When I came in my drivers side door wouldn't open, Rashad and Maui adjusted it so that it would until I can come back to actually repair damages. I've never been more pleased, what great people AND employees. It was truly a pleasure and I can't wait to come back for the actual repairs and feel 100% about it. Highly recommend. Last 2 photos are before they adjusted it (could barely open the door an inch) and the first 2 are after (completely opens like normal, not even a popping sound)

Rob was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! He explains everything very well, and ensures that the customer fully understands everything for the repair, how it works, what steps they will take, how we will be updated, a realistic time frame and explanation on how it will be explained why it may extend and the most possible outcomes, etc. When we dropped off the car, we felt it was in SAFE hands, which is extremely important! Then as we received the automated updates, he also provided detailed updates with his signature line of "Have a Great Day, Rob" to ensure we knew what was automated and what was the detailed updates. It was amazing! And picking up blew me away as well! The insurance adjuster messed up by not telling us something, and Rob was helpful as I cried from the stress caused by the adjuster only through this whole process. He was clear and concise on what needed to be done which helped up for the actual pickup when we could next get a hold of the adjuster. The car looked amazing! Rob explained through on the warranty which gives us even further piece of mind, even though we already didn't really have any doubts about Gerber's quality from how drop off went. Rob has been absolutely amazing and his team did a perfect job! THANK YOU!!!!!

Ehh. You can probably get better service else where.My car was in the shop August 2022.First of all, they took a whole month to do my car.Second of all, after waiting that whole month, a piece they replaced wasn t even painted with the correct color to match my car. I had to go back the next day and wait for like 2 hours while they painted it.After about a month, my battery died. I imagine they used my car to jump others and had something running the whole time killing my battery. I had to go get a whole new battery, and my car wasn t even a year old at the time.So lots of lost time and money just for going here.And for some reason every time I called or was in the office the front desk lady was rude. She had no sense of customer service skills.

Service was awful. My car was hit from the back, and State farm sent me to this repair shop. The car was damaged at the shop. Car parts that we're on the estimate that insurance paid for we're never changed or repair. My truck is not straight. My trunk latch was put back together with black tape, and I was accused of doing it myself. The manager was terrible and refused to take responsibility for the damages and told me to leave.Update: They have replied below. I don't have a way of replying to them, so I will add it to my original comment. Their has been zero, and I mean ZERO attempts to reach out. I have the same phone number and the same email as when I dropped my car off and picked up. They have made zero effort or attempts to contact me at all. They know that what they did was wrong, and the way I was treated was horrible. Being accused of damaging my car when it was given to me with the damages was beyond disrespectful and insulting. They have zero customer service.

Very professional and friendly. Got all damage repaired on time and did an excellent job. On site Enterprise car rental was very convenient, too. Enterprise people are great, too. Highly recommend this to you!

Doesn't even deserve the one star but it's the only way im able to write the review two weeks with my vehicle sitting in the parking lot of this place and the o lu communication was when I called after the first week to be told that it was going to cost nearly twice what was quoted and even after I agreed to that one week latter I show up and nothing was done but some writing on my window and around d the damage with a marker. I got feed up and took my vehicle I'll find someone else to do the job that should have taken a few days at best.

As an automotive professional I have had the opportunity to visit many Auto collision centers, but never had to take my own vehicle into one. Gerber Collision was referred to me by my vehicle's warranty company and i have to say, from the moment i picked up the phone to call, to the moment I took my vehicle for repair, the experience was exceptional; Jackie answered my call and willingly guided me through the proper steps to schedule my vehicle for check up and upon arrival, greeted me with a friendly smile, after that, the service advisor took over and it seemed like a race to who could be more helpful and friendly. The place is really clean and the staff is amazing, Thank you Gerber for returning my vehicle promptly.

Hello. I left my car at the Gerber Collision to fix it. Since the moment I arrived with my car for them to make the budget I was very well attended by everyone in the office. They asked me to wait for 20 Min until the budget was ready. in hands I went home and came back on the scheduled date and time. I left my car and at the same time I took a rental car. From that moment I started to receive messages by phone of every step by step and the process of the concert of my car and they called me always leaving me informed of everything they were doing. They delivered the car on the day and time agreed and the service was very good. Congratulations. I have already indicated the location to other people. Mark and his team are top-notch! I've had them work on two of my vehicles and will continue to go back. Service from drop-off to pick-up was professional and courteous. Updates on both vehicles was very timely and quality of work was dealer approved!!! Paint colors matched perfect, no detail was left undone. From blending, pinstripe, and emission stickers, they have you covered! I strongly recommend going to Gerber on LB McLeod to get your auto body work done.

