Our family van was having some serious issues and Flex Auto came highly recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint. They were able to take a look at the car much quicker than dealerships I ve visited and the customer care was far more evident. They communicated at each step of the way and got the van back up and running. Looks like I ve found my new go-to mechanic.

I called them and spoke with Felix and ask can I have my car towed to the shop, he said absolutely! I didn t know truly what was wrong all I know is it not drivable. Felix and his team was able to get me back on the road. And the communication was top tier. They also offer financing because most ofThe times are cars are never apart of the pan. I regularly take my car to be serviced at the Acura dealership but no more. FLEX AUTO provides me with the same service, just as reliable but at a fraction of the cost. They are an honest, reliable and locally owned business. Not to mention they also did the body work on my car when I was in an accident. They are a Progressive approved auto body shop as well. I felt no pressure to purchase services and they even explained what I could expect on my next visit for service. You can t ask for better than that!

I have been using this auto mechanic shop for over 20 years now. Not even once have I had any bad experience with them. In fact, I want to take this opportunity to thank Felix and his crew for getting me in and out very quickly last week when I stopped by to have my truck checked. I had a very busy schedule that day, and they really made it possible for me to have been able to meet with my clients, and I didn't have to reschedule any of my appointments either.Thank you again ladies and gentlemen and keep up the good work! Felix was phenomenal and made sure to keep me informed during the whole process. He worked on my 2018 Corolla, severe damage to the passenger front and rear doors due to being side swiped.. THEY ARE BRAND NEW!! Had to replace my driver side fender as well. He made sure the insurance company was up to date on the progress so my rental was secured with no issues. Working with Felix and Flex Auto was a very pleasant experience. From providing the original estimate to delivering the vehicle, I was kept informed on the progress of the repairs and all timelines were met. Not only did Flex Auto perform mechanical work on my vintage Corvette, they recently performed body work and painting on my Lexus. Their workmanship was outstanding .. the car looked like brand new!!!

Found Flex Auto doing a mechanic search and saw so many positive reviews that I contacted them to get some work done on my car. It was easy to make an appointment. They are thorough when performing diagnostics and call you asap to give results and prices. I usually drop my car off and tell them to take their time, so if the car is there a couple of days, I am fine with that. I am very pleased with the service provided on my vehicle. This is a family business of warm, friendly people. I highly recommend! Everyone needs a great auto repair shop and Flex Auto is at the top of my list!Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Air conditioning

After a long search for a repair shop, a friend referred me to Flex Auto. From the initial intake call with Felix to dropping off my vehicle and picking up my car the following day, I was treated respectfully. There was a lot going on with the car to where I couldn't drive with my A/C on and it affected my battery and power steering...in this Florida heat! But the folks at Flex got it all resolved. I'm driving cool and comfortably now. They also provided a shuttle service to get me back to work in a timely manner. Thanks Miguel!

Top Quality work at affordable prices. They truly are a diamond in the rough. My lexus was in a slight fender bender. The repair work was completed earlier than estimated an absolutely flawless!! I've since had some touch up work done on my wife's car & referred numerous friends. Completely satisfied!!

My 2006 Mazda RX-8 Shinka needed some work after someone did an illegal left turn in front of me at an intersection. Esurance deemed her as a total loss because of the costs for such a small injury, but I was determined to keep her. I wasn't happy with the collision center (Massey's) that Esurance sent her to and I wasn't happy with the first company I contacted. I was referred to Felix at Macho's and I'm so glad I was.Felix and his team did an amazing job on the vehicle. She looks better than before the accident because of the time he took with the paint. He was also very helpful in trying to locate some parts I needed for this retired model. He and the wonderful lady at the reception area were also very helpful with the paperwork I needed to submit the Florida DHMSV for getting my title converted to a rebuilt title and getting her back on the road to Zoom Zoom around Orlando.I sincerely appreciate their great work, friendliness, communication and assistance throughout this ordeal. Five stars and a 100% satisfied customer!

My car was completely messed up. Both bumpers and back lights needed to be replaced. Everywhere wanted to charge me a fortune. Then i stumble upon Machos auto repair. They gave me a reasonable price that I didn t have to think twice before paying. They picked my car up from my job and delivered it back to me. The service was quick. Very professional and knows how to communicate. When i got my baby back it looked completely brand new. On top of that they detailed my car for me without having to ask. I am grateful and utterly satisfied for their hard work. They officially have my loyalty.

Machos Auto Repair did an outstanding job on my 2015 Toyota Corolla. Overall very professional, flexible, and great quality. I was hit head on from a distracted driver and took out my entire front to front- left end of my vehicle. The car looks better after the repair than it did before I was hit! Felix is the man. He came out to my house to do a quick and easy estimate that took 15 minutes max, had a tow truck ready at my convenience, and him & his team fixed it in a couple of weeks.
