On my way to Disney. I got a flat tire on the highway, needless to say, I panicked!! But luckily for me, I found Angel & Joanna they treated me like a princess . Took care of my tire in less than two minutes and got me on the road again. Talk about making magic Beyond happy

Emanuel was the best. Was very patient and explained everything very clearly and went out of his way to get me back on the road. Late night for him getting me back up and running and I am very grateful. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much .

Took car in for oil change and an oil leak was noticed. The service manager suggested a phased approach starting with replacement of valve cover gasket and addition of a dye. Brought car back a week later for a free inspection and leak had stopped. Great there are still ethical companies that only work on what is needed.

We visited Expert Car Care for the first time today - this will be the first of many as the service we received was amazing: Professionalism, patience, honesty. I have lived in two different countries and have been driving for over 25 years and have NEVER experienced this level of service. Excellent service, advice and kind treatment.They really care about their customers - they even have cookies and coffee!Loved this experience and I will now be using Expert Car Care for all my car needs!!Highly recommend!!!

Went in for oil change bc I love this place and they forgot to tighten the oil cap or forgot to put it on but when I got home there was oil all over my drive way. A simple apology would have made me not write this review but I should him the video of the situation all he said was looks like it was the cap. Isn't the number one job after oil change is ensuring oil cap is on or right. Love this place but super bad experience.

Communication was very easy with this business which is hard to find! I needed a n urgent last minute tire repair and they were able to help on the spot as a walk in. Place is very clean with a beautiful waiting area and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this spot and will be visiting again for future car concerns ((:

After going to King Tires,horrible costumer service,I found this place and I was happy with the overall experience. Place is clean,they have a nice sitting area, coffee and cookies,TV,chargers for your phone . They had my car ready in less than ten minutes.And of course they know how to treat costumers.

Out of all the car care companies, expert car care has been phenomenal!! They have went above and beyond to make sure our vehicles are well taken care of. Their prices are affordable and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My first time going and Johanna was amazing. She gave me upfront information before I got there of what my charges could be. When I went in for my alignment they found a further issue that would prevent the alignment to be successful which was completely honest and respectable. Although I did not get my vehicle serviced Johanna made my experience there great. Amazing, friendly and honest. I will be back!

I had a vehicle issue on 528 and although I didn t use their services they were very kind to me with coffee and WiFi. Local owned!! Super nice lounge with Nespresso and cookies

The service is very reliable and quick! We have taken several of our vehicles here on numerous occasions and each time the work has been done quickly and right on budget! They have gone above and beyond when it comes to inspections and don't try to tack on a bunch of unnecessary extras. I would recommend Expert Car Care to anyone needing anything done to their vehicles from oil changes to major repairs!

Professional service at a fair price. Woman at the counter, office manager I assume, was friendly and courteous. I had a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation this morning Oct 21st on my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. I recommend this place. I used to take my cars to another auto repair shop but after getting inconsistent results and pricing, I decided to shop around. Luckily there s an Expert Auto Care nearby and they ve always done a great job at a fair price. I d recommend them to anyone looking for a good repair shop

Basically my engine was done... ok. I declined to spend 10k with them for a new engine but when I went to get the vehicle the battery was drained. I asked them to put a jump box on it and when it started the dome light was on. Gee I wonder why the battery was dead. The vehicle was also outside and unlocked when I arrived so I assume it was unsecured even when the place was closed. by the way their Winter Park location drained the battery on one of my other cars. I guess it's their policy to be serial battery killers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always a warm welcome when I come for car services from all the staff, especially Blake. He is always accommodating and courteous. Today I was in for a car inspection for a vehicle. My husband and I trust Expert Car Care and will continue coming back.