George and his team were timely and kept in good contact with me about my vehicles status. They did a great job with the repairs as well, this location also has an enterprise rent a car right next store so it s super convenient to grab a rental if your repairs are going to take multiple days to complete.

Gerber collision is good, in fact, very good in fixing the auto damages. I was rear ended and i selected Gerber at McLeod to fix the damages. They are very nice to interact and easy to reach, but, duration they took to repair my car was very long. They missed delivery schedule for 3 times, every time they said they were waiting for some parts, painting, etc.., finally they gave me a rental car for a couple days. Alas i got my vehicle after 2 months. I am very satisfied with their work, i am sure i would love to give 5 stars but i end up giving 4 stars because of their timeline

Got a quote for my insurance since I was in a wreck. They wanted $2500 to fix it. When I reviewed the quote I saw they were going to be putting used parts on my car! I looked at the company they used, and found one part they were charging $100, for only $30. The 30 was gm certified, there was not.Another part they wanted $700 for I found for $432, from the dealer!In addition to this, they are trying to replace parts that were in no way damaged in the accident, that part alone is $71 plus 3 hours of labor so an extra $300 for no reason!I stopped there, I will be contacting my insurance about this and going to my dealer for a different quote.

I was in Orlando from Jax and was involved in an accident that left my car undrivable. Being from out of town, we relied on reviews of the insurance approved shops and chose this one.The good: very friendly people and the work was done when they said it would be done.The bad: they charged me over 200% more for a tire than I could have purchased it for at a dealership. A $135 tire cost me $320 here. I should have done my own research before I asked them to replace It, but I NEVER expected that kind of markup.The really bad: a week after I got the car back, I found that the bolts holding my air box in place were missing. The bolts holding my suspension in place were there, but not even snugged down. I had to take it to another shop to have those replaced and everything else checked; if those glaringly obvious things weren't right, what else was done wrong or missing??I had really wanted to give this place a great review - but i was grossly overcharged and was given a potentially dangerous car to drive 150 miles home.

Much longer than expected and poor communication. They said about a week and then called the day before it was due back to say they needed to order a part and it would be an extra week. Why didn't they know that the first day? Then they called the day before it was due back to say it then had to go to paint which didn't start for five days since they don't have the capacity to handle the job. What should have been one week was three all while paying for a rental because they were too small to do the job timely.Edit: They promised me a check for the extra rental and I never saw it.

I was thrilled with the service I had at Gerber Collision. The office staff was wonderful and the repairs were beautiful. The price quoted was reasonable and the finished product came in appropriately. I would highly recommend them for any of your body work.

I can't say enough about Gerber Collision. Darren and his team showed exceptional customer service. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and it looks like the damage never happened. I highly recommend this body shop and their work.

The staff is very honest and reasonable. I had an issue with having to cancel a rental and they were very helpful and accomodating. An honest company like that is always good to have for car repairs too.

I m very disappointed by this company, especially this gerber collision shop on L B McLeod road.They are very unprofessional. First of all, i went to pickup my vehicle to find it full of dust all over.Scratches on the car, that was a sign that they are not handling things with care.I have to returned the car to them twice to points out things they ve left undone.As a result, the repair of my car is a total disappointment.Stay far away from this shop, they are not worth your time and your money.

This was amazing we just brought are car in yesterday it was really broken down and had some parts broken but guess what they finished it in less than a day it will be done this evening in fact they where fast very nice and professional!!!! I love this place and if something happens on the way to vacation again I will definitely come here and not only that these rental cars are amazing to! I defiantly would recommend this to anyone!!!!!!!

Second terrible experience with Gerber. Took 4 weeks to fix something that should have taken 5 days. Multiple things replaced that had nothing to do with wreck and only partial compensation offered for my huge rental bill. Guilted me for replacing parts I complained about three times to management and acted like it was my fault they were replacing something they were paid to fix in the first place. They're frauds and charged my insurance $3,000 for a $1,500 job. DO NOT GO HERE. they will steal your money, time and $150 sunglasses.

Excellent! Unfortunately both my husband and I were hit in our vehicles 1 day apart from each other. The staff at Gerber was polite and efficient and made our repair an easy process!

Lost our estimate. Will not answer the phone. We will have to drop the car off again so they can redo it. No wonder I have waited 8 weeks and still have not heard from them.

I walked in asking for a quote and the guy wanted to schedule me for a quote next week. He was in the office sitting and there was another guy who I would have happily waited for. This didnt happen when I went to Maaco.

Baaad customercare.....i called in to tow in my car and i was told to bring it in and that the work on it will be done monday .When I arrived with towing truck they said that they cannot take it ... and that I didn t call admitting that is thier address and thier phone number ....!!!
