I took my Audi A4 in for upper and lower control arms and some maintenance work. Jaime was on point from the start. I received my estimate in a timely manner and scheduled on a day and time convenient for my schedule. All work was complete and my car was delivered on time. The price was very good and the results exceptional. The entire staff was fantastic. I will recommend them to my friends and will continue to trust my car to their care.

Honest great service A+Strongly recommend them over going to the dealership. They are also a fraction of the cost, overall great service. I paid $150 for what would have cost me over $1000 at the dealership. They also report all maintenance to car facts and they look up what s missing,ensure all necessary ups

I took my Mercedes GLS 450 to DSA for service, it s an excellent experience. Austin is very helpful and give me a discount. I would recommend to my friends to get their cars serviced at DSL. It would be great if DSA can provide a car wash after it s serviced.

Because all they do is imports, they treat them as if they re their own. Fantastic job and great customer service all around. I may comparisons, and their quotes are usually about 20% lower than the dealership and competing shops. Highly recommend them every single time.

I have been taking my Mercedes CL 550 to Dealer Services Alternative for 5 years and have never been disappointed! They do a great job and communication is impeccable and the prices and service is excellent! Great job fellas as always!

I have never had such a great customer experience at a repair shop as here. Honestly felt like a repair shop from the future. Intuitive interactions with people who were working on my vehicle from my phone and great service from Terry Suggs. Blessed to have sent my car here, my car is old and they extended its life. Thankful for DSA!

October 2023 asked them to inspect my audi as I felt there were some problems They did 2 inspections and felt the priority was a battery, some radiator bolts, and an axle assembly. November 10th the oil pressure light came on and the car came to a stop on the 408 with oil smoke behind it. Blew up. When I contacted Austin he said his boss the owner would call me back never did.

The team at DSA is always friendly, courteous, and professional. Recently, they solved a mysterious intermittent overheating issue in one of my vehicles. I ve used DSA for years and can t imagine going anywhere else.

It's pretty sad when someone get to a point where they have to speak negatively about any service provider but the reality is that I tried to reason with their justification but its one thing when someone is willing to listen versus when someone already made up their mind before they even listened.Without boring everyone with details, take your car to the dealer otherwise you will end spending as much and ultimately take it to the dealer to get it accurately and thoroughly diagnosed. As mentioned by another reviewer,they are not cheap and I would accept that any day if they fixed your issues that you came with. But unfortunately,they will twist facts just to shy away from acknowledging that they couldn't fix the problem and will not even partially refund for all the work that was done for nothing!

Called the guys over at Dealer Service Alternative last minute to perform some maintenance while passing through Orlando from a suggestion made by a fellow Audi enthusiast. They were able to accommodate my quick service, gave me a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and helped me service a few things I wasn't aware of. I love my car. I have driven it over 8k miles the last 2 months, I race it in my spare time when I'm not cleaning it. I'm very aware of when it has issues, and usually am the only one to touch it. But I was very comfortable having them work on my car, and was thoroughly impressed with the effort put into treating my car with care. People always say, you need a good Mercedes/Audi/etc guy to own one. Well they are right, so buy one and take it here, because they know what they are doing. Thanks again guys.EDIT: A few months later, and I moved to the area. my next service was due and I knew where to take my rs5. My second service was another great success. They have again earned my business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Very good experience at Dealer Service Alternative with my older BMW. I still walked out with a big bill but I guess it would have been much worse at the BMW shop . Staff is friendly, polite and the repairs were made the very same day wow. I definitely recommend this shop!

Awesome people, very knowledgeable and honest shop. Jaime was my service advisor, he went above and beyond to provide an excellent service (even gave me a discount-much appreciated!). The technician performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle, and gave me an accurate status on things that needed to be replaced. Their prices were comparable to the estimate I received from the dealership though, overall I had a great experience and will recommend DSA to my friends.

Being new to an area, you really don't know a shop from an amazing shop, and I can happily say that Alex and the crew at DRS are an amazing shop. Customer service is first rate, their ability to fix, repair, and be timely is greatly appreciated. And from my viewpoint, their pricing is spot on for the level of service they provide.The transmission on my 2011 Audi Q7 TDI was shot, I knew this from some issues prior to us leaving Washington D.C., but thought at the time it was just the driveshaft, as another shop found that to be the issue, as it was the most obvious answer at the time. I was quoted $5800 from that shop to do a trans swap (parts and labor) when we originally talked. 4 states later and my transmission officially said it was done. DRS did the a replacement transmission and labor for $5100. I was happy to pay that bill, as the Audi dealer quoted me $15K for the whole job. Admit, the audi dealer was going to use a new trans, but I would have to wait 6 to 8 months, and DRS was willing to use a used trans by my request, so I could get back on the road to Washington State.I can tell Alex cares ALOT about the quality of service and is willing to correct the mistakes that can happen. Austin was great to work with, as he was the lead service manager for our job. There was a hiccup with our repair, as they were trying to get it to us as quick as possible. But the hiccup was corrected and Alex and his team went our of their way to make things right, and even found an issue I didn't even know existed.We were traveling across the U.S. and thanks to them, we are now able to travel back home. Just brought my audi s5 for and oil change and some maintenance. Everything was excellent. Fast and great service. This guys know what they doing with german cars. I will definitely come back to this place.

I ve taken both a 2012 Benz and 2016 BMW here for routine work and for issues. They found a problem I could hear in my car after the dealer could not. They are very skilled and dependable

My first impressions of Dealer Service Alternative (DSA) proved it to be a terrific alternative to $$$ Merck dealership. The service was prompt and profession. The service was excellent in comparison to our local Mercedes dealership. Austin the service manager was knowledgeable of the Mercedes A/B service intervals for my particular vehicle. He took time to explain and clarify what was and was not part of the service. Although this my first experience, I'm sure I'll be a return customer.I'll keep you posted you posted on the quality of my next service or repair. Don't forget to ask for you first time visit discount and military discount!Ooops! Now that I've experienced my second interaction with DSA, I'm sold on the experience. Scheduling is flexible, service is done in accordance to manufacturers specification, and the cost of repairs are reasonable. We have been a customer for years now, they are always friendly, fair and excellent at what they do. If you need multiple service tune ups, you can plan the services over a period of time for budget issues. We are always referring our friends so they can get the top service without breaking the bank.

When it comes to car mechanics, I m usually a skeptic, but Dealer Service Alternative did a great job on my MB 300 C-Class. They did the oil change and multi-point inspection, got rid of the computer-generated message, serviced my sun roof and did it all in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price!!! They made recommendations for future service items without any pressure. And, most importantly, they didn t break or damage anything on my car while they had it. (Can t say the same for Mercedes Benz which broke my tail light twice!). What a relief to find a mechanic I can trust and afford!!Service: Auto maintenance

I took my Mercedes Benz SL550 to DSA due to a computer/ECM malfunction. They explained after an engine diagnostic what the problem was, and a decision was made to have it rebuild. Later, I got the car and the problem was fixed. I dealt with Jamie and he was excellent plus the technician who worked on my car did a great job. I have been going to Alex at Dealer Service Alternative for over 12 years with 11 different Mercedes-Benz cars. His work is top notch, so much less expensive than going to the dealer and always prompt and informative. I have never had an issue with that they weren t able to take care of in a professional and expeditious manner. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Alex and his crew as long as I own a Mercedes. I have had my car repaired and serviced at all the Mercedes dealerships in Orlando and I prefer DSA for the cost effectiveness as well as friendliness.
