Not a good trusted place, I bought a bike from one of there customers this month February 2023, after they drove 90 miles both ways to use this place bike wasn't running good bad gas, they rebuilt carb and changed fuel valve and charged to change oil, yes bike is running for now, oil wasn't changed see pictures 11 miles after they said they did and charged for, and didn't even lube the chain for safety or put air in the tires, also they didn't flush or drain fuel tank after the fuel valve was replaced see photos again 11 miles later on a engine with a total of 1200 total miles , same fuel line ,same clamps , really! but worse was the charge for 53.00 for a 1 qt oil change that WASN'T done! Nor the gas tank flushed see photos!! Yes there was dead worms in the gas and debri!! after the repair, And that was another 55.00 for a 2 screw gas valve did u flush the tank? NO! will tell everyone about this place, shame on your business!!My rebuttal to the owner, Would you like me to post the receipt I have from your business on 2/11/23 minus theinnocent customer that paid for work NOT being done and I have a witness too, let me know and I will! As far as I'm concerned you owe the money back for "customer NO service" that YOU charged for AND DIDN'T DO as Clark Howard says!

I use Cycle Performance Center as needed (1-2x/year) and have never had a problem. His prices are fair and he is pretty quick.Sure, if he got MY bike done ahead of the others and charged ME less

Well I have been taking my Fatboy to him for some services. Last job was removing the primary cover. Explain why my primary cover screws are all rusting now. Now I must pull more money to have Harley Davidson change does rusting screws to the original non rusting screws. Not sure what happened he sure does not look like that type, then again

Unless you have an older bike you don't care about and have money to burn do not use this shop. I brought a new Indian Scout for simple part installation, he told me he never worked on Indian before but shouldn't be a problem. I get the bike after a week to put the new parts on and everything seemed fine. Well when he put on the power commander and air box he stretched the wires out so much they popped. Had it towed to Indian and they told me whoever installed the parts messed up and that is why they broke. I called the shop, complete denial of fault even though only one person ever was inside the bike. So now I'm out another $200 on top of the $600 paid for this service. Moral of the story is unless its an older bike you don't care about I do not recommend this shop, just pay for the dealer to do everything it will cost the same in the long run. The reason this is not one star is because he at least installed some handle bars without failure, yet.

Took my bike here to get my carburetors cleaned. After a couple of days and a couple hundred dollars later the bike was running. Well less than a year later i had the same problem this time another mechanic worked on the carbs and when he took them out he calls me to tell me if i was sure someone had worked on the carbs bwfore and i tell him yes his answer was "These carburetors have never been off the bike before" apparently a can of seafoam left in the carbs for a while is what so called mechanics do and charge you hundreds of dollars for it. I paid to get my carbs rebuilt not for something i could have done myself for less than $20.If i was you reconsider before you give this place any business because most likely you will get ripped off like i did.

Been taking my Harleys there for 8 or so years. Dale knows his bikes and is thorough and reasonable. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

I went with a wheel vibration an talked to Dale for a few minutes he is laid back very knowledgeable expert in his field ill pick his brain a little more after hes done with my bike .this was the first time to him on a friends recommendation this is the only mechanic ill let touch my bike now .Thank you !

Awesome service. Had brake work, case oil change, and general service on HD. Dale is extremely easy going and very knowledgeable. Highly reccomend.
