Melvin was extremely friendly and his communication was on point. I had my wheel alignment done at a closer location to my home but decided not to go there because after a long road trip and getting my tires rotated and balanced by Discount Tire they told me my front tires had abnormal wear which looked like too much camber or too much toe. This location performed my wheel alignment and verified my alignment was indeed off and the cause of my abnormal tire wear. I will be going to this location here on our for my wheel alignment.

Firestone at Florida Mall is fantastic! The online appointment is convenient and easy, once you figure out to do it a few days in advance. I have now been bringing all my vehicles to this location because of their honest and quality staff. They are very welcoming and do not push for unnecessary repairs. The location is very convenient to a nearby mall and my church, so I rarely feel like I have to wait since they call me when it is ready. The service advisor Juan is awesome!

For this being my first time at Firestone, it wasn t the greatest. I don t usually leave bad reviews but I m deeply dissatisfied with the service given. First off, the guy up front is super rude. I m not sure if he was joking or not with what he was commenting but I certainly did not find it amusing. I had a simple appointment for an oil change early in the morning. I stayed in the office because where would I go without my car. It took them over an hour to actually start the oil change. I was there for an additional 30 min until I finally saw someone bring my car keys back to the office. No one decided to start checking me out, I had to on my own go up and tell them that my car was ready because I can see the keys there. I at first did not want bother them as I did see they were busy with phone calls and other customers but at that point I ve been waiting for 2 hours total on a very simple oil change. I have done all my oil changes because of my bad experiences with certain shops not changing the oil filter or over charging so I know how to do an oil change on my own. Only reason why I took it here is because I haven t had any time to do it myself and wanted to save myself the time. Clearly I was mistaken because going here took more time out of my day than it should have. 2 hours for an oil change appointment early in the morning should not have taken that long. The guys excuse as to why they didn t grab me was because the first guy thought I left and didn t have time to call me. I was there the whole time and saw him chit chatting with another customer. Next time I might as well have taken the time and did it myself properly and saved a lot more time.

I highly recommend this Firestone location! Wayne is kind, friendly and courteous. He is the ideal person to have at the front counter! You DO NOT get that in all the shops so it was quite a refreshing relief to be greeted and assisted by him.Melvin is so great!! His knowledge and experience shows and that makes you do all that he tells you to get done on your car!! He is a soft-spoken, kind and courteous soul. Thank you so much for your advice Melvin.I did not meet the rest of the team but I can tell that this team works well together and they need to be commended for their work and their great customer service! That is what brings one back and creates customer loyalty!Thank you gentlemen.

3 years ago... I gave this place a 4 star rating. However, my experience yesterday was horrific! My wife and I had 2 appointments to get an oil change simultaneously at 10AM. That apparently should not have happened according to the 2 guys at the counter who checked us in. They blamed it on a 3rd guy who showed up like 20 minutes later.I figured... oh well, we'll be here an hour instead of 30 minutes. I notice them turn someone away saying "we won't be able to help you for today." Bad sign.Then... a lady who was already there when we got there, and apparently been waiting for over an hour... got up to inquire how much longer because her car had not even been pulled in yet. At that point I decide to look and our cars had not been pulled in neither. After over 30 minutes of waiting... we decided to leave because it felt like we would be there until 1PM which is ridiculous when you have a 10AM appointment FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!****Worse part***I went to go use their bathroom. It was disgusting! Floors have clearly not been mopped in probably months. Toilet had hair everywhere. You know what kind! I didn't want to lift the toilet seat. It was gross!You're gonna work at a snails pace... the LEAST you can do is provide clean, sanitized bathrooms.And only 6 chairs in the waiting area? You've got about 20 vehicles you're working on and you offer 6 chairs to sit and wait for your vehicle?I've been using FIRESTONE since 2004. I think I'm done!

Wayne was a great help! He took the time to fill our tires for free, even though the store was extremely busy at the time.After our tire warning didn't disappear, he gave us advice on what to look at and how to continue investigating the issue. We were able to reset the TPMs and get rid of the warning!

Team was very responsive to all customers in person and on phone. They followed their appointments timely and did not overbook themselves with afternoon walk ins where they could not accommodate them. Requested service was performed accurately. Main issue was not resolved due to inability to duplicate problem at time of service. Technician made every effort and even came to speak directly with me to determine problem. I have not had service like this in many years as I have been using the dealership for service. I will certainly return to this Firestone for future needs. Appreciate Melvin and Brandon for there care in the work that they do.

Melvin and Adam took good care of me this am. Melvin got me right in for a roatate and balance. Then Adam checked my alignment on a new vehicle to me. I experienced no upselling and a pleasant conversation with Melvin while my car was being worked on. Recommendation; go early for best service!

Brought my 2003 saab here when the alternator went out. And I was here 5 hours. 1st they ordered the wrong alternator then it happened again. Then once they get the right one the put it un and say they don't have the software to re flash the software for the car. So I go driving at 1st car ran fine. Then next start the car was shaking like a leaf on a tree. I brought it back car barely made it back. And they admitted they rarely work on these cars. You think they would have told me this prior to repairs and I would have went to Sweden central where they specialize in these cars. Then the mechanic was knocking my car saying buy a Toyota. I don't drive those trash cars I responded he just looked. Don't go here if you have a Swedish car or exotic car.

