Had an amazing experience at DealTime!! Have gone to plenty of other buy here pay here places and this was by far the best! The process was definitely quick and easy! Also the whole team was very helpful and SUPPORTIVE . Cherokee helped us the day we got our car and she was outstanding very helpful walking us through the process and getting approved. My experience was great Cherokee was awesome!!! She was patient with me listen to my needs and wants for a vehicle. The General manager was also great!!! He made sure we left with the car we wanted and affordable payments!! And my down payment never changed!!!

Purchased a vehicle from deal time 2017 Hyundai Elantra in the RED color yall been warned.. don t buy itHad the vehicle 1.5 years, the car was stolen then recovered. Called deal time informed them that no insurance company wants to deal with nor insure the HYUNDAI!! Instead of offering to get me into something else that can be insured, they proceeded to just say well when can you drop the car off BUYER BEWARE!!!Treat em as a short term rental cause soon enough it ll be cut short

This company is terrible all the way around, when I signed my car loan they were reporting to Equifax and transunion. Now they only report to transunion, and they aren t reporting my accurate payments for time and date. I have had my car almost 2 years now and am missing half of ky payments being reported. They re also saying my term is 113 months LOL. I have asked nicely for almost a year to get everything situated it s never been resolved. Company is ran by condescending employees who only want to be rude when you call in to ask her help. These people are borderline running a fraudulent organization. I would never do business with anyone or anything associated with deal time. Stay AWAYYYYY !

I called the deal times in Orlando just to inquire about one of the vehicles that they have . I spoke with a gentleman name mark . The conversation was good until we went to discussing payments and options , explained to mark my situation and what I was trying to do and where I was trying to keep my payment at and instantly Mark began to get aggressive and agitated and told me , 350 car payment is not realistic anywhere and if that s what I'm looking for I need to go somewhere else or go finance a vehicle we only work with people with poor or challenge credit And rushed me off the phone , I m a car sales man myself and that s no way I would talk to or treat prospective customers . I was actually willing to negotiate and see what we can do , I don t mind giving my business to anyone but watch how you talk to people .

Kept me on hold for 30 minutes just to check if car is available. I had stock number but still.. how hard is to search. No they dont bother to search they just keep you on hold and leave their desk doing other things. So i wish there was 0 stars for customer service. Just and advice, if you do not like talking with customers on the phone, then put prices online on your cars. So ppl wont bother you asking prices.
