These guys saved my family vacation for me and my kids. We were traveling from out of state to stay at Disney, when my car started smoking badly. I wasn t sure what to do, so I did some quick searching and review reading, which led me here. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me my hose was leaking. Being a single mother, I was afraid of what I would be told, or sold. Not here though. I thought my engine was dying and was going to be costly. They showed me my bad hose, fixed it, and had me and the kids back on the road in no time. It was a great experience to a bad situation. The waiting room and shop was clean, my kids loved the dogs too, which definitely made the wait seem shorter. They had some real nice classics in the shop too I saw.I loved the honesty and friendliness of Mike and his crew. I was even impressed how they post the QR code for google reviews right there at the counter. They want you to share your experience.Thanks again for saving our vacation.Kate

Went in for a valve cover gasket replacement. Cost at $1000. Didn't drain the oil before removing covers and spilled oil all over my engine. Didn't clean it up. Overfilled my unchanged oil. Smoked in my vehicle. Dripped oil in my driveway for 2 days. WORST SERVICE EVER!

A while ago, I had my all-wheel transmission fail on my Infinti. Mike and his team where very honest on pricing and the diagnostics. Their customer service was exceptional. This was huge undertaking as they had to pull the whole motor and put everything back in it's place. It's been a long time now since the repair and the car runs great. No complaints. This was my first trial with Edgewood and now we use them for all repairs and service as well as family members. See the photos. Thanks Edgewood!

Trusted, knowledgeable, and kind! These guys were completely transparent. While my car was lifted, they showed me all the issues and explained it in detail. No pushy sells and prioritizing on what was recommended immediate and what could wait. I'm so glad I found them, Thanks Alex... my car runs great, I'll be back!

The staff here at Edgewood Services and Tires are just amazing. From first contact to out the door I was treated with kindness and respect. They took care of my car's issue and had me out the door in under 2 hrs. Awesome experience, Edgewood service has won my business in the future!

If you need car service, go to Edgewood!!! All of the employees here are extremely nice and respectful. Their operation is honest and transparent. They took me back to the shop and showed me exactly what needed to be done to my car and explained why. There were a few unforeseen issues and they notified me right away that it may take longer than originally expected but they would get it done right and make sure I would be safe! And the price quoted never changed!! They stayed open an hour and a half past closing time so I would be able to have my car the same day. The owners even helped me find a place for my daughter to take her car to in Vegas! I highly recommend Edgewood and will definitely bring my car here for all its needed repairs and maintenance! I hope you do too!

Called up from a google search and spoke to Mike. He was very professional and had me a quote on my wheel bearings in minutes. The price was very fair and they did the work fast and accurately. Alex took care of me at the shop and I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks for your help!

We had a concern about our brakes just before leaving Orlando at the end of our vacation. Alex and the team at Edgewood were great: they got to our vehicle quickly, diagnosed it in short order, and were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Had some issues with my truck, saw some good reviews and decided to give them a try. Mike was able to get my truck diagnosed and worked on quickly right after. Next day, truck was up and running like new. Great customer service, and expertise is what you will find there.

I didn t want the year to end without taking a moment to give high praise to Edgewood auto for the amazing work they did on my 2018 Honda Accord. They gave me sound advice, a fair price, and completed the work In a timely manner. They did everything within their power to make sure that I felt safe with the quality of their work and protected by their warranty. Shout out to Mike and all of the incredible guys over there on the team .they are amazing!

Yesterday was my first visit to Edgewood Service and Tires and I was relieved to find a great staff, including Alex who was working in the office. As a woman, it is comforting to find a place where you feel the crew is capable and honest. I booked my appointment online and got in as scheduled. I definitely will be returning. I recommend this car service center!

Super amazing staff! They were able to take me in immediately when I was having issues with my car, and they really know how to deliver a great customer service. And the best part was their dogs just hanging around. I m very thankful for them. I highly recommend going to them for any mechanical problems.