We traveled 1600 miles for a vacation and took our car in and told them we needed a wheel barring. After $3300 of work that we didn t need they say we need a wheel barring. How do you charge someone for work that is not needed and don t do what we took the car there for in the first place? Horrible way to treat someone!!!

THE WORST. Most unprofessional RUDE INDIVIDUALS ever!!!. Take your vehicle place else. They DONT complete the job, did an oil change many times here and EVERYTIME I have to go back so that they can RESET it from saying I NEED A OIL CHANGE. And beat me getting mad,,,, when it s their fault. STOP RUSHING THE JOB, or if you don t know ask your colleagues. And that black guy with the braces MOST DISRESPECTFUL man ever especially to women. Was a faithful customer but with his anger and demeanor .I WONT BE GOING BACK. He makes everyone at FIRESTONE looks bad. I wish I could ve gave no star.

Had a flat emergency yesterday on the passenger rear tire, so no worries right, because I have Firestone's road hazard warranty! Wrong! I now have a tire on my vehicle that is smaller in diameter than the other 3. How is it OK to put on a 215/60R16 tire in place of a 215/65R16 tire? The replacement tire is almost 3 inches smaller in circumference than the original tire! I wasn't asked if this is OK because it is NOT OK! This is not honoring the warranty, I'm 99% sure it's not safe, and I'm 100% sure this is not good customer service!***Update***The tire was replaced with the correct size, however I never received a call that my vehicle was ready and this issue should have been caught before I departed the store the first time. A technician and a supervisor/lead name was on the paperwork that I received with my bill indicating that two people supposedly "looked" at my vehicle however, there was absolutely zero quality checks performed. I don't feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to Firestone for any work to be performed ever.

I asked for an oil change and to fix my tire. They called me later to inform me my valve cover was leaking. It just started, so then you firestone for catching it, before it caused more damage to my car. As I didn't know it was broken

I got my oil changed here because it was convenient but I appreciated the expertise on checking my car. And the website has some good discounts like a free battery check.They also topped off my liquids In the car, so that was great.

Hitting my 2 hour mark with an appointment for an alignment. They pulled it in over an hour ago and no one has touched it. Meanwhile there is a party in the middle of the shop.Highly disappointed.

I want to thank Wayne for taking the time to help me out. He went above and beyond to help me find the tires I needed. He was willing to help me out even while being short staff. I actually had my car at a different Firestone and brought it to the Florida Mall location because I felt like the guy at the location I was at was not willing to help me out to find a solution. That rubbed me the wrong way because I have been coming to Firestone for YEARS. I'm glad I trusted my gut because I ended up saving 100 dollars by switching Firestones. Thank you, Wayne. I appreciate your dedication and amazing customer service.

This Firestone is great! They re very fast even with a lot of customers and they don t try to rip you off w/added extras like some locations do. Bus stations are also less than a 2min. walk beside this location - makes it easy to drop off your car and pick it back up. Def recommend.

Melvin at the desk was so kind and kept us updated the entire time we were waiting for our car. He explained in detail what my car needed and took care of everything. I had a very good experience coming here for my first time. I had to get my tire replaced after I realized I had a slow leak in my front driver side wheel. The price was extremely reasonable It was $196 and that was with tax to get the wheel, get it put on, and to make sure the wheels were all aligned.The customer service is great, and they were quick to get things started and to finish things up. I was probably there for a little over an hour but it was worth the wait. I drove home feeling safe. I'm definitely going to go back there if I need to replace anything else or get some work done on my car.

Nothing worse than when you're out of town and have a car issue. Had one one the way back home and came in without an appointment. These guys got me in midday and took care of me. Not only was it a relatively easy fix, but very reasonable as far as price. Not always in Orlando, but if I ever am again and need my car looked at, I'll think of Firestone first, particularly this location. Good people.Service: Oil change

I loved being able to shop for tires and services, book an appt, and pay all online. They took my car back right away and I had a fresh set of tires in an hour. Guys were friendly and helpful. Of course suggested other services but were not pushy. Will return in the future.

I have taken my car to this Firestone a few times. Typically, the team is very helpful and informative. I did have an issue with my last service which was mainly a miscommunication. I left feedback and scheduled another appointment to follow up on the issue. In less than a day, Wayne reached out to rectify the problem. I spoke with him when I went in for the appointment and he not only apologized, but explained the previous and recommended services, cleared up the miscommunication, and even offered a discount on my next service. Eric was also especially thorough and helpful in explaining what was going on with my car.It is worth noting that their team is under-staffed at the moment which they have signs at the desk to address and provide notice of. I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment rather than walking in. Please remember to show them patience and understanding.

Had to return Nissan Kicks 3 times, missed total of 5 days of work and paid. It was a total of $2000 repairs by the time they resolved the problem with my car, and I pray I don't have to go back to them a 4th time.

Terrible knowledge and service. All they care about is getting cars in and out as fast as they with no regards to quality of work. That s why one of my studs was stripped. Won t go there again.
