We went in to get a used tire this morning. The Gentleman that helped my husband and I with replacing our front tire, was great. Two thumbs up for someone like him. Thank you, once again for your help.

The place looks like a junkyard but you'll get the service you're looking for when you come here. Got my tire for a great price and had it installed in like 15 minutes total. If you get past the appearance of the place, you'll most definitely not regret coming here for your services.

Got 2 tires for $15 each, fee installation as well. One wasn't seated properly and leaked air for a week before it went completely flat. Probably not a regular occurrence for this shop. Maybe they were just moving quickly that day and didn't notice. Either way, I don't feel ripped off, I feel like they just gave me a decent deal on tires and tried to send us both home happy. Will probably use them again though in the future.

I would give a zero if I could.I called and they said to come on down. Was there 8 minutes before closing and they said no. could have mounted a tire that I brought and I offered an extra $40 on top and they still wouldn't do it and let my daughter stranded on the side of the road. They need to learn how to be a Christian. Still there 25 minutes after closed and answering the phone. Wonderful people not

Been using Empire Tire for the last 3 years after a recommendation from a friend. Always fast service (usually under 30 mins) & their used tires are very reasonably priced. Best place to go if you blow out a tire & are in a pinch or are on a tight budget in general. Owner is super friendly too.

As a local business owner, I typically do not make decision because of (or write) reviews because there is always 2 sides to a story. Today however, I absolutely had to. I called needing a set of used tires and spoke to a representative on the phone in order to discuss pricing and availability. To start off with, the guy on the phone seemed beyond bothered to talk to me and tell me if they had my tire size. His response was "just come on by". Why would anyone want to just come on by not knowing if they have what you need in the first place! After pleading with him to verify the correct size being in stock, I asked who I was speaking with in order to deal with the same person upon my arrival. His epic response to that was.. "I don't give out my name"! I could understand someone from Craigslist maybe having that attitude but a local business??!! That's super sketchy. If one of my employees replied to a customer in that manner he would be fired. At this point I would rather risk driving around on unsafe tires then do business with them.

So my wife called to see if they had my tire size and they said that they did. I arrived there about 30mins later Told the guy my wife called and I would like the cheapest tire which was 50 dollars. He said fine. I left the tire there and told him I would return in a hr. When I returned with my wife and daughter a hour later I saw my tire prepared. The gentleman told me that the used tires were not good and that all he had was a newer one. I explain to him that this is why we called and asked ahead. My wife called previously and was given a price and a confirmation they had the tire. When I arrived I confirm the price and the tire. So I don't understand why there was a more expensive tire well prepared on my rim. It was not what I asked for nor did I want to pay for a newer tire. This was a complete waste of my time. Instead of practicing good business they removed the tire and I left with nothing.

When 2 other used tire places were closed on Sunday, Empire was open, i called & spoke to Slate on phone who was very polite and helpful. Upon arrival Jason came out and looked at the size of my tires, quickly found one in stock and told me the price. Grab my yire with a nail in it and took care if me in under 30 minutes I was on my way again. Live this place and those awesome guys.

Shoddy used tires that they charge too much for and kind of rude. I got one put on as was going on a 3-4 hour drive for vacation and of course it didnt even make it there. I had no real recourse as i was out of town for a few weeks and i kind of knew the outcome had i brought it back. It was only one time so can only speak for this one but you can pick up the vibe just going there. Would not recommend unless extremely desperate.

Great service! Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful but most of all honest. I thought I needed a couple of new tires but he said they were good and I just needed them to rotate tires. I definitely going back.

These guys are amazing! Every time I have a tire issue or emergency they are always super helpful and fast. I've been going to this location for the past 4 yrs and will continue to go come here.

We had an emergency situation with a tire and it was time for them to close but they didn t turn us away. George was so kind. Whoever owns that business employs 2 of the nicest young men I ve met and should be commended.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! they sold me a used tire saying it was in perfect condition and i told them to please make sure becuase i was taking a 4 hour drive. long story short tire went flat 3 hours into my drive had to have it towed to a shop were they showed me the inside well of the tire was so damaged hes suprised it lasted that long. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

So bad of an experience I feel like calling the police. I was asking questions about the tires they wanted to sell me. One worker was irritated (manager) and told them to put my old tires back on to get me out of there. I tried to ask questions. When leaving I gave a sarcastic remark about the horrible customer service and the guy called me every four letter word that exists and I honestly was afraid for my safety as he approached me to start a fight. How can a place like this stay in business?

Overall experience wasn't too bad. Wish they would have checked the tires with some soapy water after they were put on to check for leaks. When I got home my tire had come off the bead and was leaking. Had to have my roommate drive it in to be fixed as I had work the next day and ran on the spare. Fixed the tire with no issues afterwards

Bought four used tires with great tread for a reasonable price. They leaked initially, and were serviced without hassle. Good purchase before driving up to Michigan.

Save your money. This places sucks big time .check your. Used tires before you buy them and don't get a wheel alignment here I did. It .made.my Steering worst and shaking steering wheel. Was way off center be smart don't go to this place many other professional good places. red flag

If I could give zero starts I would. This place is hell. I bought a tire, they damaged the tire putting it back on the rim. DID NOT INSPECT THE TIRE, which cause my tire to blow out. Do not I repeat do not go to this place, they are a nightmare!!!!

I called asked Cesar for tires told him I was on my way. When I got there some other guy who wouldn't give me his name came out with an attitude. I asked for Cesar he said he will be busy for 30 mins. Right away I knew it was not gonna be a good experience. The guy was a straight up punk with attitude and very disrespectful. If you can argue with a woman you're not a real man. Treated us like he didn't care to serve us. I left and went somewhere else. I will never go back there or recommend anyone too. You need better respectful employees!!

A big brand tire store down the road recommended Empire, because it had the ability to patch my 2017 Range Rover Sport tire, that they could not do with their type of patch.For a nominal charge, I saved over $300 for a new tire. Ryan at Empire immediately patched the tire. From drive-up to drive-out, I wasn't there more than 45 minutes.I'll definitley be back to Empire for future tire repairs, thanks to this experience.

I'm a customer that was needing 2 tires I went to the Apopka location and they did not have no $10 tires. They brought out 2 tires. 1 tire was for $25 that was in poor condition would probably last a month(10% tire tread)the second tire was $30 (40% tire tread). So I decided to buy one tire for $30 to find out that tire had a hole and needed to be patched which went flat the following day. I took the tire back to East colonial location and gave him the proof of purchase. They repair the tire but was not able to give me back my receipt. Store Manager claims that he threw it away and couldn't retrieve it . And couldn't generate another receipt for me. Manager( Caesar)

I just bought a used tire there for Mazda 6 they charged me $60 for a used Dunlop tire. I explained that it was a expensive for a used tire I could've bought a new tire for that price but they said that's what we got take it or leave it.

Needed a tire my front tire blew thank goodness I was lucky enough to pull in and not damage the rim they didn't rip me off gave me a good used tire for $40 and could have asked for $60 their work fair price Fair exchange that's all you can ask for

Quick in and out! Replaced 2 tires in less than 20 minutes. Mechanics very friendly and helpful. Prices are in the norm for this area.

Hours listed are not correct. Came here for 2 SEPARATE tire issues and had to return less than 48 hours later for BOTH issues to get tires refixed BOTH times because they keep going flat AFTER "fixing". Not a very good shop. Finding somewhere else.