Fantastic and honest service!! Traveling back home from Orlando our car dies and they told us what was wrong. We couldn t keep the car there because we had to get back to NC and they didn t charge us a penny! Amazing place and if we ever get stuck in Orlando again this will be the only place to take it to.I am so grateful they were open and honest!

I didn t know of any shops I could service my car, so I googled the nearest one near me and found Edgewood Service. They helped me fix my car and did an awesome job! Awesome staff, nice clean shop. I would definitely recommend!

"Caroline Tire" company is unable to fix my car Brake. My Acura TL had a sinking brake pedal, I took the car to this place and they replaced the Master cylinder (cost me almost $500), they called me it's done, I went over to test drive it, for 1 block, all 4 wheels locked up and screaming hot& smoking. I left car in their shop over weekend, a few days later they told me they replaced the Brake booster (cost me another $500). I took car home, within 6 months, my car brakes locked up several times, had AAA towed back home 3 times. This week car was towed back to their shop, they replaced 1 brake hose for 1 wheel (cost me another $119). I told them all 4 wheels were dragged and seized up, replacing 1 is not solution. They argued and ignored the issue. I drove my car home, all 4 wheels still dragged ( I can tell by looking at the RPM meter, higher than normal). I don't know what to do next, it already cost me about $1,200 for this problem. I will not recommend people to do Brake services at this place.

Edgewood Service and Tyre is a one stop shop with amazing prices, and the quality couldn't be better.Top in customer service, I loved Isabel, her attention to customer service, she offered coffee, and made sure I get the car in time.While I was there I saw how responded to other customers requests.Their prices comparing to the competition is really amazing.I was quoted 600 for Break pads replacement from a competitor (which didn't make sense to me) and I got the same service and even better for 148 USD tax included.This is a real good service good price one stop shop.God bless.

Every part of my experience with Edgewood Services and Tires deserves a 5 star rating. I came here knowing something significant was wrong with my car AC, and the team was so attentive to detail and identifying exactly what was wrong. Mike was so communicative while they had my vehicle and I felt like I truly understood what was happening with my car every step of the way. Every person I interacted with was friendly and kind, and I felt truly cared for and like the team had my best interests at heart. I really could not recommend them enough and am now absolutely a lifetime customer. Thank you so much again to everyone!!!

I have had my car for three years and have dealt with countless mechanic shops but none like Edgewood. they got what I needed done in a timely manner and were very open with me. Lovely, the front desk lady was the sweetest and held great conversation. they made me feel welcome while also doing a great job on my car. I tend to be a stingy person but the pricing was perfect for me not to mention their several programs like easypay.Services: Transmission, Tires

I called and take an appointment So I bring my car to fix the leak on the break, they break more the line and the gas line so they can made more money off fixing my car and then give the car and without break and it s leaking gas in gas line. And told me to bring the car Monday. The worst working shop in Orlando

Highly recommend Edgewood Service & Tires. Very professional, polite & friendly. The business is closed on the weekend so I requested an appointment online on a Saturday morning. An hour after booking an appointment, they called me (while they were closed). I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday and left the key in the drop box.. they had a diagnostic and price by noon on Monday. My vehicle was ready by Monday afternoon. Super fast service. A+!!

I would always go to the chains for services or tires for my car. But I live locally and always drove by this place and decided to check it out. They are family business and everyone is super friendly! I went it to check some of my tires out and got a great price for four new tires and I will be also doing extra work they recommended but the best part is they were not pushy or trying to sell me on everything. They told me to take my time and I can do things when I can get to them. Great business and people!

I just got my car a few months ago and really had no idea what to do when it started acting up. taking it to Edgewood's technicians was the best decision I could've made. they treated me like family and made sure I understood everything, walking me through each step. not to mention the cutest dogs who kept me entertained while I waited. great prices compared to the other shops too! def would recommend!
