I have taken my car here several times. I m not one to go out of my way to leave a review, but this place deserves it! Every time I come, the staff is so patient and clear with things. Being a single female, it s intimidating taking my car somewhere for fear of being swindled or sold into more than necessary. Of course they will make suggestions, but when I stop in for my oil change they are so very quick, efficient and clear. They make recommendations but aren t pushy. Last time I stopped in, they ran a diagnostic on my car for free with my oil change. And the staff explained to me what could be the issue, and made recommendations for what I should do. I hope they always maintain this level of service!

Great service and great workersCame in for a oil gasket cover change and they accomplished it under an hour and cleaned up the engine before turning it overAnd definitely came back for my brake pad and rotor change for all axels for a good job to be doneGreat service and never lets me down

Charged me 3hrs labor ($500) to replace my lower oil pan and lied that they had to take off a bunch of parts to get to it. And the shop across the street did it in 15 minutes and only charged me standard one hour labor. These guys tried to rip me off with a straight face. Go to Tire Choice across the street instead for fair pricing and quality work.

I usually don t leave reviews but Nathan was great that I wanted to leave comment .He was not only detail oriented , explained all the process but also very efficient. I was in and out with a great service .They won a customer for life due to Nathan great service

Went to see if I had frame damage and needed alignment. asked them not to do alignment if it had frame damage and they still did. They also left my headlights on to kill my battery and try to sell me a new one. Very poor experience and will not becoming back

I went to express oil because my engine light showed the warning and it concerned me. In less than a minute they fixed the issue and didn't even charge me. Previously I go to the dealership and I was always worried they would upsell me. I've been going to express oil for all my oil changes and have never had a bad experience. Since my car is 5 yrs old, I probably will take the car there for my tune up and repair needs as well as the oil changes instead of the dealership.

I have used this place for oil changes for awhile and I have always loved their service. I just started using them for other services as well and I have been very happy with the work. I feel like they have always been honest and upfront with me and treated me well. I would highly recommend this place and I am someone who is very picky about who I let work on my car.

So to start off I want to mention I don t post reviews, if so rarely. Only when I m really upset or really happy will I post a review so you know it s unbiased. I have a rebuilt Honda, a few months after driving it the a/c went out, Honda charged me $300 to replace the blower motor and it worked again, after about 6 months the a/c went out again.. took it back to the Honda and they couldn t figure out what it was, so wanted to charge me 3k to change the harness and even then said it might not work. A few months later since I didn t want to pay that price I went to a neighborhood mechanic. Again, a/c worked for a bit, but of course went out eventually, I thought my a/c would just be a lost cause. Then finally, after coming to get my oil change here for years, after an oil change I decided to ask them if they service A/C and they said yes, so I said why not. After taking my car hostage over the weekend I called to news that my A/C is fixed and they changed the wiring and everything for the fraction of the cost Honda wanted to charge. The dealerships and mechanics in general can take advantage of unknowing customers and make them buy things they don t need, these guys took care of me and got to the root of the problem to fix my a/c and at a reasonable price without cutting corners and quality work. Very happy with the service and it goes without saying they have a customer for life. CheersService: Air conditioning

I went and got my oil changed by this location on 3/24 and they left my oil plug opened, causing my engine to seize and gas get into the oil. Today, 3/27, after my car got towed, my mechanic pulled out the oil stick to show me that it was almost empty since it had all leaked out. My mechanic told me if I had driven for any longer, my car would ve caught on fire. I attached a photo of how much oil leaked out of my car just while it was getting towed.UPDATE: No, I know where I went. I added my receipt from your location, as well as the charge on my bank account. Try again.

Stop your search and go here. This place was absolutely amazing and super helpful when I went for an oil change. Chris was wonderful and provided me excellent service along with all of the other technicians there. He went above and beyond to make sure my car had everything it needed and that I was able to get it at an affordable cost as a college student. He was upfront with me and explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and I am certain I will be going there for all of my vehicle needs for years to come. I recommend this place to anyone that asks. Thank you all!!

