Credit cars had them Rebuild my mazda 3 transmission last year had it back to them 3 times still had issues ever since already lost one job from them having the vehicle for 6 weeks and scared to take it back and lose another job so having to pay to have it rebuilt again. Plus they reused old seals. Then makes false narratives about our reviews nothing was wrong with the engine and i wouldnt let you fix again for free and risk another job being lost ill rebuild it myself better than yall did reused old seals slips shifting from 2nd to 3rd reused original transmission filter etc. lost breather hose and everything being told gear whine hard shifts slipping shifting from 2nd to 3rd and been leaking transmission fluid ever since the rebuild is electrical/engine make it make senseUpdate: changed transmission filter the other day and bolts on pan were so loose you could turn them with your fingersService: Transmission

I do not recommend this workshop since it seems to me that they are not very professional or very experts in transmissions. A year ago I contacted Mr. Jhon and asked him if they repaired Nissan Sentra CVT transmissions. He replied that yes, he gave me a 30-day warranty and it cost approximately $1,800, but that he recommended that I install a new rebuilt one with a one-year warranty or 22 thousand miles for $3,800 or $3,000 if he paid cash. I decided to install a new transmission and told him to come pick up the car. After a month they delivered the car to me on 1/13/23. On December 5, 2023, I took the car to the workshop because the transmission was having problems. Mr. Rub�n helped me and asked me to leave it for testing. After several weeks they called me to pick it up indicating that it had no transmission problem, that according to the tests they carried out the problem was the flow meter sensor and that they could change it for $200. He decided to take the vehicle to another workshop to install the FMS and according to his tests the FMS was not damaged, according to the diagnosis the problem was the transmission. I took the vehicle back to the Gear Pro workshop and spoke with Mr. Rub�n, telling him that they had made a bad diagnosis and that according to the other workshop's diagnosis, the problem was the transmission. Mr. Rub�n decided to keep the car and after 3 weeks Mr. John called me to tell me that he would pick up the vehicle because although the transmission had problems, the dealer did not want to cover the warranty since according to them it had gone by for two days. . He told him that the vehicle was taken in on December 5, 2023 under warranty but that they had misdiagnosed it. He very unprofessionally told me that he had to take it with me because they were not going to repair it. I spoke with Mr. Rub�n to give me the receipt for the purchase of the transmission and the tests carried out by the dealer, and he told me that he did not have them, which gives me to understand that the transmission was not purchased from the dealer and that it is a repaired transmission and not a new one that I paid for. In addition, the transmission was leaking oil. If the shop has the purchase receipt for the transmission, they can contact me and send me a copy so I can make my claim to the dealer.

Had them rebuild my transmission and not long after maybe a month my driveshaft broke twice and they wouldn t do the warranty. Tell me i voided it but a driveshaft would not crack transmission in three places.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Transmission rebuilded approximately 2 weeks ago. These guys ( John, Ruben and Oscar) do excellent work. All of the work was done in a timely manner with professional expertise. They have the skill-set that u r looking for.!!!! I highly recommended, if you want it done right. I'm a super happy and satisfied customer.Kudos to the staff/mechanics!!!!

These guys are legit. They fixed my transmission and my 2014 mazda cx5 drives like it is brand new. They got everything done within a week and came to my house to tow. I recommend them if you had transmission problems like mine.Just a follow up from my last review. My mazda is driving perfectly. I had a problem with my abs and thet fixed it afterwards with no charge. These guys are my go to for any vehicle emergencies. These guys definitely care and are for the people.

John and his crew are some really good and honest people. We are in the process of rebuilding a mustang transmission, I m not sure why anyone could truly right a bad review about this place. My experience with Gear Pro has been nothing but a pleasure. If you want to go to a shop where you need the truth, this is the place. Never go here I don't know how they call them selves mecanic they steal money and then offer warranty and say the car is fine when in fact it's the same noise when u took it in

this is a very terrible service, opened by Russian immigrants, they speak English and Spanish poorly, the mechanics are terrible, they charge dearly, but they couldn t help me, I brought them my Ford Maverick 2020, they charged me $1000 for diagnostics, I asked why it was so expensive, They couldn t explain anything to me, they don t know English! I don t recommend this service!!!

