After finally getting my first car and saving up, I decided it was time to fulfill a childhood dream and start customizing my car to really make it mine. I chose this Discount Tire location due to its convenient location and good reviews, and I m thrilled with the experience I had there. The pricing was good, shipping was fast, and I was in and out with my new wheels in well under 2 hours. Alex was extremely helpful both over the phone and in person, and all the mechanics did a great job installing my Enkei RPF1 s. Couldn t be happier with how my car looks, and I can t recommend this place enough!

Sebastian is a life saver! I had been looking at tires for my Tesla for some time because I knew I was near the life expectancy. I was driving and unexpectedly got a flat tire! Called Discount tire Sebastian went above and beyond I explained I was just down the road. Without hassle I paid for my new tires over the phone, Sebastian got me a mobile tech named Will came right to me installed one new tire at a Gas station I drove it to Discount tire and within 1 1/2 hours I was back on the road with new tires! Absolutely great team here at this location! Thank you for providing premier customer service!

Fantastic place! Started my day on the side of a highway changing a flat. Lucky for me the closest tire shop was Discount Tire on John Young pkwy. They were able to fix my tire and checked the other tires at the same time without me asking them to do that. So happy they did as they noticed the front tire was also low and the valve stem was leaking. They fixed that for me as well. Saved us from having another issue on the highway during our long road trip. Alex and the team were all amazing. Thanks for saving the day today!

Drove nearly half an hour here and I can say that it was completely worth it!! Owen was able to assist me the moment I walked in. He was very kind and helpful Truly deserves a raise! The other person who updated me on my service was also great. Regarding the service itself, it was very well done and took only around 30 mins.Prior to coming here I had actually visited one closer to me on Osceola, and it was horrible. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. I had politely asked for something to be repeated because I did not hear him the first time, and in response was called stupid several times. When confronted after multiple insults, he claimed to had been on his phone and not talking to me. Mind you, he was looking at me the whole time with a nasty expression while saying things like stupidest person I ve met , you look smarter , etc. I still do not know what I did to be insulted like this. In any case, I cancelled my service with them and came to this one. Would 100% recommend!

Avoid this place. Several weeks ago I ordered 2 wheels and tires on-line, these were going to be used as spare tires to keep in the car. In my order I specified tires are to be mounted, balanced and with valve stems. When I arrived at my appointment time nothing was done, I had to wait over an hour and a half for the tires to be done. Once they placed them in my trunk, I asked for the lug nuts and wheel hub rings that were listed on my invoice. They then handed me a box of lug nuts, but no hub rings. I was told they are out of stock!! I said, Had I not asked for them, you would have either let me leave without them or you would have mounted the tires on the car without them, the response was a "shrug" I was told the rings would be here in about a week. They called left a message the rings were in. I called them back to make sure, and was told yes!! We have them. I show up at the shop and they cant find the rings. Finally after 3 people going through cabinets and shelves, they finally find the rings. While the prices may be good, the location is very disorganized.

Amazing service!!! Alex and Owen are so honest and got me what I needed and I was there for 45 minutes!! Checked all of my tires as well!! I left feeling safe and happy!!!I recommend this location above any others that I've been too!! Great service and great prices!!!Thank you guys!!!

We are here on vacation from Seattle and got a flat over the weekened. Ordered 1 Tire on Sunday.Made an apppintment for the next available appointment when the tire would be ready at store so Tuesday 8:45AM.Got here right before 8:40AM.Unbelieveable that it takes 1 hour to install, mount, and balance a single tire with an appointment.Inflated tire way over all the other tires 48 when rest are 35/36. Left the new tire greasy.Not like I came as walk-in and bought the cheapest tire either. The 1 tire was just over $300. I seen other cars pull in and have 3 ppl working on it's tires and out before our 1 tire could be replaced.

This is the first time a Discount Tire location has let me down! I came here on Friday (3 days ago) to repair a tire on the rear that had a nail in it. They told me that they couldn t repair it and it needed to be replaced. I didn t agree as the treading appeared to be the same as the front ones but I did tell them to replace it with new ones.I watched them as they replace the tires. When they were done and handed my truck to me, I noticed a message in the dash Training Completed . I asked the guy what does that mean and he stated that they had to retrain the wheel sensors and the message will go away. It did about 15 seconds thereafter.I drove to my destination and got out of my vehicle. I tried to use the key remote to lock my truck and nothing happened. The key remote would not work. I called Discount Tire to find out what they did as it was working when I handed my keys to them. They disowned responsibility and said that they do tires so that s not them. I replaced the battery and the same thing. It doesn t work!Later that evening I drove about 80 miles and whilst on the e highway the truck drove as if it s swaying and as if would just flip at anytime The next day I called Discount Tire again made my grouse. The person said that I should bring it I. So they can take a look at it.I decided to call the dealership before going. I called and the dealership said I can come in and let them look at it. I went there immediately and it took them less than a minute to retrain my key remote. They stated that Discount Tire untrained my key remote whilst training the wheel sensors.I then drove to Discount Tire and explained what they had done and they re still not taking responsibility. Now what are the odds?I then moved on to my next concern which was the vehicle is not driving properly with the new tires. Without hesitation, the guy said that he d replace them with the same kind that was in it originally but he doesn t have them in stock and he ll get them on Monday (today).I made an appointment for 4:30pm and now I m here, the tires aren t!!! I m pissed! I left work and drove like 20 miles only to be told that I ll have to come back another day.They didn t have the common decency to place a call, text or email to notify me that the tires didn t make it.With all of this, no one has even apologized or express any empathy.I ll NEVER EVER come back to this location after I get my tires replaced.

