I have been driving Acura automobiles exclusively since 1987 and have had those cars serviced at Acura dealerships across the country. This was the worst experience I have had at a Acura dealership and would suggest that you don't use this service department, and if you do, make sure you look over every line of what you will be charged for service before you move forward.I went in for an oil change this morning and came out with a $184 bill! I was told when I sat down with Will to write up my service that they had a $189 package for an oil change and tire rotation. I told him I only needed an oil change and didn't want a package. I have just put new tires on my car and the tire shop will rotate them for free. When I was checking out, Will told me the total was $202. I asked about the cost for "just an oil change". He told me that we agreed to do the tire rotation along with the oil change. I walked through the entire conversation again and then he went away to make some changes. He returned with a total of $184.36! I questioned this and he told me that it had been reviewed with me ahead of time and I didn't have to agree to move forward. Yes, I should have confirmed the price of an oil change, however, I didn't expect added items with an oil change like $21 for "Engine Oil System Cleaner", $20.50 for "Engine Oil Treatment" and $21 for "Fuel System Treatment".I called and asked to speak with the Service Manager. He listened to my explanation and told me it sounded like there was some miscommunication and that he would "take care of your oil change the next time you come in". There was no miscommunication. This is poor customer service and a terrible representation of the Acura brand. I travel for work and have my car serviced at different Acura dealerships in the cities I travel to. If you live in Orlando, I would recommend you use one of the other dealerships. And I called American Honda to let them know about my experience. It appears from many of the other reviews that this was not an isolated experience. It's a shame and I hope something is done to improve the service department practices. Regardless, they won't see any more of my money and I would hope they don't get any of yours.

I was overcharged $200 for a very simple repair of a broken pedal pad stopper. Thankfully I know a fair amount about my car and argued the charge which was refunded. Someone less knowledgeable would have been taken advantage of. I haven't had any issues with the quality of repairs performed but given this experience I would be wary of this service department.

Amazing service today at Fountain Acura. I had Mr Wilfredo Rivera taking care of our vehicle today. Making a same day appointment was very easy and we were taken care of within minutes upon arrival. Glad to hear there was an easy fix to our vehicle situation. We were on our way within 30 minutes. We really appreciate the service that Wilfredo has given us throughout the years, we are now on our third MDX and we absolutely love the car the the professional service every time.Service: Tires

Actually 0 stars if your planning on going here DONT they have zero cameras, super nonchalant, and super irresponsible. This morning someone physically stole my dad s car off the property. Apparently this isn t the first time this has happened The shop left the car outside of the building overnight with the key inside. Thank God we were able to track the car down . shut this place down.

Worst service department I ever had to deal with. Even with an apt you ll be waiting at least 2hrs!!! My service advisor was Will and every time I brought the car in for service he would push for extra maintenance. I requested for a replacement key and his answer was are you sure you didn t lose it in the car I told him it should be covered under the warranty we purchased, still didn t want to help me the issue. I had to get the paper from the car for him to help me. How lazy can you be!!! Rude and pushy. Needless to say I will be taking my car somewhere else.

Jocelyn ripped off my daughter!I had scheduled my car service for a simple oil change and tire rotation, which was included in my maintenance package. Due to circumstances, neither my husband nor I could take the car in, so I asked my daughter to drop it off.Seeing a naive college student dropping off the car, Jocelyn didn't explain to her what was included in the maintenance but instead told her $600 worth of additional maintenance was required, which it absolutely was not! Definitely not on a lease vehicle We have been Fountain Acura customers for years. We have bought/leased 4 vehicles from Fountain Acura. We have always bought the maintenance package and never had any problems with their service. We've worked with Jesse and with Will, and they've always been fair.We were extremely disappointed in how my daughter was treated. Especially being a college student with limited funds, $600 was a big dent in her budget. She was so upset when she realized she had been ripped off.We did reach out. We spoke to Jose and he was not at all helpful and extremely rude. We had a followup survey in which we explained everything I wrote above. We haven't heard anything back.

Went in for a specific service, & that service was cheaper at other Acura dealerships (LakeMary & Seattle) normally Every time they add extra fees on top of the initial quote, I get suspicious but I m not sure why it was so expensive comparatively. Also, the service took a lot longer than previous (this one may not be their fault; busy day maybe). They also seem a little pushy and it turns me off from ever going back.

I originally had my 2023 Acura Integra serviced at Fountain Acura on 12/13/22 due to a flat tire where they replaced this tire. Upon receiving my vehicle after this service was completed, I noticed Fountain Acura had inflicted damage to the respective rim that was not there or as a result of my flat tire prior. After bringing this to their attention, they denied the claim and shared the damage was already their. I replied back indicating it was not, where the conversation culminated in me being banned from the dealership. Now, on 06/09/23, I received a nail in a different tire resulting in another flat tire. I took my vehicle to my local Firestone, where after service they shared with me the replacement tire from Fountain Acura was not only a different brand (I'm aware of), but more importantly is the incorrect size (I was not aware of). Not only did they damage my rim upon service, but they knowingly put on the incorrect tire without telling me. They also shared this is a potential safety hazard, and creates uneven wear and tear on my tires. I'm now in a spot where I can't contact or visit Fountain Acura where they need to take accountability and resolve their mistake. I require Fountain Acura to replace all four of my current tires with the correct tire size in new condition for my safety as well as even wear and tear. If this review was for Collision they get 5 stars. Asked to have the transmission looked at by Service while with Collision for a different reason. Jose from service calls me, berates me about whether I changed the transmission fluid (never even looked at the car) and said any transmission issue is a maintenance related. I again asked him to look at it and he said it would be $189. I explained it was a certified Acura and he basically yelled at me that it wasn t. I started getting angry saying I bought the car from them and it is certified (it turns out it was under the wrong name, but completely unnecessary to berated me about it). Said he will try to see if someone can test drive it. I googled the issue and saw it is sometimes a software update. I never hear from Service again. I called and left a message twice to speak to someone. Collision calls me and tells me the car is ready, and it was a software update. Nothing from Service. I have to go through an online sales rep (who was super helpful 5 stars) who gets me the details on the software update and that the transmission fluid was fine. Seems like everyone knows Jose is just like this. I was going to buy a new Acura from Fountain but if this is the way service is run, and everyone seems to know it, I think I will pass and look for something else.

Beware. I went in to service my vehicle that s covered by Acura care prepaid maintenance. They tried up selling me on changing the air filter ! Wanted me to pay $150 for a filter when it s covered under the plan. I called Acura care and they said the dealership should not have done that beware.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
