. But from the moment I walked in and greeted by the front desk lady and my sales person Alejandro, I was able to be a little more comfortable. By the time I left, with car and keys at hand, I felt like Alejandro was family. His experience and advice was absolutely amazing and Josh in financing was very helpful as well. I not only recommend greenway ford, I will be a repeat customer in the future. Extremely grateful.

Attention..be very careful with this dealer. It is disappointing to find yourself with a company that only deceives its clients. One of its goals is to find a victim in order to sell him something with which they are involved..managers, sellers, financiers united for a ambush. They put on the face of good people and what wolves they are. Be careful with the service department that does not have the tools to service high-end cars. They collude with external workshops to make sullas... FRAUD

Went in just to check inventory and run some numbers on a 2024 mustang, got a good deal out of it but didn t want to go through with any deal but the super pushy salesman convinced me to at least run a credit application to see if I could get approved. Went through with the rest of the deal in the finance managers office and even gave them a down payment. I was told to get insurance for the car and to pick it up whenever. Turns out that I was never approved for the loan and that I can t take the vehicle when I wanted to 2 days later. So I walked out of the deal but was told it would take several days to refund my down payment. Extremely unprofessional of the dealership, I wouldn t recommend anyone to take what they say seriously and that they would be better of going to another one.

I m really disappointed. My husband and I purchased a new car here in 2018 and had the best experience so we came back today with high expectations.We were at the table talking about price and they came back with an out the door price of 39k. So we countered at 35k and after waiting 20 minutes (we were the only customers there) they came back at 44k. It went UP 5k? What?I hate playing games with car dealerships. I get so much anxiety with the back and forth and running numbers . JUST GIVE ME A PRICE in a reasonable amount of time.I will say our salesman was extremely nice and went out of his way to try to keep the deal together.It s very disappointing we easily could have made a deal but it feels disrespectful and shady to play those kinds of games. Honestly I probably would have paid the $39 had they come back with that. But I think they wanted us in a different vehicle.

It s a decent lot. My salesman was nice! If they offer you to take the car based off pre approval, don t. Just wait til you are officially approved. I had to return the vehicle after a week to them because in the end my loan was not approved.

The worst customer experience, I ve ever experienced at any place. I went to check the 2018 Ford Mustang they had in stock. The sales person was fine but their manager was the worst. He was really trying to force me to get the car that second only. And I also got the value for my trade checked, so after the inspection, they gave me back my car keys after so much of trying. And plus the car I went on test drive for, had so many issues with it. The manager was like, we have a team who has checked the car thoroughly and it doesn t have any issues with it. Even the sales person knew that there was issue with the car but the manager totally declined about that fact. I was planning on going to buy the car but after the manager s behavior, I won t go there ever again!!!
