today Sunday 11/02/2024, This rating is due to the poor customer service of the manager who was in the store in the morning. I made an appointment on Friday after work to correct the Alignment on my truck that was done last Saturday here at this same store. And when I arrive today I am assisted by the manager and he tells me that he must reschedule my appointment for another day. *Hello I have an appointment for today, and I'm coming because the work they did was bad last week. I don't want to waste my only free day of the week in your store, and even worse go home with the problem. Luckily there was the same person who gave me the appointment, for Today and helped me receive my truck * He has a 10 rating if Google would allow it, he almost argued with his boss explaining my situation. one bad apple damages an entire basket. It's totally true.

Had an issue with my 2018 Equinox. The crossbar bolt fell out. I am from Canada, so obviously it needed to be fixed. I call on a Sunday morning and spoke to Isaac and he managed to get me in right away. The issue was fixed, I was extremely pleased with the charge (shocked in fact, they could have charged me way WAY more seeing as I had to have the vehicle fixed) and was on my way. Thank you Isaac and team! You are all amazing!

With a full diagnostic and quick explanation and treatment of everything my car needed, the team was efficient! The individual running the front desk (I think his name was Danny?) was very patient and kind to break down all the details for me and continuously update me thought the process. Thank you!

I had an emergency on last Tuesday after work, a big nail got in my tire.Store closes at 7pm, I arrived 6:53pm. The store really concerns about clients worries, special appreciation for Mr Issac took care my car right away. Thank you for the great customer service.

Absolute lly horrible experience. Madee wait over an hour just to tell me they can't patch my tire. My tread is definitely patch able they are just azzholes

This place is a scam, I went here for a low tire and they told me that it couldn't be repaired, I went to another place and they told me that it was something very easy to repair, they wanted to sell me a tire at an overpriced price and they also treated me like a fool saying that I didn't know anything about my car. zero courtesy I do not recommend this link at all

Tried to sell me a 300.00dollsr battery that I didn't need did not fill fluids like they told me.charged me over two thousand dollars and I had to put my own fluids in.DO NOT USE this company they are not honest!!!!who cares how nice they are I want honest work done

***YOU TELL ME***On Jan 12, 2024 was quoted $615.00 to replace the water pump on 2004 Jeep Grandcherokee V8. Felt this was a bit high (what isn't nowadays) so fine I bring it in to let them do the work. Bring the car in and they tell me there's a diagnostic fee to VERIFY the pump is bad. Fine, leave the car (big mistake) and they call me shortly and recommend new serpentine belt, thermostat, upper and lower radiator hoses for over $1,550.00! So basically they wanted another $1,000.00! for these few items. Being in a bind needing the car I stupidly authorized the work. I should of paid their diagnostic fee, pick the car up and took it to my TRUSTED mechanic/owner Rick at Pro Automotive. Unfortunately he was unavailable at the time. Next time I'll WAIT! .....THEN to add salt to the injury, when I go to pick up the car I check the work (habit nowadays) before paying. NOTICE the clamp (factory spring pressure type)on the lower radiator hose is not up on the sleeve leading to the engine block! It's at the very beginning made to LOOK like its on. I'm now livid knowing that after getting up to normal temp/pressure the hose would CERTAINLY come off and if I wasn't paying attention to gauges I would of had a burnt up useless engine. Can only imagine the quagmire going thru THAT with these yo-yos. SO I bring it to their attention and they have this shop kid (obviously NOT certified) try to put it on from bottom squeezing the clamp while I'M trying to slide the top of the clamp with a flat head screwdriver from the top. After a few attempts couldn't it on. So he tells me the tech that did the work is gone for the day (3:30) and he couldn't do anything more for me without a written order. I said LOOK I don't care about the clip being left around the hose, can't you just put a regular screw type clamp on?? So he says well.....I'm not sure I don't think or know if we have one......Seeing I'm only getting excuses and not results with the shop kid I go inside to explain all this to Isaac at the front desk. Sure enough he comes out and Lo & Behold they're now putting a clip on over an hour later after arriving to pick the car up. Used to use this place but people come and go. This place is NOT the same anymore AT ALL. So YOU TELL ME......was it worth the horrible review, loss of this and other future customers by extreme gouging?? Do yourself a favor....DO NOT go to this shop unless you have money to waste and you don't mind shotty sub par work. Never again

Friends, don t lose. If money in this store. I aligned my Tacoma and I had to go back, when I made my appointment they told me 8:30 and when I arrive they tell me that I have to wait 4 hours to receive the vehicle I don t understand why they make appointments. The manager is very disrespectful. It turns out that when you go as a guarantee they no longer want to attend you and they put thousands of bars on you. Don t lose your money here

I come to this location all the time. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They always try to find the best price for me and make sure I understand all the options before finalizing any decisions. The manager is always looking out for customer safety and recommending which issues need fixed immediately to make sure my cars are safe for me and my family to drive.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I had an emergency and needed my tires replaced at the end of the day. This store was amazing. They told me to head in as they were close to closing, and would check on the tires as I was on my way. They called as I was driving to let me know they had them and would make sure I was good to go that night. The customer service was amazing. I really enjoyed speaking with them.