I had a flat tire and went here to get a replacement. The service was fast and helpful. I drove home (10 minutes) parked the car for the day. The following morning I leave for work to find the tire completely flat. It is new years and I can t reach anyone at discount tire so I am forced to tow my car to tires plus and have them replace it. When I came in to discount tire the following day they tried refunding me the tire but charging me for the service. The service where they installed a flat tire that cost $320. They did end up refunding the entire charge after I complained further and wasted half my day dealing with the faulty tire they installed.

10/10 service I called to see if I was able to go in at an earlier time and they took me in with no problem. As well the speed they change the tires was amazing I was expecting to wait around for hours but no they got me in and out!

I had a service done here last week and I had a great experience. Eric went above and beyond to get me in (even though I didn't have an appointment) to fix my tire. I was in a rush and late for work and he made me a priority, when he didn't have to. I would recommend anyone to get there car serviced here. They're fast, friendly, hard working, and professional. Thanks, Eric!

I am extremely picky when it comes to giving away good reviews, but this one is beyond EXCELLENT... from the pricing, the overall service, the interaction with Sebastian-Joel Toledo, the Store Manager, and all his employees... a SPECIAL high five to one of his employees... now I call him... the King of Alignments ... he is AWESOME! The overall experience was excellent and I want to Thank Discount Tire upper management for selecting and keeping such a great group together... From the bottom of my heart, thank you and Semper Fi... and yes, they value our service and I value theirs.Respectfully, Edwin Sotomayor

Appointment for tire rotation and balance and all wheel alignment. They told me could not perform alignment because they didn t have the right equipment and better to go to dealership. 2020 Hyundai Sonata. 26000 miles and they kept trying to get me to buy new tires?????Then I checked tire pressure and they never did it. Rode around the block and right back to have them do it. Don t advertise alignment if you can t support all vehicles. $60 tire rotation and balance. That s if they did it correctly. Have doubts! Disappointed!

The team at Discount Tire are amazing. It's the best tire store we've ever been to. Definitely recommend doing all tire/wiper blade/rims service here. It's super cheap here, too. Free flat repairs, too!

Great, efficient location with awesome staff. Came here to have 2 new tires put on and replace 2 tire pressure sensors. I chose this location even though it's far from my house, because they now do alignments here and I wanted that checked as well. Shout out to Zarick, Alex, and Kyle who were all amazing. They were friendly and fast, and were even able to get one of the pressure sensors to work without having to replace it! Alignment check was free and they provide you a printout showing the alignment numbers. Even though it's not a close ride for me, I'll only be coming to this tire shop from now on. Thank You to the whole squad over there.

I've been coming here for more than 7 years, I think amazing company for tire services with rebate options from new sets or the manufacturer protection/coverage that you get. While most dealerships don't cover or want more money while "Discount Tire" does most of the services for less or free and wait times are quick fast with appointments definitely will continue going the them for anything tires.

The best tire service I've ever seen! I'm so grateful for Donavan. The service is marvelous. They've fixed my tire for free, cause as they said: " we want everyone to be safe". Can you imagine that? FANTASTIC! And the tires are much cheaper here. All you need to come and try it for yourself. p.s. Also it's very cozy inside to wait for work to be done. Thank you very much guys, very appreciate it!

What to say about Discount Tire at Southpark Circle?They are very professional, polite, organized, honest about timing and offer other options if it's going to be too tight for the timing you have. If you get your tires with them, you get rotation and balancing for the life of the tires.Great job. Highly recommend it.

These people are saving lives! I got a nail in my tire in the God forsaken Oak Ridge area and Discount Tire fixed it for free and put proper pressure in the tires for me when the local air machine didn t even work. Wonderful people. I will go here when I need new tires.

I live in Kissimmee I went two three in Kissimmee side all they wanted to do was sell there product instead of helping meToday I came to the Orlando one that that s one I came in the first place and they let me know I didn t have the sensor on my tire and decided to come today help me with no problem and got the tire sensor Program with the same scanner, they lied to me and said that their sensors are the only ones that they carry. Thanks to Jainel He got it done for me. Whoever needs some work or some help go to him and he ll get it done.

today I went in to get my tires on my car, last week due to bad inventory control I had my first bad visit at Discount tires on 8107 John Young Pkwy, this week after speaking to Owen he order the tire needed for my car I dropped my car at my appointment and by at least 35 minutes my car was done, I didn't get to meet him as I wanted to get the dog out at my home but he did make sure by getting the tire my car got done and I was happy again after the many years I been coming to this store plus reffering my friendsand familyto this company.

I was in the area for vacation when my tire went flat the day before we were set to go back home. I walked into this location without an appointment and they were able to patch up my tire for free all within about an hour! I couldn t believe it. Great customer service. And definitely a great option incase of an emergency.

I've been meaning to let yall know about this place. So I pull up from walmart (which has a 4 hour wait btw) during thanksgiving to help me with what I think is just a simple flat. Turns out it's 3 dang nails in my tire.. THREE! I was greeted by Rose, Who is a freaking ninja wid it.. They have me out in like 30 mins flat! NO CHARGE! just some top shelf customer service. Johnny (john sorry dnt rmr the name) was super courteous and friendly, felt like i've known him my whole life. Appreciate yall!

The guys over here at Discount Tire are awesome. They're super helpful and get your car back up and running perfectly in under an hour. Definitely recommend coming here for your tire needs.
