I had accidentally left my accessory switch on in my car and stopped to take a nap. Well when I woke up. Car was dead. I called all over on a Saturday and no one would answer or call back. Then Ethan s called back and apologized for missing call. They quoted me a price and said they were on way. Once they saw I was out of their range they called right back and again apologized, and re quoted me a new price. Very professional and timely service. These guys are what businesses use to be like professional, up front, and on time. I will defiantly keep their number in my phone.

Honestly this is the best mechanics shop I have been in Orlando and I have been living here for over 25 years. They are very honest and fast and worked with me when I was stressing out about my car. Mac is an amazing guy and they do not gouge you for money and I have been here multiple times and leave confident in my car being fixed properly! I highly recommend this business

I have been with Max for a couple of years and he is much better than Honda service. His price is reasonable and he works with you every steps of the way. Being a women it s hard to find a good reliable honest mechanic. Well I found one with this shop he has been serving two of my cars. I can honestly say that my cars are still running perfectly.Because of the good work that has always been done. Not to mention the price for the labor and parts are always reasonable.I have been using this mechanic for seven yrs now and never disappointed.

It wasn't bad but it was disorganized. There were too many cars in the parking lot and they had to back cars out just for me and my friend to pull in to get a tire. They said the tire was a good tire but upon inspection the tire was dry rotted and shouldn't of even cost as much as it did for used. Oh well not my car but I thought I'd share my experience

Car needed to have water outlet replaced, mechanic did it in reasonable time at a affordable cost. No extra fees tacked Ted on up top of cost. I would recommend this shop.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I"d like to warn individuals of this place. Prior to getting service done here (which was a referral) I recommend to go elsewhere. I left my car on 4/12/2021 because of a prior diagnostics that was done on my car through them. I was told by the mechanic, that was supposed to fix my car I had to change the Harmonic Balancer. He mentioned that he ordered the part for my car prior to me leaving. He also, mentioned that it would take about an hour to about an hour & a half for labor, once parts arrive. Long story short I called today 4/13/2021 & nobody had an answer seemed like a cat & mice game. What I noticed after the fact, I left the car overnight, was only 1 review. That was extremely alarming to me. I believe the job of the lady at the front desk is to keep people away front the decision makers. I left home with my car unfixed only to find out that parts were switched out. Lucky for me I save receipts, I popped the hood of my car when I got home & I noticed the battery was switched out, from the one I got from AutoZone with warranty on it. Amongst, the other things that are inside the car that I probably don't know have been switched out, that I might not find out till my car breaks down again. I cannot put to words of how nasty & ill hearted humans are, to suffice their own greed for whatever motive they might have. What is frightening is the other folks that may have come to get service from them & they probably did this to them as well. The moral of the story is to stick to your gut instincts. If it feels wrong then it is wrong, especially if you are not an expert at detecting if parts were either stolen or switched out of your car. Also, don't just go with someone else's referrals check their website & check BBB for reviews. It will save you time, headache, & stress of dealing with the wrong mechanic. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB & they will notify me of the next step to take from their.
