I had an appointment for 4 new tires, had no wait time once my appointment time arrived, They had my car in and out within an hour, there was an issue with my tire install, involving misaligned machinery and rim damage but they were swift in making it right.Definitely recommend this tire shop to everyone in the Alafaya area, they strive to be the best, and have the service to back it upEdit: had to remove one star, driving dynamics felt off on my car which prompted me to check my tires, turns out they installed my tires completely wrong. They installed my staggered fit tires (larger rear tires, smaller front tires) staggered side to side (two smaller tires on one side and the larger on the other). As a dedicated tire shop you would think an install would at least be done correctly.They were still very fast to make amends which is why I ll keep it at a three star review, and I m hoping my experience is just a one-off

Ella has amazing customer service.This was my first time having my car serviced here. I came in with a metal piece lodged in my tire, Ella came to my car, spoke to us, took my car's information, and rolled my tire inside. Next, she created an account for me, and went over my tire options. She was knowledgeable, and I appreciate her that she didn't try to add services or stack my bill. I enjoyed my experience here. I got 1 Sentury tire. The tire was only $75. Without the "refund" I added I would have paid $107.20 out the door, with it ($12) I paid 121.31 out the door. Great prices, great service, and an easy process. I will be coming back. Wow! They only took 15 minutes to put 1 tire on. Great job!!

This team is excellent and go the second mile with their customer service. I got a flat early (5:30am) Friday morning. I dropped off the tire to this Discount Tire on Friday afternoon at 5:45pm, just before they closed at 6pm. Cody, didn t make me feel bad for coming by so late on a Friday afternoon and said he d take care of the repair early the next morning. I received a call early (8:43am) on Saturday (they open at 8am) and was informed that the tire couldn t be repaired due to the type of damage, but since I had the insurance on the tire, they d replace it without any issue and had already ordered a new tire. The new tire arrived around noon. Unfortunately, due to other commitments I couldn t get our car to them on Saturday before they closed at 5pm and their next appointment was on Monday at 1:30pm. This is where their customer service was fantastic. They told me to come in early Monday morning and they d squeeze me in, which is exactly what they did. I arrived at 7:45am on Monday and by 8:20am my tire was replaced and all tires were balanced and rotated. I d take all my business to Discount Tires, if only they d do oil changes and alignments.

The staff is amazing! I got a screw in my tire on the way to the beach. They were able to fit me in and fix my tire in under an hour. I can still make my family brach trip. Alex was awesome and very friendly. I will keep giving my business to Discount Tire!

I ordered tires online for my 1988 Corvette. They were delivered to discount tires within a couple days and discount tire did a great job. Their staff was very professional and friendly and they got me in and out of there in under an hour and a half which I thought was very speedy, considering I had no appointment. I highly recommend.

I placed my order for four new tires and scheduled an appointment to install online. On arrival the gentleman at the front advised that although the site said the tires I ordered were in stock, they actually did not have them so he offered me a free upgrade. They took about 30 min to change out all four tires. The service was friendly, efficient, and careful!

I normally came to 436 store since it close to my house. This time, i stopped at this place since they have the tired I need.Nice place with big waiting room. Many desks for customer service. Work done on time even though I do not have an appointment, just a phone call ahead to confirm the tires I need.

I dealt with Cody today. He was very professional. The store was super clean and everything seemed organized and orderly. I left my Tesla there got a ride to work. They texted me when it was finished. I came back and they took great care of me. I appreciate your professionalism and how they took care of my car. Would highly recommend. Again thank you Cody. I ll see you when I need all four..

Discount Tire is my choice for tires and related tire service. Competitive prices, and they usually have the brands I like, or can get them from the warehouse with a short wait. Be sure to make a reservation online or call ahead for priority service at the appointed time.