Very disappointing went for an oil change and was told they would not service our vehicle due to a note in their system. My husband and I were confused since 2 oil changes ago they had not properly secured the skid plate after an oil change and it fell halfway off on the highway damaging the skid plate. Manager at the time apologized and ordered a new skid plate and stated our next oil.change free. And then next oil change we got our free oil change. And now we are not to be serviced. Not sure why but we were lucky to find another place that we're properly trained and assured everything was done. Along with great customer service.Update: We have used this establishment for over 5 years with multiple vehicles. We are hard working honest people and to suggest otherwise due to a mistake that your technican made is unwarranted. This incident last year was handled professionally and now it seems to be an issue. The skid plate was damaged due to your establishment not correctly securing it which is why we called this location when it fell off while we were driving on the highway not more than 10min after getting the oil change from this location. We were directed by a worker to come back since they forgot to put back some of the bolts or whatever holds up the skid plate. So we drove back to this location and it was told a new skid plate would be order to correct your mistake. We never went to another location for a refund since that wouldn't make sense it happened at your location. I submitted a form on the website to have someone call back and that's when the manager called and apologized and said he will place a note for a free oil change next to apologize for the situation. Also you service our other car 2 months ago. So that's another piece of misinformation that was in the response. We appreciate the service from before it was a great few years and good luck in your future business endeavors.Service: Auto maintenance

Don't go there!!! They hit the cars, they don't rotate the tires, they just take the car and wait a while for you to think they did it, they don't use the right oil for each car, bad treatment from the supervisor, in short, the worst place in orlando�florida

Had a bad experience after many good experiences. Took my car in for two issues. Car needed front strutts instead they changed my sway bars not fixing the problem and charged me $678 telling me I needed struts after the fact. Mis-diagnosed my blend door problem when it was a blend door actuator problem quoted me $1300 for a part that cost $27 that took me 2 hours to fix myself. When confronting the manager was met with profanity and told they wouldn't service my car anymore. Very disappointing after having good service many times in the past.Sway bar and bushing $678 rip off. No longer trust this business have to move on. They also left a pry bar in my engine I went to the other express Oil change in Oviedo for a oil change and they found the pry bar. Reached out to customer service multiple times no response.

Honest establishment, will be taking my business to them from now on. My car was making a horrible screeching noise and I was sure it was my brakes, discs or something that went really wrong with my tires. They took my car in right away and 10 minutes later they told me it was some piece of rock or wood that got somehow stuck in there. Very easily they could had told me a different story since I was sure my car was about to fall apart. I was very pleasantly surprised that very honest people still exist. Can't thank you enough and the person that referred me to you guys.

Passed by this morning to get pricing on labor for front rotors and pads. Price was reasonable. Was told to come back in 2 hrs and Gabriel was ready for me. I waited for my car and I was out within the hour. Very courteous. Thank you!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Don't go to this Express Oil Change!I called their repair shop on April 14, 2023 to ask if they repaired power windows. They said yes and told me to bring it in the next morning (April 15, 2023) and they would look at it. I was there before they opened at 08:00. They checked it with a diagnostic computer and told me they would need to get inside the door to troubleshoot. They also told me they had two cars to finish up and they would call me "in a couple of hours" to bring it back. They never called.I have been using this Express Oil Change for oil changes for just under a year. They do not pay attention to details, never have the correct oil for my vehicle and always overinflate my tires.In addition, I used them because my wife has an Express Oil Change credit card through Synchrony Bank. We learned the same day that Synchrony Bank cut the credit limit on this card by $1,050 for no good reason even though the card has always been paid on time.We will not use Express Oil Change or their credit card ever again.

I had a screw in one of my tires and needed it patched. It's a quick and easy job but my usual shop in the area was too busy and said I would have to drop my car off and leave it. I'm so glad I reached out to Express Oil Change. They told me to come right by and it would get done quickly. When I showed up there was no wait. The store manager and another employee quickly helped out and I was done within 5 minutes. On top of that, they were honest, reasonably priced and overall pleasant to deal with. They gained a new long-term customer!Service: Tires

I've been having my 2015 KIA 900 oil changed at this location since June 2021. I'm upset that I was overcharged $118 without previous services.Here's why, when I asked him why it was so high, he responded, " Well, you paid $120 last time. " I told him, yeah, but that included an Air Filter. He quickly stated that the price had a $5.00. discount included.He returned with the receipt and said, I have a V8 with a Big Engine; I said, I've been coming to this location since 2021, and I know the engine I have. You can't explain why I was charged, and what is a VAL Synthetic Up Grade for $30. Before you take it upon yourself, should the customer be notified if they desire an upgrade.
