Please refrain from having to use this mechanic service. I paid over 3500 to have my car repaired due to me leaking coolant. After a month finally got the car back and it was in worse shape than when i took the vehicle to him. I ve tried reaching out several times no communication. Overall unprofessional. He had someone else working on my vehicle instead of him and was done at his house and not a shop. Please refrain from using this company! Highly dissappointed, my valves were broken off and glued back using glue and now my AC and electrical part of my car doesnt work and guess what else IM STILL LEAKING AND LOSING COOLANT. He wont refund me even half of my money back. Please refrain from spending and wasting your money.To respond to his response, pictures dont lie, the car still smokes, overheat & lose coolant. I paid you over 3k and I cant even drive the car and you knocked off the electrical system which hasn't worked since you had the vehicle before giving you the car to fix on I never had any issue with charging my electrical vehicle. Im great business I dont demand a refund UNLESS the work wasnt done properly and you refuse to communnicate I have all the proof!! You stopped returning my text and never sent me the letter stating i would have a year warranty on the work done that you said you would send. I dont have any reason to get money back for work performed the way it was suppose to. I paid for ALL THE PARTS AND LABOR ALL YOU DID WAS MAKE MY PROBLEMS WORSE. I DONT NEED PROOF TO PROVIDE TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY REGARDING ANYTHING. I SIMPLE MADE THIS REVIEW TO WARN THE NEXT PERSON!!! WITH THAT BEING SAID I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE SOMEONE ELSE. The first couple times he worked on my vehicle was great communication great everything the next time he came to do it redo a diagnostics said he ll be back on Sunday never showed back up no answer. No answer to text. No callbacks just left in the wind left in the dark now I had to have another mechanic come out And rebuy the part that was supposed to be under warranty Not very good business when you come out for almost a week straight and then do phone calls. I understand people are busy people when you say you re gonna be to my vehicle to fix it expect you to be there when you say you are

I had a problem with my car's alternator and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. I called Guillermo and he agreed to come to my place on a Sunday morning, even though it was freezing outside. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the alternator in less than an hour. He charged me a very reasonable price and gave me a receipt and a warranty. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Guillermo to anyone who needs a reliable and honest mechanic. My family and I made it just in time to Sunday service! My tire blowout I was stuck on the side of the road I had no clue what I was going to do. I googled mobile tire repair and he popped up. My experience was quick and easy. I've had an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with this mechanic so far. My engine broke down on a Sunday and this was one of the only places open at the time and seemed to have good reviews so I called him up, he responded quickly and in an hour I had a quote of $2500 to fix the whole thing and it was only going to take a week. He asked for $1500 to start repairs and get the new part, and I foolishly decided to pay him. It's been three weeks and I have no car, he went from giving me vague reasons for the delay to completely ignoring my messages and calls, only now that I've said I'll be taking my car back regardless of if it's fixed and threatening legal action he finally started replying to my messages. I'm out the money and who knows what has been done with my vehicle. I will be going over in person as soon as possible to get my car back.

We are so thankful for Guillermo and Dwayne! Our cat somehow got stuck under our car engine and was in distress. I called around panicked to ever mobile mechanic around (we were afraid to drive the car to a mechanic) and everyone told us they couldn't help us. When I called Guillermo he understood the situation and immediately sent over Dwayne to our home. After a few hours, he was able to successfully extract our exhausted, thirsty and distressed cat. My daughter was also so thankful they were able to safely get our cat back to us. Thank you again!!

I reached out to him for an inspection on the pre-purchase of a used car. He was very responsive over the phone and was punctual at our meeting location. Prior to arriving I'd asked him what all would he check for. He mentioned a number of things including scanning the car for codes. When he arrived he looked over the car, but certainly not thoroughly. He did not scan the car. The whole inspection was visual. I had to ask him to check the lights as i was worried about electrical problems. He recommended purchasing the car and I'm now finding out things that don't work with the car. Once finished, I was hoping he'd give me a paper listing all that was checked along with his recommendations, but nope. I reached out to him stating this, he did not respond. I'm sure he's going to deny this and find a way to blame it on me. That seems to be the pattern in all his responses to other clients. No accountability.