Follow up to John s response:John,A simple I m sorry for the experience and we ll communicate with staff about correct steps when servicing an automobile in our shops would ve been best.So let s set record straight.You told me Monday was wide open and the times to drop off and pick up. I could ve easily dropped off vehicle and my wife and I could ve driven home and return at 5pm if you would ve told me that. The only peekaboo in this area was you and that s the truth. Deny all you want or own up.Yes, I could ve called you. When I asked for you the staff said you were out of the office which I couldn t find by the way. All I could find was what appeared to be a break area for mechanics possibly. I figured I see you when I returned later in the day to pay, get update on anything discovered during service and a thanks for your business. Nope!My advice is tell everyone you ll call them when vehicle is done so they can actually plan correctly, especially, if their coming from a different area based on reviews they read versus having worked performed in their home area.Surprised.First time using this company. Spoke to a John but never got to see or meet him. John quoted me $179.00 for oil change.Was instructed to drop off vehicle at 9am and pick up around noon.When I arrived back to shop around noon, I was told by a supervisor that oil hasn t arrived and should pick up after 1pm.I picked up vehicle after 2pm and was given bill of 249 plus tax. After I told supervisor that John quoted me $179.00 he adjusted without hesitation.What really upset me was the condition I found my vehicle. Oil marks left on my vehicles body where people touched the vehicle. No paper floor mats used to keep oil and dirt off floor mats. The simple solution here is surgical booties.Even transmission oil residue on my center console off mechanics arm.Had to go home and degrease vehicle and shampoo driver side carpet.I probably won t use this company in the future.Service: Transmission

Back in November 2022 i had to take my nissan quest shortly after Ian and i got a new transmission put in and was charged 3600. I so trust these guys with my car they are great. 1st impression is a lasting 1. How can ne1 talk trash or bad about people when none of us are perfect. Please Please STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. Read all of the negative reviews. This place is extremely shady as well as all of their employees. They steal your OEM parts and replace it with junkyard parts that are absolutely garbage. Guaranteed your car will be in worse condition after due to this. I could have been badly injured or worse on the road due to their negligence with my repair. They deceived me about what had been done to my car. I am not sure how this place is still in business and I don't doubt they will be put out of business very soon from the negative experiences other people are having as well. Hopefully, this day is soon, so they are unable to keep scamming people the way they have been doing. The mental stress this place will give you is not worth it. Please go somewhere else and avoid this place at all costs.

My daughter needed a transmission for her Honda Fit and an alternator. They took care of the issue and rushed to help her! These guys are great! My problem and my situation was not one which was ideally suited for them to serve and repair. However the owner returned my phone call on the weekend and gave me extensive advice on what to expect to get my truck repaired properly. If I was still a commercial landscape manager I would happily send my fleet to him

Worked with John and his crew to have my transmission rebuilt. Felt a unsure at first bc of the location and lack of office but let me tell you these guys did a fantastic job. 1994 Cadillac Seville STS, transaxle faltered in the mountains of Virginia, but she got me back to Orlando. Serious damage to transaxle requiring rebuild. GearPro was excellent from beginning (free tow pickup) to end (she now rides and shifts smooth). There was a slight delay in deliver due to technical challenges. Fortunately, communication was timely, clear and concise addressing delay concerns. I would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them. PS-best price in Central Florida

I never rate anyone online, but I had to give credit where its due. I dropped my car off to have warranty repairs done. I was stressing so hard that I was gonna be stuck making payments on a broken car. John answered my call almost every time and returned my call if he missed it. After the approval from the warranty company finally came through my car was done fairly quick. When I picked it up it still needed more work done so I was told that I could leave it right then and they would have it fixed. Rather than do that I decided to drop it back off Monday morning and they honored their word and had my car all the way fixed by the time I got off work. The car rides like it's brand new now. These are honest people and they do good work. I will be using them from now on for all my repair and body work! Thanks guys!