Got a good deal on a new set of tires for my Model 3. I purchased the road hazard (hopefully I wont need it). The techs were pleasant and helpful. The only thing I didn t like is my wheels have dark residue on them after the tire service as well as my white interior on the driver door. I understand this can happen but it would have been nice to have the interior wiped prior to getting my car back.

This place tries to strong arm you into new tires when a simple patch is all that is needed. Additional training is needed for customer facing staff to ensure problems are solved and they do not try to extort customers for their own gain. Very disappointing, this place used to be great a couple years back. Must have new management or something, has not been the same. Will not recommend. Will not be purchasing tires from here again.Update: went two doors down and was serviced by Action Gator. No issues, job complete.

Leaving this review for my wife. She needed a small quick fix on her car; she tried Pepboys next door only to be met with weird attitudes from the guys there. She tried Discount next door and an absolute beast named Billy fixed her issue in under 10 minutes with no questions asked other than anything else I can help you with? Definitely recommend these guys off customer service alone.

Walked in and place was clean. Cody was the rep that helped me. Very professional! Soft spoken and explained everything to me. Did not rush the sale. Gave me an estimated time and all. Definitely would recommend this place for tires.

I always go there for my tires. I had no complaints about their work. The staff is friendly. However, this place is getting busier and busier. I made the appointment online and paid it online. Even after that I had to wait more than an hour and 30 minutes which is insane. They used to have small drinks inside the store that you can drink for free. They got rid of those because of corona.

I ve found the service, pricing, and general positive attitude at locations in both Burnsville, MN and Orlando, FL excellent. My first experience was years ago when I needed a flat repaired and was impressed first w their process and then surprised when there was no charge for the repair.

When you offer free tire rotation, the point of such a service is that you get people in the door, provide stellar service so that they trust you, then they keep coming back and then you can sell them tires. Its really a great business model where the customer and business both benefit. When someone comes in, with an appointment, with 4/32 on their tires and wants a rotation you dont tell them "it wont do any good. Here's your keys back." I had to fight with Phillip A Z to get him to do my rotation.Do the rotation and give the customer a quote for new tires. If you provided good service, then they will come back. When I asked for a quote I was given a business card where he wrote "michelin. 306 a tire. 1655 total." I would have loved a printout with details on warranty and installation charges but unfortunately he seemed like he didnt want to talk to me anymore.I wonder how many customers you have scared away.

Scammers! They didn't put TPMS in any of my tires that they installed then wanna charge $400 to do so. Plus lied and said tires need balancing after each rotation. I worked at Valvoline, I'm not an idiot!

Swear to god, no matter how new your tires are, they will demand you to buy new tires every time with the most passive aggressive attitude but will not actually fix the problem

This is the best place to buy tires.I will never go anywhere else. now there are several closer to me where I need air in my tires and the guy was rude and blew me off. IT IS NEXT TO Dustin's BBQue on 50 do not go there.

Everyone here is very helpful and attentive. I was greeted as soon as I came in. They are pretty busy when I have come in but have gotten to me in a timely manner. They usually have my car ready within 2-3 hours. Gotten two sets of tires from them and pricing was fair.

Good prices and fast service. Two or three techs work on the tires, dismounting and mounting. Once your vehicle is in the bay, about 30-45 minutes you get your vehicle back.

Quality service and friendly staff. I had a nail in my tire this morning and immediately drove to the shop but they weren't open yet. The manager saw me waiting outside and opened up the store a few minutes early so he could get me on my way. My car was promptly moved into the shop and my tire was patched and back on the car within 15 minutes. The best part? It was FREE! Shocked when I got the "no charge" receipt. Nothing but great things to say about this place. This will be the only tire shop I use for now on.

They always provide fast service. Their prices are as good or better than BJ s. I ve put tires on 5 vehicles with them over the last 12 years and they have never given me a reason to go anywhere else.

My husband and I have been going to this shop for years. Always great customer service and fair prices. I had an appointment today and they were on schedule and got my tires taken care of quickly.
