Very knowledgeable staff - I had brought a vehicle (6.7 turbo diesel) to another shop. Had a diagnosis that wasn't correct. I brought it over to Garage 267 as a referral from a friend and staff at 267 had everything figured quickly, and had the vehicle out the same day. Parts ended up being cheaper than anticipated, so the manager actually reduced the price on the quoted work.I would highly recommend this shop for any diesel repair needs

The new owners of this business are professional and kind. They get things done and take care of the customer s needs. Don t be afraid to let them know what you want. The more they know, the better they can customize your requests. If you want to deal with honest people, you are at the right place!

Excellent service. Diagnosed my problem within an hour of dropping off my truck and called me with a price for repair. Replaced my brake master cylinder and power booster and had my truck ready to be picked up the following morning.

I received an interview invitation and found the conversation unprofessional with the lady I was speaking to. The requirement for bilingualism wasn't mentioned in the application, and the way it was conveyed during the call felt disrespectful. As a manager myself, I believe there's a more tactful approach to address language requirements without making candidates feel undervalued. First impressions matter, and I hope this feedback helps in improving future interactions with potential candidates. If you treated a potential candidate like that I can ONLY imagine how you treat your customers.

We were down in Orlando visiting friends. Had a problem with our vehicle. This business was recommended by our friend. They were great, friendly and professional. You want regret taking your vehicle to them.

Was travelling from Miami back home and had major problems with my diesel. This shop jumped right on my truck and worked till it was fixed. Had to stay late but they didnt leave me stranded. GREAT PEOPLE

Today was my first experience with Garage 267, and let me tell ya it won't be the last, this is a great group and took care of my truck promptly and reasonably.I showed up first thing this morning, ahead of a holiday weekend, and they were able to diagnose and fix my truck the same day! Let me tell you, as someone that daily drives their rig/toy this was huge to me! I was prepared to be in a rental over the whole Thanksgiving weekend, but sure enough with their help a rental wasn't needed. The owners and staff are great!I recommend and will be returning for future work.Thank you Garage 267!

This family-owned business is great! Very nice and intelligent individuals work here. They were able to repair my F-250 in good timing despite having to wait on a delayed part. The owner even complimented me on my Ravelco Anti theft system installed on my truck, it appears that Florida has a large theft problem with these trucks much like Texas does.

F350 6.0I can t say enough great things about this shop! From the first phone call til the final pickup of my truck and everything in between was an absolute delight. The owners were extremely accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. I was kept up to date with my repairs and the final explanation of everything was in depth and made me feel as though they really cared. I had taken my F350 to a dealership twice before for the same issue and it wasn t fixed and they didn t care. I know now that my truck is good to go and I won t have the issue anymore. Thank you Garage 267 for your speedy and honest repairs on my truck!

This review is a pleasure to write because Garage 267 shop went over and above what I have ever experienced in the Auto Repair industry. Not to get technical with the problem, but simply my AC was not properly working in my Chevy Silverado 3500 HD. The problem was diagnosed by the technician, and the work and price were agreed too. The work was performed in a timely manner and truck was returned to me as agreed too. In driving the vehicle for a few days I discovered the problem still existed, but this time showed itself differently. I contacted the shop and made an appointment to bring the truck back for reevaluation. My meeting was with the Owner of Garage 267 who spent time listening to me as I explained how the vehicle was behaving. He first apologized for the inconvenience of having to bring the vehicle back, but the problem was more difficult than first thought. The Owner of the shop made me feel at ease saying that they will make this right . The truck was later returned to me in working order with no additional cost for parts or labor because he felt they had missed the mark. Bottom line, this is unprecedented in this industry, and to have a shop that you can count on to be there for you, is a breath of fresh air . I want to say thank you to Christian the tech, and the Owners Jane and Angel for their support. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is experiencing Truck or Automobile problems.Service: A/C installation & repair

WARNING! Our truck was stolen from the orlando location shop. The shop somehow failed to notice that our truck was stolen. We did not find out until we went to pick it up and it wasn t there. The owners neglected to notify us and then tried to claim they thought we picked it up when they still had our keys and we had not paid them for any services. The shop also took ZERO responsibility for our vehicle being stolen while in their care. Your vehicle will be left outside, not locked up on a lot or anything, so be mindful when taking your vehicle here. We are now without a truck and cannot afford a new one. Would NOT recommend this shop. To ANYONE!It is not about how many times this type of incident happens at your business it is how you handle it as a business owner, and you handled it poorly. Your response to my review shows, once again, how you refuse to take responsibility for this happening while the vehicle was in your care. The owner of the vehicle did not ask you to leave it outside. You thought it was picked up by the owner or his father when you were not paid for services and still had the keys to the vehicle. Your response makes no sense. You can also claim you value his business - of course you did! You made money off of him & now it has cost him. A paid off vehicle & his only mode of transportation to & from work. Not sure if you are aware but first responders don t make tons of money & can t just replace vehicles like it s nothing. As stated before, we will never recommend this shop to anyone and will ensure our friends & family are aware of the kind of business you are running.

Great service and very professional. They did an excellent job replacing my fuel system and high pressure pump on my 2011 Ford F250 6.7 diesel. I will be using them for all maintenance and repairs for my truck and highly recommend them.

Do not get your car diagnostics here my father sent his truck to these people for them to tell him after they received the truck the diagnostic was 450. Something you say initially after sending your truck a hour away to a shop you heard about thru others. Ford Diagnosis is 150 BTW.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Garage 267 owners are very honest folks, Ford dealer wanted to scam me to change the radiator for a whooping $1,700, I refused and took my truck to Garage 267, they pressurized the radiator and there was NO LEAK, probably there was a hose screw needed tightening, and the amazing thing is that Garage 267 charged me zero dollars, so from $1,700 down to zero, I will not service both my trucks anywhere except at Garage 267, thank you so much Jayne and Angel for your HONESTY.Marwan (Mark) Bushnak

These guys are awesome, not only do they do great work they re very helpful. I work 10-12 hr shifts during the week and they were able to get me in regardless to get my truck worked on. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

We asked for a receipt and was never provided with one. I tried to take a physical copy but it was taken away and was advised an email would be sent which never was. When they stated they had repaired specific parts on the front end of our truck those parts are still making noise and behaving as if they're broken. Not impressed