I tried to post a separate review but it never posted. All I will say is that this is everything but a legitimate business! I would write a long review like what i tried to do but i will instead shorten it up.- Took a month for the car to be fixed ( it ended up breaking down again 2 days later )-Between that month I picked up my car and it broke the same day-Was told week after week it would be done but was told parts were defective, it wasnt shipping quick enough, ect.- Parts are obviously cheap since my car broke two times after picking it up- Refused to give me a refund even though my car is brokenThis was the worst experience of my life and I now must fight them through my credit card company. Horrible that I see the owner replying to other peoples comments saying God bless you, when he is totally fine with stealing $2500.Service: Transmission

I have a Dodge Durango 5.7 Hemi and from the moment I walked into this business the atmosphere was very family-like. The manner I was treated and how everything was explained to me was very professional and the owner was very knowledgeable. The staff was friendly as well. My truck was fixed very quickly and like brand new and it s driving perfectly with no other issues. My car needed an oil change and my husband's car ended up having to have his front and back catalytic converters replaced. These guys were professional, courteous and amazingly quick with getting everything done and the prices were better than we expected. I have found a new repair shop!! LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVEIWS ON GOOGLE THE OTHERS REVIEWS ARE FRAUDS STAY AWAY FROM THE BUSINESS.I dropped off my 2013 Nissan Murano off because I was experiencing some minor transmission slipping. I was told that the vehicle needed a new transmission and we agreed on a price and the owner said it would be done in 3-5 days. After 4 weeks of excuses such as a holiday, wrong parts, and faulty replacement parts I finally demanded answers and the owner decided that his shop lacks the skill and ability to fix my vehicle so he threatened to have my vehicle towed to a lot unless I picked it up at the close of business. I just picked up my vehicle and it was barely drivable and in way worse condition from when I dropped it off over 4 weeks ago.I got to witness this shops incompetence and unprofessionalism first hand when they told me that my car was going to be ready by noon a week ago but when I showed up my car was still on the lift and not fully put back together.so I sat there for 5 hours and observed them while they finished putting the car together and took it for numerous test rides to no avail. They then put the car back on the lift and drained the fresh transmission oil into a dirty drain pan which was later put back into the vehicle after they changed out what they thought was a faulty solenoid. During this 5 hour period I must of heard the N word from one of the Spanish employees at least 25 times. While I understand that this maybe the way some people talk I found that language offensive and unprofessional. The shop itself is filthy and the workers take frequent smoke breaks every hour so it s no wonder why they can t fix cars they are too busy smoking and dropping the N-word.If you think you will be saving money going to this shop it will be costing you a lot more money in the long run in rentals and or Uber rides.I can probably write another page with my experience with this place but I m hoping you find this useful and choose wisely when you need work done on your vehicle and slip this placeService: Transmission

I work a lot and can never find the time for an oil change. I had some time off, so I looked up oil change places nearby. When I called to set an appointment they were able to fit me right in. When I arrived I was a little nervous, because I m a woman and haven t always had the best experiences with car repair shops. I was so surprised at how nice, respectful, and knowledgeable everyone was at the shop. Also, The oil change was very quick! I highly recommend this shop to anyone for an oil change or repair!!!

10/20/22 awful experience my work truck was taken there to be repaired three weeks ago I called because it was not driving properly after the transmission work was done they said keep driving it it Has to get used to my driving standard then it broke down on me 10/31/22 after getting it back I returned it to them where I then calls the workers Who told me to bring it in I brought it in they said a part had to be fix then they said it would be ready within two days the two days reached to a week the owner who said they were working on it on Saturday after I called and pulled up to the shop no one was there the Mr Reuben threaten me on the phone saying it would take longer now because I was upset at someone would be because you re costing them money I would never recommend this place for anyone to go to they have the worst service Their workers are very unprofessional and their person who answered the phone on the weekends was very very nasty so the gear pro at 1207 West Central Blvd. it s not somewhere to take a new truckService: Transmission
