Cliff and his crew did a great job repairing my cars passenger door scratch and dent for a decent price.Pro: Great reliable service, on-time, reasonable price, easy quote process and great quality job.Con: Not the best area(but the shop is gated).Before going to the shop directly I would call them ahead of time to get your quote!

I just picked my Car up from cliff s after being in an automobile accident. I am soooo happy with the service I received and the finish product of my car. I called Cliff s Auto repair and they were very informative. He has a very genuine, HONEST and professional personality. He went above and beyond to service my needs.Please DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER, take your car to Cliff s for honest and reasonable car repairs. Ive found MY GUY when it comes to Auto Repair. I highly recommend Cliff's. Jamie is just a top notch guy!!! With the aggravation of an accident & having your vehicle repaired, Jamie was very professional & helped make a bad situation less stressful. His communication was superb as well as the body work done perfectly. The insurance company missed some things that they would pay for. Jamie did the work anyhow at no cost. Who does that? Not many places. Overall honest place that does the job right!!!

I just picked up my Audi A4, and honestly this business exceeded my expectations. My car looks amazing and was done so fast. Jamie was professional and did an amazing job on my car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing body work. 1000% satisfied!

This is the best place to take your vehicle. Excellent costumer service and definitely I will come back again. From the very start they were helpful and professional.They did a full car inspection and they send you all the information they find including pictures and what they recommend needs fixed and what can wait. Prices were fair, I highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much you guys did an awesome job!

Cliff's Auto is an awesome repair shop. I have gotten 2 cars repaired there and both have been repaired perfectly. Cool thing about this shop is there attention to detail. I have a Colorado redline package and they made sure i got the right emblem for my vehicle. The same for my wife's Sonata limited turbo with her rear lights. They make sure the job is done right. Thanks guys.

I got into a accident and the whole back of my car was smashed in and because of the awesome reviews, decided to take the car to Cliffs Auto Repair . From the moment I called to when I picked the car up. I received updates throughout the process to fill me in. When I picked the car up, it looked better than new! I will totally recommend Jamie from here on out

I had service done to my Hyundai Elantra. My service was so quick. I got my car back the next day after I dropped it off. Also the customers service was wonderful. I will absolutely recommend Cliff's Auto Shop and will be taking my car back should I need future repairs.

This shop offered me the best quote and I ended up paying exactly that. The work was completed quickly and I didn't feel like I was being treated any differently for being a woman. This is the only number I call from now on. Great job guys! A+

Excellent service!I would really recommend this shop. I came in for a battery change and before I could even sit in there comfortable waiting room they had already changed the battery. A+ service , great communication with great prices.

Cliff was genuinely nice. I had a small scratch that needed a buff and some touch-up paint. He fixed it right on the spot and didn't even charge me. Thanks!

Today is May 25th, 2016, time is 11:05am. I called Orlando Cliff's Auto Repair to inquire about body work and premium paint job for my 1966 Tempest convertible. I was stunned by manner and attitude of the person who answered the phone. The company lost my $7k+ business in about 30 seconds. Here is the transcript.Shop employee: "Hello?"Me: "Is this Orlando Cliff's Auto Repair?"Shop employee: "Yes. How can I help you?"Me: "That's kind of an odd way for a business to answer the phone. Don't you introduce the business?"Shop employee: (clearly annoyed) "How can I help you sir?"Me: "You can't."The owner of the company needs to evaluate who they have as the face of their business and who interacts with clients. How many clients have they lost and never knew they lost them due to poor customer service? Hope this critique helps you improve.