I had went to the Firestone on West Colonial but couldn t go back because their AC machine is not working. I was advised I can go to any other Firestone and will pay the same amount I paid previously. I came to this location. I spoke with Josh which was very rude and advised I would have to pay double the amount. I called West Colonial back and the employee was talking to Josh and advised him what was going on. Josh stated he don t have nothing to do with that I pay the price he informed and then hung the phone up and handed it back to me. Do not deal with him. Such a waste of time.smh

Customer service sucks they don t even acknowledge that you are there just sit there and stare at you. Even if you are not a front desk representative you should let the customer know someone will be with them shortly sorry for the wait nothing. Will give my money to someone who actually respect and value their customers

This place is the most unprofessional environment there is took my car in for a simple oil leak and came out with oil still leaking ,engine light came on car shut off 2 times before reaching Semoran also told them I would leave the car over night so they could see it s leaking was told no need to that the car was not leaking I was told every thing else that was wrong with the car except the oil leak nothing wrong with engine called to let them know it s still leaking was hung up on over the phone told me to call corporate Avoid Avoid Avoid they don t what they doing moral of the story came in to get my oil leak fixed found out about everything else but the problem why I came in and car not running highly do not recommend and now going on a month that I ve talked to corporate ain t nobody contacted or even try to resolve the damages they ve done to my car and don t believe them when they say someone will reach out to you within 48hrs it s b.s

I would avoid this Firestone at all costs. I made an appointment online and came into the store for a tire rotation what should only take about 10 minutes. I checked in and dropped the vehicle off and came back about 40 minutes later and they had not started on the car. I then inquired about it and they brought it in to the bay but didn't start working on it until I had to keep asking over and over and give them a deadline of when I needed the car to be finished by.The service advisor was arguing with me claiming that they canceled my appointment and tried to call me several times but they could not show proof of that and I don't have any call record of it.They did complete the service by my 3:30 p.m. deadline, but I shouldn't have had to go to this point just to get a tire rotation. They didn't charge me for the service which was nice but it shouldn't have gotten to this point to begin with.If you don't mind waiting around, this location may be okay, but don't expect to have your vehicle completed in a timely manner.

If I could give negative stars I would, manager was super rude and demoralized me after I drove there and decided to get a second opinion since they wanted $2800 to fix something that cost $400 and my van wouldn't start..store manager ignored me and wouldn't help me get vehicle started in parking lot after they just parked it i asked for help and was told to leave, I told them I was trying to but they won't help! My hubby had to come and jump my van and I was crying because of how demoralized they made me! I am a woman who is often given higher quoted but does their research! I will NEVER go back and i was a 20 plus year customer!!

A really bad expecience, I had 4 new tires from Firestone, the gentleman was polite during the sales process, but on driving the vehicle over the next few days, the steering felt loose. I took the vehicle back to the shop and the same guy was behind the counter, I explained that the steering just didn't feel right, to which he replied "if you went to a doctor and said you didn't feel right, how would he dignose you, you need to more specific" HIs attitude was awful, I went on to say that it felt loose on driving the vehicle, so he has it back in the garage, later that day I get a call from them (a different guy) who explains that they'd lost a part from the steering when changing the tires and they had now fixed the problem. No apology on collecting the car, despite the wasted time and ubers back and forth to the shop. Really dissapointing service and awful attitude from that one guy.Service: Tires

A job that was supposed to take 1 hour took 3 months! And they still couldn't resolve it. I had to take the car to the dealership where they told me the tire pressure sensors that were installed were no good. Also the price at the dealership was only 30 dollars higher and I got dealership parts and a deep car cleaning. If you like to waste an absurd amount of money and time this is the place to go.

Had an overall great experience at Firestone today. Had an unexpected issue with my car during a routine oil change and they took care of it for me. Josh was specifically very helpful and is always a pleasure to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of! Thanks again!!