Thank you for coming to our rescue in such short notice within a quick space of time. It was to replace a radiator and fan. In about 3 hours we was back up and running. And he even bought my kids snacks and drinks while we waited. G&S Mobile Auto Repair is truly a one stop shop!!!

Guillermo is great! He has worked on my older car a couple of times now and I could not be happier with the results. He comes to my home which is located far away from any other service. He is extremely fair with pricing and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling on him in the future.

Guillermo from the get go was all in and helping my wife and I. Very professional, as soon I provided him our location he was out our location within 15 minutes with all the tools need for the job. My RV tire size is odd so he drove me too the nearest Walmart and provided me guidance choosing the correct tires to buy. My wife and I had 2 tire blowout on our RV at night in Moore Haven, in the middle of nowhere. If it wasn't for Guillermo we would've had to sleep in my truck. I highly recommend this service. Guillermo was professional and knowledgeable. I had an emergency and he was able to see me the same day. I came to his shop expecting to get my alternator replaced (at a great price), but he was honest enough to tell me that was not the problem and fixed what needed to be fixed. His prices were very reasonable and i recommend him.

After a wonderful weekend at Blue Springs State Park we found ourselves in Orlando with the engine light flashing on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. Called all auto repair shops in the area and no one had a technician. We finally called Guillermo who immediately got to work and provided a diagnostic and repaired the issue in a couple hours. We were able to make it home to Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend him!

Guermo was amazing. Saved the day. Towed my Jeep behind RV for a long weekend and my brakes were shot once I got here. He responded back to me immediately on thanksgiving no less. He was there very next morning. Fixed me up with what I needed. Was honest and thorough. And even changed my starter for me once we realized that was going too. If you are having an issue with a your car, truck or motor home, this is the go to guy. We had an issue at Disney Fort Wilderness and my motor home would not start on Thursday. We called him, he gave us a time for Friday and he showed up at that time. He diagnosed it as our fuel pump and had to be replaced. We got the part late Friday night and he said he would be back at 730 Saturday morning to finish the iob, he was on time and job was complete by noon.He is very knowledgeable, respectful and extremely fair on his pricing.I will use him again and extremely recommend him to anyone needing service work.

On my way out to Moore Haven for a job that I scheduled my battery light came on. I did my scheduled inspection and then landed at an auto parts store on the corner of US27 and West Ave. They checked my battery and alternator. Both were reading bad. I asked if there was a shop nearby and they told me "No. But there is this guy and he's really good."I called G's Mobile Auto Repair within minutes he was there and assessed my situation. I busted the engine belt. He went to Clewiston to pick one up because the auto parts store didn't have one in stock. After he got back the belt was on within a decent amount of time and I was then back on the road to Fort Myers.Thanks to G's Mobile Auto Repair! Great service. Was responsive and quick. I needed work done on a Sunday morning(or would have been if the tow truck was quicker) and he was more than happy to oblige. Even though it took me longer than I thought to get the car to him, he worked on it into the evening and even dropped it off at my house at 9pm. Can't beat that kind of service, especially at reasonable prices. The work was quality as well. Looking forward to getting some more work done by them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Here I was, having left my office after a ten hour shift, and terrified when I heard some concerning sounds from my car just before I set off for my commute home. Usually I avoid calling any kind of service so close to when they close, but in spite of that, he came to fix my sparkplug, allowing me to come home safely without utterly breaking my bank as I feared. I was stranded on the side of the road and Guillermo responded immediately, drove to my location, diagnosed the problem, got the parts and got my car running again all in a few hours. His rates are clear and fair from the get-go, no surprises. I am immensely grateful for his skills, service and transparency. Definitely using this mechanic again in the future. :)

We had a good experience with G&S Auto... to start. Guillermo fixed both of our vehicles' AC and everything worked fine for 2 weeks. Now we have one car with a broken AC again and the other car (that we've never had any problems) with is now broken down and won't run. G offered to come back and make it right. We even scheduled two different appointments, but he never showed up, did not respond to us, nor called back to reschedule. This was two weeks ago. We've given up waiting and brought the vehicles to another mechanic.
