Got my car worked on here Thursday morning. Work was completed quickly and my concerns were resolved. A little pricey but it is a National brand, so expected. Will return.

I went to this place to have my engine checked or so I thought! Victor who was handling my vehicle informed me he has to order a part for the vehicle and I said that was fine, he calls me 2 days later to ask me my odometer reading because my vehicle was under warranty so he wanted to make sure the part to the car was covered, he should receive the part the next day. Well 2 days passed and I did not hear from Victor regarding my part to the vehicle? I proceeded to contact Victor and I was informed he was on his lunch break, then he was in the bathroom! This was the worst customer service I have ever received, no courtesy to inform the customer of the status and employees that avoid answering your calls. Obviously they didn t want my business. Awful customer service with no follow through, don t make the mistake and deal with Victor@ this location.

Yesterday had a flat tire and rolled into the Goodyear on Bumby Ave and Colonial. Robert at the service desk was very helpful and professional. They were very busy but was able to order a new tire and get it on my vehicle. I have been coming here over 20 years and they take care of their customers with very good service and products.

I came in because my brakes would make some noise whenever they were used. They first tried to charge me over $1000 to replace the entire system but I didn't have it so I told them to put it back together and id take care of it another time. The manager came out and started to "bargain" with me about what price I could pay and he said that he could drop it down to about $300 for me which I paid and then they proceeded with the service. Afterwards I realized that my breaks now required me to slam on them way farther than before I got them serviced and I would almost get into accidents because of it. I took it to another repair shop where they charged me over $1000 to replace the brake pads and one other thing and then my car was working fine afterwards. This service took place back in 2019 but it never sat right with me on how they charged me hundreds then gave me bad brake service so I am giving this specific location a 1 star now. I now live in Arizona and the Goodyear shop by me here are wonderful

Probably the worst service I ve ever had in a Good year. I was told by my sales person that because it took so long I d get a discount. That salesperson never came back out on the floor (Zero discount for his miscommunication, only the discount they originally gave me) I dropped my car off at 1:00 and came back at 4:30 and my car was in the same spot I left it. I then waited until a little after six for my car to be done. While I was sitting waiting for my tires to be changed two separated people wanted just to talk to someone walked out. Two other people bravely waited for someone to talk to them. I understand when things happen but atleast call the customer and say something. It s not hard to dial the phone and say there is a delay. Don t let someone plan their day and surprise them at pickup. If they choose to respond I have much more to say than I actually wrote. If I were the owner I would be beyond upset when it all could have need EASILY avoided.

I have an old bus I made into an RVThe guys were so polite, helpful and diligent to help me get air in to all six of my tires that were definitely low!And hard to get to! I ll be back! Thanks guys

Went in for a headlamp replacement. Next day check engine light went on and a couple other electrical things were off. Went back two days later and got a diagnostic, reset the computer and all is well. Best part, no charge. Minus one star for too long a wait time for scheduled appointment.Loyal customer.

01/09/2024 I came here because I had hit something in the road and my tire exploded and I had nails in my other tires. From the jump the guy at the front desk didn t want to do his job. I had insurance on every tire though third party warranty and he only decided to send over ONE picture of the destroyed tire and not the other 3 when clearly something was wrong with them. He took it upon himself to act like he s my warranty provider based off of WHAT HE THOUGHT my terms and disclosers are for MY warrantied tires. He NEVER sent over the pictures for the other 3 tires and HE LIED TO ME IN MY FACE saying that they wouldn t cover them because of the tire depth when I know for a fact if it s from a road hazard they would cover them. He NEVER sent out the pictures to them for them to cover my tires and straight up lied to me. I m beyond pissed and YES I will be escalating this.

Casey and Robert truly exceeded expectations when I needed assistance with purchasing new tires. I strongly recommend this store, as it's wonderful to encounter employees who genuinely care about their customers.

I have been going to this workshop for the last 23 years as I used own a Deli and Convenience Store near by. Although I moved out of the neighborhood six years ago after I had to close down my business, I still take my Honda CRV for repairs at this location.

Straight up dishonest and overpriced. They lied to me on multiple occasions, and ignored safety standards such as putting 2 new tires on the BACK of the car. Recently I bought tires from Costco and they costed me half of what I paid here! Will never return.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I had an appointment for 11:30 and they did not even finish my car until 2:30 , and they sent my car out after the review and said I need back breaks now my breaks are squeaking and they were not before .they have nice employees but horrible service.

Andy gave the most professional and helpful customer service! He worked hard to find me the best deal to replace my tires. The only issue I had was that the estimated time that the tires would arrive and be installed was pretty far off. That doesn t change anything for me though because the service and affordability was fantastic!

I brought them a dozen donuts today in appreciation. They could have charged me for a diagnostic fee, but there was no problem and no charge. I have been treated fairly and honestly there for the past 16 years. Andy has been great, but now he is no longer there, illness. Unsolicited review.

They wouldn't plug my tire saying that the tread was too low when in fact it had more the 50% life still. Just tried to take advantage of me and rip me off. Never going there again. I took it to Ocala Tire in Ocala where I'm from and have always taken my cars and they fix the flat tire with no problem and even told me the tread on my tire was perfectly fine no need to replace the whole tire. So in response to your probably automated response no I will not be contacting your business ever again for anything.

Andy was absolutely phenomenal to work with. The tires I had originally wanted were on backorder, he was able to point me to alternative tire within my price point AND keep my appointment. If you decide to wait instead of drop off: interior waiting area is clean and quiet. There are desks with power strips available to keep devices charged. Overall a very good experience.

This place is amazing. Everything started off the day before I came here getting quotes on tires from Andy for 3 of my family's vehicles. We all needed tires, allignments and one alternator. He was very astute when explaining the cost of each different type of tire for each vehicle. Despite this store on bumby Avenue in Orlando Florida being extremely busy all day long, Andy and his crew remained kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the day. The great customer service and knowledge pours out of this store. We were very well taken care of as promised.

My tire blew out on the 408 and I had to get a new one. Thank goodness this place is open on Sundays! Everyone I talked to there was friendly and super helpful, especially the guy at the front desk who I think was named Carlos but I'm not sure, I feel bad for not asking They fit me in for a tire replacement and oil change and I got my car back the same day even though I didn't have an appointment. Thank you so much again Goodyear!

Service was great. Andy was phenomenal. He was patient, informative and answered all my questions. He even showed me the tire options in person so I could see the difference. Go to this location you won t be disappointed. Andy and Joel were fantastic and very helpful/accommodating!

We had gotten an unexpected flat tire on a Sunday everything was closed or closing soon. The GoodYear near us was about to close at 5. But Andy was so sweet enough to come out by the parking lot nearby to help us fill the tire with some air to make it there. Tire was completely flat. My mom and I were taking a risk even driving the short distance to their shop, but we made it and even though they were about to close Andy, Joel and everyone there was just so amazing. It was an emergency and they stayed open past closing time to help us out. I haven t had the best experience with GoodYear in my past but they sure redeemed themselves in my book and provided us with great customer service and care. They really went above and beyond.
