Arrived at 3 pm on the dot. They close at 5 pm on Sunday. I was told they couldn't get me in. It looks like there's only one person working the bays and one the counter. The available oil changes did not include conventional, which, in my opinion, is very unprofessional. How can that be, maybe the pricing?

I got charged $120 for an oil change and my mom went here and got charge $79. Our cars take the same oil and we both picked the same package. When my mom inquired why, the staff said they did something "special" to my car without my consent. Then when my mom asked why it wasn't done to her car, they state that it was only done to cars with 50k miles, my car has 25k and hers has 70k. I will be contacting the company.

Brought my car in to do an oil change last time. Told them please don't tighten the oil filter super tight. Doing it at home now and even used my Ridgid Impact on it. Can't get it loose. Seriously? You guys can't take 1 direction right. Corporate will be contacted. This place has gone down since Steve left.

Great experience, walked in for a tire change for a flat, prices were reasonable and was done in no time. Friendly staff and showed me the piece that was in my tire too

Rocky genuinely cares about the customers and does his best to make sure the car service runs smoothly and efficiently. He personally showed me areas of the car that needed fixing and provided explanation for why it needed a fixing. Great atmosphere and hard working staff!

I go here whenever my car has any issues and the gentlemen here are always helpful, informative, and reasonable in quotes/price. I feel respected here and have not really had any issues with the services or personnel.

I was 3 hours from home, had to put on a spare do to a nail in tire that could not be patched. I have a rare tire size, after calling 5-6 shops, this was the only shop with an available tire. 30 minutes before close, Kiko and his team accommodated my need and got me back on road in no time.

I called in to get a basic oil change and the front brakes this young lady told me almost $1000, I SAID this cant be correct after she told me the oil change was around $130 i said ok cool i can live with that but almost $ 800 more dollars for 2 front brake pads nah im good especially after reading the reviews thats insane. I will not be using this place for company fleet services again either it seems its all about the money and not the customer. I found a place down the street from them brakes and oil change $300 like thats a huge difference sonebody needs to have these people looked at!!!!

***Beware*** Do not bring your car here. Do not trust the manager or mechanics. They did not do a proper diagnostic on my car. They are worried about making money. After selling me a rack and pinion my car was having the same issue I bought it in for. Turns out I needed more repairs than they neglected to tell me in the beginning. We agreed to reverse everything, put the old one back in. The manager Frank was not happy about this. After picking up my car, not even 5 minutes later it starts overheating. I called the shop to ask what they did to it. Frank denied any wrongdoing. My neighbor and I discovered no water was in the car at ALL. Oddly enough when I picked the car up the heat was on in 70 degree weather. Neighbor said that s a trick you do when the car overheats. The heat pulls heat from the engine. They knew!! Unbelievable, they would intentionally sabotage my car. In addition, they left a component loose on my car that I discovered when adding water to the vehicle.

We had a blow out on our travel trailer. Going to Disney world. We needed a tire immediately. This dealership really came through and put us a brand new tire on immediately

Absolutely amazing gentlemen working here! I came in a few before closing with some blown lights, and they helped me immediately and gave me a huge break. Absolute ANGELS!!A business is only as strong as its staff. And this one will be here long and after we re gone with the service, and assistant service managers here. THANKS JOHN AND KIKO

Super helpful. Took my car in right away. Minimal wait time. Replaced the spare. Patched the tire right away. Drove off with a repaired tire in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I was stranded with a shredded tire and Kiko and Spencer were so kind to help me out with getting my spare on. I had no Jack and not enough to replace it yet!! kiko even took my old shredded tire off my rim for me. Genuine men with genuine intentions. I know where I ll be buying my new tires on Friday! Highly recommend.

Excellent service here. Work was done properly; staff was very accommodating and worked as quickly as possible. Kiko, John, Franky and Rocky were all outstanding to deal with and extremely helpful. I definitely will use this store for my future auto needs

We had to get a few things done on our suv and looked around for a shop. I decided on this one for the good reviews, we weren't disappointed with the service and work done. John and kiko took care of our suv and explained what was getting done, prices and timeliness. It took a while to get everything done but it was a lot so its understandable. Very satisfied with everything and will come back to get our suv serviced here.

John Clark went above and beyond with his service. My car battery died a few stores away and he drove me back there and helped jump the battery. He was also super helpful with battery replacement and corrosion cleaning. 10/10 would go back and request him specifically

I went there a few weeks ago to change my front break pads and rotors. I was impressed on how quickly they got the job done (less than 1 hour and a half). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them and consider them for future services!

Joel helped me throughout the entire process of getting my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox taken care of. I wasn't fully sure what was wrong with my engine so I called around for prices on diagnostics. Goodyear was mid range in pricing, but not much more expensive than competitors, but Joel quoted me then started asking some follow up diagnostic questions that other places didn't do. He made me feel more confident in using their services. Brought my car over and within a day was told all the problems and the minimum needed to resolve. Which was WELL priced as was. I was actually planning on spending a little more so he advised other tune up recommendations he could package in as well and still keep it well within my budget. One quick repair and tune up later and my wallet isn't hurting and my car is running smooth again. Thanks Goodyear, and special shout out to Joel!

These guys in Orlando really went out of their way for us. While driving from Miami back to Texas, suddenly needed 2 unusual tires. They got us fixed up and back on the road quickly. Thanks again!

My family and I had a wonderful experience of blowing two trailer tires coming home from vacation. We called Kiko at Goodyear off of John Young, and he was able to help us immediately. Him and his crew were extremely helpful and professional, we would definitely come back to see them.

When everyone else failed me. Goodyear was there to save me. Kiko the manager went over the top to get me back on the road. I appreciated his kindness and thoughtful generous way for a 20 dollar job. I would never take my business to tire kingdom again. Goodyear it is. Thanks guys.

Kiko and the crew did an amazing job. I was on a road trip and they were able to get the tire that I blew right away mounted and balanced on my truck and get me back on the road in no time. Great team of employees there.

AMAZING place for tires and work. They are super professional and give kind customer service. Rocky is the one who helped me and given the best customer service. Joel also helped very much. Without them I would have a broke down car! A very professional place. I highly recommend this Goodyear than any other one.

Having a bad experience with my used "new" car, they got me in shortly after 8 this morning & were done by 1:00 ish.Desk clerk came in around 9:00 noticed floor not exactly clean, immediately got the dry mop & swept the waiting area. Clean customer restroom

They were very busy. But Rocky took the time to check my tire tread and show me some problems. Also helped fix my steering wheel and put on my steering wheel cover. All with a smile and great attitude.
